Ipad2 not connecting to itunes anymore
I have had my ipad2 for about 3 or 4 months, and havent had any problems until now.
Now, I can't seem to connect to itunes, which has always worked in the past. Also, It doesnt say it is charging, but it does seem to be.
It did connect once for about half an hour and then stopped. I have tried three different cables, and different computers and still nothing.
Any ideas why this might be happening? It seems to be happening ever since I updated the software. Not sure if that is related?

If you are trying to charge your iPad with your computer the USB port probably does not supply enough power for efficient charging. Use the power adapter and plug it into a wall socket. Read this.

Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears)
Go to Settings > Store > Apple ID> Sign out then sign in again.
It seems to work
I still get the message (can not connect to iTunes Store) at some updates. But then I can click ok and it updates anyway. Hopefully this can help others with the same problem as well! -

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
Before you reinstall the Apple software, also remove iCloud vi Control Panel Remove programs. The reinstall the Apple programs

Looking at the error message "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" , It appears hostname and port may be incorrect. Review the targets.xml under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\emd and
emoms.properties under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\config folder to make sure host ( sap_solman) and port (1527) are correct.
As far as setting the environment variables goes, you can go to control panel -> system -> advanced -> environment variables and set the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Since upgraded to 10.4.0.80, iTunes does not connect to iTunes Store
I recently upgraded iTunes to 10.4.0.80, and since then iTunes does not connect to iTunes Store anymore. There is no error message, the window is just completly empty.
I'm having the exact same issues regarding not being able to connect to the iTunes Store. Running Windows 7.
Additionally, my iPhone 3GS (32GB) and iPad 2 (64GB) will not sync when attempting to perform a full system restore.

I completely uninstalled and re-installed iTunes 10.4.0.80 and zeroed out IOS 4.3.5 on each device.

Additonally, at this point I really want to talk to someone who cares about how a customer like I might feel in such a situation and when I call corporate would like to talk to someone who is interested in hearing my input as it really sucks to think I really don't feel like going to the store anymore and would rather just buy stuff on amazon or newegg these days instead;/ When I know how much i used to enjoy going into the store and getting friendly with kind staff who worked with me to get the best deal on the items I got--perhaps this was because it was at a more desperate time when Best Buys fate as a company was more precarious prior to price matching taking origin. Also, on an aside, would like to add that obviously there is always the one or two people who go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent expeirenece so I am not trying to make any sweeping generalizations here. In fact, I find the forum contributors to be among the most kind and helpful, but that might be because they don't have to deal with the now seemingly dreaded "pricematch" epidemic;D

This is also the case with my iphone4s. I can not connect to iTunes at all! There's no specific error number just can not connect to iTunes. Then contact iTunes support. I have tried a few different things: clearing paused downloads in purchased area of app store (ipad2) and resetting wifi settings (ipad2) i also reset my wifi and that did no good either. Would be nice if someone knew what i needed to do to get rid of this issue I've been down for 3 days as I really can not do anything with either of my products. Thank you
I tried that, i tried every setting i could think of and tried all the ideas posted on this site. i got it working eventually though i had to wait for ios 6 to be released then after i downloaded and installed it, it started working.

just got a new iphone 5s and i am trying to get on the app store but it is telling me that not connected to itunes when i connect to itunes it was fine then went back to app store it is telling me sign in to itunes store so i do that with my apple id and password but is still isn't working help
