Iphone 4 doesn't turn on help me please couldn't fix it

Well about 1 year and Iam already trying to fix it doing every thing is possible but nothing...here
here is my problem with iphone :
it stopped working and it just wont turn on and gave me all errors in itunes i saw alot of errors
frist in itunes gave me error 1600- tryed again gave me 1601 - tryed one more time 1602 +1603 and i just didn't gave up until it worked~!!!!!! but that night i woke up but hahahahahahaha like nothing happend i just searched in every thing i saw people say's hold power +home bottons but nope it didnot worked for me also
happiend with me about 8 times and every time it give me more errors
well i thought that its only way to give my iphone to main apple company yeah they fixed it but it just worked for 3 days and turned off i gave it again to same company but worked 1 month and bam stopped worked even when i try to do same thing in itunes but not responding
after iphone 5 came the software ios 6.1.3  had been added to itunes so i wanted to give a try
and it WORKED!!! but only for 2 day -_-  tryed one more time just worked for 1 day
IT GIVES BLACK SCREEN AND I TUNES SAY'S THAT IPHONE IS IN RECOVERY MODE
next month i wanted to give a try but here it gives
frist i connected it to itunes and clicked update+restore gave me
(-1)error
(1 )error
(2 )error
but after few trys it worked greatly but just only for one day
IT FORCE CLOSES WITHOUT REASON AND SOME TIMES GIVES SHOUT LIKE TV WITH MIXED COLORS
so after i see that i just leave my iphone but i miss it so much so i do this every day update + restore + back up
until it closed without reasone and gave me black screen and i tryed to connect it
IT GAVES BLUE SCREEN!!
i tryed to connect it to itunes and restore it many times but it force close while restoring
and now its in my hand and
I SEE BLACK SCREEN WITH VERY SMALL BLUE LINES
I tryed every thing even holding power+home bottons about half hour
and when i connect it to windows 7 it gives
USB Device Not Recognized

and under it botton says change setting i clicked it and i couldn't know what ill change of that page (General Page)

**(i tryed  iREB 6 and 7) to many times but same result black screen error but it opens iphone to recovery mode so it was helpful
but now it wont connect i tryed it 5 times but same thing the iphone wont turn
i think it wont turn off screen until the battery charge becomes empty
and ah one more thing while iphone 4 wasnot working it wasn't charging battery while it was black screen
PLEASE HELP AND SHOULD I GIVE IT TO APPLE ONE MORE TIME????

This forum do not support hacked/jailbroken iPhone. You have to go somewhere else for solution.
