IPhoto export broken?

Question

Since the Maverick updates, iPhoto "Export" no longer works.
I can select a photo, go to the file menu, then select "Export"
I still see the Export dialog window.
However, when I click on the Export button, nothing happens.
Has anyone else had this problem?
More importantly, is there a fix? I realize that I can work around it with "show photo in Finder", but I'd like Export to work properly.

Mac OS Extended (journaled).
I've run Disk Repair on the volume, and Permissions repair on my boot volume.
The error message that keeps showing up in the console is this:
