Iphone 5 crash after update ios7
before ios 7 I had no problem with using my iphone 5... however, ever since I have updated it it has started crashing .... the screen turns black and it gets broken ... When I attempt to bring it back to its working condition by using itunes...it opens up in recovery mode so I need to restore with the latest update (ios 7.03) everytime time it crashes...
is this a software issue or a sign of a possible hardware break-down (i.e battery or board)
I would appreciate if someone with the related knowledge/experience gives me an advice on what to do?
when it "crashes" does it give you an error number? if soo see this

some things to consider. restart pc and turn off all security software including firewall - unplug all other usb devices printers ect.. - try different cable and usb port
make sure itunes is updated
heres instructions for force recovery mode after above is completed
recovery mode
open itunes on computer
plug cable into computer not iOS device
turn phone off
hold home button and plug cable into phone. do not release home button until an itunes graphic appears on device.
look to computer should have message about recovery mode click ok and restore

I am loosing contacts from my iphone 4s ever since i have update IOS7 . This specifiaclly happens when my battery life goes less than 20%.
This has happend before couple of times. But with time & after swtiching my phone ON & OFF recovered conatcs. But this time nothing is helping. Lastly i tried to restore back-up from itunes. I was not even able to do that as it show backup corrupted.
I dont know for what reason i am not able to call India call centre. PLEASE HELP!!!you have done http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4429 this. so try going to repair place (paid) or try downgrading ios (not support on this website).

My iOS7 update is really slow and renders the phone useless. I cannot type an viber massage or facebook status or anything that requires using the keyboard as the lag and delay is around 10-15 seconds. Its really annoying. What can I do to fix?

Mute/Silent button is not working on my iPhone 4 after updating to IOS7. When I make my phone silent using that sliding button on the side, the phone toggles between mute/unmute position automatically and settles in unmue position. Then it will change state again if I shake the mobile. Did anyone face this issue?I have this problem too - and it is on a BRAND new iPhone 6 - I have definitively tracked the issue to the moment I upgraded to iOS 8.1.2 - and am beyond frustrated. Don't worry about that. iPhone stuck in recovery mode always happens when you update the iOS on your iPhone. There are two ways to solve it.
First is is to put your iPhone in DFU mode.
Step 1. Turn off iPhone
Step 2. Hold down the Power and Home button.
Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the Home button down.
Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that it’s in restore mode.
If DFU mode can't solve the problem, I'm afraid the only solution is to try some 3rd party software, like iPhone data recovery or something like that. You may simply try the tutorial here: How to Fix iPhone that is Stuck in Recovery Mode. -

ipad constantly crashing after updating to iOS 8.1.3. I can't restore it to factory settings. I can't even turn it off. It just keeps crashing and trying to reboot etc. Sometimes I see the black screen with the white apple and sometimes the screen is white. I saw it say "Hello" once, but then it crashed again. While rebooting, it does sync up with itunes briefly and is recognized. When I try to restore, it says I need to turn off "find my iphone" but I can't access any settings within the ipad to do that. Also, it tells me I need to enter my passcode to continue, but I can't do that either since the ipad is constantly in crash mode.
