Iphoto says it quit unexpectedly and keeps repeating the msg over and over it says to reopen and it tries then gives the same msg?

i fixed the problem however i dont know how to delete my post?

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop

*Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
*Install the new version that you have downloaded
Your profile data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data if you uninstall and (re)install Firefox.

HT201210 screen is in a zoom mode and will not open with the slider

Hi, my iphone 3gs screen has gone into a zoom mode and will not allow me to switch on with the slider, or decrease the zoom. When first activated the screen is normal for a second, then zooms in and becomes inoperable, if anyone has any ideas, would be much appreciated, cheers John.

Double-tap the screen with three fingers. Then go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom and turn it off.

IPOD is corrupt and will not restore (gives me 1418 error)

My iPod has been corrupted. Each time I try to restore it gives me an error (1418) and indicates it cannot restore. I have downloaded the latest version of itunes and I still get the same error. Any ideas what to do next? Thanks in advance.

Have you had a chance to look at this troubleshooting page? It contains a few other tips beyond installing the latest iTunes that may be of some help: Error 1415, 1417, 1418, or 1428 when restoring or updating an iPod in iTunes 7 or later

I cannot open Firefox as I get the message that Firefox failed to read configuration file. I uninstalled and reinstalled latest version and still cannot open with the same error.

Last week when the automated upgrade came I said yes and then stopped it midway as it was not a good time to reboot my laptop. Since then, when I try to open it says cannot read configuration file - even when I uninstall and reinstall - still cannot open it with the same error.

Do a clean (re-)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 4.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Do not remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

Help! My iPad is repeatedly restarting itself and will not open into the main screen.

Having a few issues with my iPad 2. Went to charge it as it presented with nil battery but when I went back to check on it an hour later it presented with the apple logo followed by the loading symbol with a blank page. It keeps doing this and I can't seem to reboot it. I have connected it to my Macbook but that doesn't seem to have helped.

Try this first. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that that doesn't work, you will probably have to restore the iPad.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
IF you cannot restore the device that way, you will need to use recovery mode.
If you can't update or restore your iOS device

Firefox will not open - gives an XULRunner error

I am getting the XULRunner error. I did a "clean install" of the latest version and am still getting the following error:

My iTunes will not open...no error message and I don't have Norton 2005!

I've upgraded my iTunes to 6.03 on my PowerMacG4, with MacOSX10.3.9. After a few times using iTunes 6.0.3, my iTunes stopped opening when I clicked on its icon in the dock. It doesn't show up in the top menu either. No error message shows up and I've read from other forums that it has to do with Norton 2005, but I don't have Norton. How can I fix this????? Please help.

if you don't have NIS 2005, and you're getting no error messages whatsoever, let's check up on this possibility:
iTunes for Windows doesn't open after upgrading
but the other thing we'd better check on quickly is infestation of the PC by Qoologic adware. that's typically different from the NIS 2005 and configuration-file thingies in that people usually see a "flash" of the itunes license screen before everything goes away (and they see similar behavior when they try to launch their QuickTime). but that symptom isn't universal in these cases.
what has been fixing the Qoologic for most people has been the free trial version of Ewido:

well i recently downloaded the NEW itunes 10.5 it was working perfectly fine when i downloaded it and then now few days after it tells me this
