I've just invested in a new Macbook Pro but its not letting me sync my iPhone to it because "it can only be synced with 1 iTunes library" Is there no way to transfer over the iTunes library from my old laptop to this one?

Copy the iTunes library from your old computer to your new one. There are multiple ways to do this. Transferring it via the iPhone is NOT one of them. The iPhone is not a backup, or data transfer device.

I recently lost my hard drive on my old computer. I have authorized my phone on my girl friends computer which uses windows XP, but when I go to transfer songs from her library on ITunes I get a message that it will wipe all the music off my phone and replace with her library. I have tried to manually transfer the songs but get the same message when I try to change any of the setting for syncing.
I have over 900 songs that I have purchased over the years from other services and do not want to loose these songs. Can anyone help?! This is becoming very frustrating!!

True also.
Iphohe will sync or manually manage with one and only one itunes library at a time. Syncing or manually managing to another, will indeed erase the current content. This has always been the way the iphone works.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put the music on another computer.

I have the same problem as the emails go to my iCloud account that I cannot access!!! I cannot answer the security questions as someone else must have set up my iCloud account. Nothing seems to work. It would be great if someone has some ideas as what can be done to recover the situation?

You got a new computer? Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

First off try and go into your IPhone manually through My Computer and cut photos or anything you can through the device to be able to free space up so that you can continue to do what you want to do with ITunes. This way you will be able to create a backup or do what you have to do to manage your information, photos and texts on your device a little better.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
Otherwise what happens when you try to sync? Note that you can only sync with one iTunes library/computer. If that is the problem you should go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase and content and setting and set up the iPod on you computer/iTunes library. One content on the iPod does not belong to you.

I have restarted both my computer and my phone. I have deleted and reinstalled iTunes. I have installed the latest version of iTunes and the software on my phone is up to date. Nothing seems to work.

It is working now. I no longer get the message about the item not being available in the US and I can access the store.

Is synching over wi-fi viable? I've never done it, but when I tried something similar back in the old Palm PDA days, it was S-L-O-W, slow as molasses. I realize that the i-device are far more modern with faster processors, but wondering whether it's even worth exploring doing this.

Did you check your secuirty software settings? iTuens needs to contact Apple during the sync process.

After switch from Outlook to Mail, iPhone won't sync with Address Book

Good morning
Using Lion, I recently dropped Outlook 2011 in favor of Mail (did not uninstall though, do not want to).
My problem is this, iTunes and iPhone won't sync with Address Book, they remain stuck on syncing with the Outlook address book. The issue is only for the address book, the iPhone syncs fine with iCal for some reason.

Did you try hooking them all up to iCloud? That should do that trick for Address Book and iPhone.
Alternatively, you could try connex.io. You would be able to sync all of your contacts between iPhone, Address Book and Outlook (and more if you want to). I had to reinstall iTunes in a new laptop, and then copied my music library-file from the old iTunes-installation. Now the iPhone won't sync the music files. For some of the music I've bought in iTunes it says "You have to copy this music manually", but there is no such option in iTunes, as far as I can see. And by the way, afterinstalling 5.0.1 my contact-information is trippled, or every name and phone etc. is listed three times.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling iTunes. See the iTunes support page (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/) on how to do this.
