IPhoto '08 would not play videos in Mavericks 10.9.1
I upgraded to Mavericks 10.9.1 and my iPhoto '08 (v7.1.5) would not play video anymore. Is there a software compatibility problem?

Out of excitement, I bought both seasons of the tv show "Sym Bionic Titan" from the itunes store, since I can't find it anywhere else, in hopes of being able to burn them to dvds and watch them. When I burned the disc from itunes, it would not play in any player I put it in. Not my dvd player, not my ps3, nothing. So the only place I can watch the show is on my computer, which is definitely not what I had in mind when I purchased it. Is there a way to burn the videos to a dvd that will play in a dvd player?
Unfortunately, the recording & movie industry does not respect the rights of the people who make them money, and thus you can only use the paid-for content in ways they see fit. Even if I lived in a bunker where no one else could possibly see the movie I paid for, therefor I'm not 'sharing it illegally', I would still not be allowed in a blue moon to copy that movie to DVD for TV viewing. Someone will tell you to get an AppleTV. How about Apple give us one for free? Until this changes, people wanting to use their content in multiple locations will continue to download music & movies via torrents, legally or illegally.

You Tube not playing video on Firefox with Adobe Flash after latest update
You Tube and other sites are not playing video on Firefox with Adobe Flash after latest update for both. Adobe Flash is working on other sites but not You tube and those sites that may have embedded You Tube videos, I'm not sure.
Adobe Flash does not crash and no error message is showing. All that shows is a dark screen for the Flash video. Right clicking the screen shows only a non-clickable 'Movie not loaded' and the clickable link to the Adobe home page.
I have spent an hour trying things as suggested for past problems similar to this but none have helped.
I have sent sad face letting you know what I think of the latest update because of this which says pretty much the same thing as I have said here.
I have no further info but if I had some input and queries form you I might be able to provide more.I'm not sure how to remove the 12.xxx version,. I don't understand why it is there, usually updates over wirte the old one as far as I know. I don't know where to find it.

I disabled hardware acceleration on one of them, not sure which and I don't remember how I did it but think it must have been on the flash.

Ok, did what you have said as much as I could. I have been fidgeting with things now for a couple hours. After doing a CCleaner and Registry cleanse, turning off and restarting the computer, the videos are now p-laying.
I would still like to know how to find and get rid of the duplicate Flash plug in though if you would't mind.

I uploaded an MP4 file to my cloud space, it would not play. It played fine on my desktop and on my NLE.
I am not sure MP4, video, etc., are supported file formats? I think this may be due to some rights issues and concerns. I am not sure entirely, perhaps if there are limitations in place it will change some on June 17 when the CC and CCC launch and relaunch?

4 voice memos in iTunes backup from iPhone had ! marks and would not play so I deleted them and although they are still on the iPhone, they will not sync back to iTunes from iPhone.
You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

After updating to windows 8.1 iTunes will not play video
I recently updated to Windows 8.1 but since i have my iTunes will not play video i previously downloaded from the iTunes store. The video will play in QuickTime without issue though, please help
sorry it's not my apple id. it's my icloud email/account. after i updated to ios 8.1.2 my icloud acct on my phone is wrong. it's using my old college email address instead of my current icloud account email. my old college email address *used* to be my apple id, but i changed my apple id to my gmail account a few months back. anyway i can't "sign out" or delete the icloud account bc it thinks my college email address is my icloud account and it keeps asking for the password. so i'll type in the current password for my icloud account and it says it's wrong and i need to retry or change the password, which i've already done twice and nothing changes. probably bc its asking for the password associated with the college email address it thinks is my icloud acct.
i can access icloud on my desktop without a problem... make any sense? do i have to restore my phone now or is there a solution? i've wasted the last 2 days trying to figure this out. i can't send or receive emails on my iphone bc of this. which really ***** for work. -

I am having problems downloading 2 purchased movies. Cars 2 & Toy Story. I had it on My iPad, then after a while the movies would not play. I went to the apple store and they deleted it and told me that all I need to do is download it again. I tried what they suggested at the apple store, but I am still not successful. It continues to tell me there is a download error. Please help! Need these movies for my 3 year old!User to user forum.

Netflix Would Not Play on Mac OS X (Lion) After Upgrade
Netflix would not play on Mac OS X v10.7.5
After I upgraded to my older mac to Mac OS X Lion it would not play.

Netflix is stuck on the loading cue with the blue dot circling.
Spent hours on phone with Microsoft and Netflix, neither one was able to help me and told me to find help with Apple.
Already tried:
- Deleting ALL silverlight files/uninstall and reinstalling updated version 5 multiple times with restarting computer
- Cleaning history/cache
- Checked connectivity issues
- Changed proxy/hardware settings on wifi connection
- Check audio output/input settings
- Tried Chrome and Safari - same issue. Silverlight states that its not compatible with Firefox 17.
If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Yesterday I installed the latest version of Flash Player that auto appeared on my screen. Ever since I can not play video, and my system has become painfully slow. I have Mac OS Lion 10.7.5 and software is up to date. Before this everything was running beautifully. Can you please provide a link so I can uninstall the latest version only. Thank you. Am running QuickTime stand alone on my PC with Windows XP Home 2002. For some reason the .mov files that were created with my digital camera will not play video (only audio) on this computer. The files seem to play fine on other computers. Have also found out that I can play downloand or streamed videos (only audio).
Can't figure out why video won't play. Other video formats (.avi for example) play fine through Windows Player.

Dear sir my mobile model is nokia x3-00.
The problem is my mobile does not play any video. When i play any video it play audio well but the frames of video does not display. I also update my phone software but still it does not play video.

have you checked via Nokia Suite on PC if there are any firmware updates available for your device? if there are, please update to the latest version offered. failing that, you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite and if that fails, Restoring your phone to factory settings.

I have an ipod shuffle, obviously it does not play video, can i use my shuffle to play the audio part of an i-tune u course that normally comes in video format? To put it differently, if i-tunes course available as video can I download the audio portion of an itunes video?

Restart the phone and if it doesn't work, go to Ovi store and download a task manager...I also suggest you to backup all the content and perform a factory reset.
I had that phone and the reality is that the C6 doesn't have too much memory RAM... =(
