Someone tried to unlock my iPhone4 16GB black with iOS 4.1.2 until it was disabled last July 4, 2014. Is there any way i can re-enter my passcode without restoring it. I also could not connect it to my last sync NoteBook since it Memory Dumped an still cannot open it til now.
Please help me, i have all the Legal Documents to prove that it is mine and i purchased it with Receipts.
I hope there is a way to re-type my passcode.
If you haven't already, restart the ipad by holding home and power for ten seconds until the apple appears.
There may be an app that is draining the battery.
Try the following:
1) Kill all apps by double-tapping the home button, then holding any app's icon until it displays the ' - ' symbol. Touch the ' - ' symbol on all apps. This stops the app.
2) Go to airplane mode to turn off wifi and 3G, if so equipped.
3) recheck the battery life by using an offline-only app, like a game, for an hour or so and see if the battery seems to last longer than before.
Typical battery life is a drain of 10% per hour. Your mileage may vary.
If the battery is lasting longer, you need to isolate what is causing the drain.
4) If still rapidly draining, try going to Settings, General, Reset, reset all settings.
5) If none of this gave you any change in the battery life, you may want to do a restore of the ipad from within itunes.

Try deleting your last backup by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, swipe across your backup and tap Delete, then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on again. If it still won't back up, you may have an app that is preventing the backup from succeeding. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup.

On the settings I went to iCloud then went to storage and backup and it saus total storage 5.0 gb and avaible storage is 2.7 gb but all of my photos arent there. Then when I click manage storage it says camera roll 2.0 gb is there any way i can get my photos back? please help
If you use the same iCloud ID and before you will get your contact, calendar and notes and other iCloud things back. If your previously has PhotoStream one you will also get back the last 30 days of photos.
It appears you do not use the same iCloud ID.
What do you see for Contacts, Calendar and Notes when you go to icloud.com and sing in with the same ID. You need a computer browser.

My MacBook was wiped of all my music and everything else, and now my iTouch is the only device with my entire music database. My iTouch is old. (Version 6.1.6, Model number: MC547LL/A) Is there any way I can put all the music on my iTouch back onto my MacBook? It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself independently backed up against loss. To use a device with a different setup you transfer the old library from a computer or a backup directly to the new setup, not the device to the library. Media syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

I guess no but they can't use it because most likely they restored it and the name of your find my iphone will disappear on your computer even if it is on because it does not have your name anymore.

It cannot be installed. It comes pre-installed on every iPhone 4S and later. Maybe it was disabled under Settings > General > Restrictions.

iOS 6 only added support for the 3rd generation iPad. It was always on the iPhone 4S. Then the same goes for your boss: Maybe disabled in restrictions, or maybe actually an iPhone 4. -
I just upgraded my MacBook from OS X 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion so that I could stream from my other devices (iPhone and iPad) to my MacBook. After making it through the upgrade process, I realized that I used the wrong email address for my iCloud username when starting up on the MacBook. My iPhone, iPad, and iTunes are under my Hotmail email address and I accidently used my Gmail email address for the MacBook. Is there any way I can merge these two icloud accounts together? I tried changing my account information to add the other email address, but wasn't allowed because another account was using the name (duh). If I can't merge them, how could I change the MacBook from the Gmail address to the Hotmail address so that all my devices are on the same icloud account? It'd be nice if I could keep the free 5GB of storage that comes with my purchase of the software, but I'd rather lose the storage than not be able to stream.
To change accounts on your Mac, go to System Preferences, sign out of the current account, then sign into the new account. When you sign out of the current account it will delete synced data from your Mac. Assuming your data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) is in the other iCloud account, it will be synced to your Mac when you sign into this account.

I have 2 apple id's with different apps and data saved under each. It's very annoying so now I want to create a new id with my primary email address I use now. If I do that is there any way to transfer all my saved apps and app data like game saves etc so I don't lose all of that information and can easily switch to a singular apple id?
Apple does not transfer content bought with one Apple ID to another Apple ID. Apple will not merge two Apple IDs.
If most of your content was bought with the Yahoo! Apple ID but you now want the Gmail address for your Apple ID, the trick will be to change the address used for the Yahoo ID with the Gmail address. However, to do that you must first free the Gmail address from that other Apple ID. Use the instructions from Apple to substitute another address that is not used as an Apple ID for your Gmail address in the Apple ID with the Gmail address. Then, when the Gmail address is no longer used in an Apple ID, you can use the same instructions to substitute the Gmail address for the Yahoo address in the Apple ID with the Yahoo address.

Our Windows PC crashed with all our music on it. There are copies of both purchased (thru iTunes store) and from our own CDs on an external HD in a backup file. They are not linked to a Media file. Is there any way I can put this music on my new computer?

Try cleaning out the phone's port, of pocket fluff and such. Carefully. And check the mains adapter similarly, but less likely.

My ex-boyfriend stole my email address and credit card information to make purchases with Apple and now my Apple ID has a balance. You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done. Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies. That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.
