Ipod + bluetooth so I can use my old bluetooth sun glases ? yes / no ????

I know this sunglasses is 5 years old and primitive but surely Apple / Ipod has a bluetooth connector so I can listen to my music hands free while riding bicycle / roller blades / motorcycle .
Anyone out there with a working option.
Yes it has a mp3 player inside the glasses / frame as well but heck 20 songs gets old very quick.

Try doing a simple reset of your iPod nano by holding the Center button and the Menu button until you see the Apple logo. After that you should be good. If it still giving you trouble, then you may need to restore it. Check out the article below for more information.

Does anyone know if I can use my old Apple Laser printer 16/1600 with my iMac 10.6.8. When I switched to 10.6.8 it won't print. Can't find any software upgrades on the Apple support site. The printer does not have USB connection. It's a great printer and works with my G3 Apple computer OS 9.2.

If it doesn't have a USB connection or wireless capabilities, then I'm afraid you're out of luck - it needs to be connected somehow so it can react to computer commands.

Why doesn't itunes 11 (Win) show us the length of podcasts? Only new ones d/l thru it show, and even then not - when I can use an old version (10) and it shows me much more info. Am I missing a setting? Thanks!!!

Cannot see or sort podcasts via itunes 11 (Win) like I could in iTunes 10 .. am I missing something? Same goes for playlists. I often take old-time-radio music and/or shows and need them in date-order to make them work (say, ep 1 is one date, ep 2, etc - among dozens of titles). IS there is a setting or did Apple just get rid of it? I have a laptop with iTunes 10 but have tried to get used to the newer versions on my Mom's PC. I don't want to update until I can use it the same way.
Serial radio must be in order. And I have to at least see that in the display to put it in a playlist. Podcasts that show dates from several years ago in ver. 10 no long show anything like it now. Nor, btw, does length of file play. I use it as an over night "podcast radio" and need it to make sense. aIf I need extra steps outside of iTunes okay. Just wish Apple had made it clear and it hasn't.

Once you do get things working... Hardware crashes or virus infections happen, so you should buy software to make a full backup of your hard drive to an external USB hard drive... plus, making step-by-step backups during a new install or major program addition makes it easy to go back a step if something doesn't work
This backup and then restore is, of course, only to the same computer with a new drive (or the same drive as long as you don't mind writing over everything) since doing a restore to a new computer won't work due to Windows and many programs having activation information that is keyed to your hardware (which is why Windows will force you to RE-Activate if you change very much hardware)

Image runs off of a bootable CD via Linux (the Zip you download includes a program to make the bootable CD) and it reads EVERYTHING on the drive, even the hidden registration information, so everything is restored when needed... and you may restore the image to a brand new drive in case of a crash, and not have to re-install anything
Please note that I own no part of Image, and I don't get a referral fee (that is just a plain web link) but I use the program and it has saved me a LOT of trouble when I had a hard drive die... and I was able to restore everything and not have to re-install or re-activate a single program, from Windows on up

I havent touched my Iphone 4s in ages (about a month). I came back to it the other day. I forgot the password, so naturally it disabled it and is telling me to connect to iTunes. I have a 30 GB 5th Gen ipod that is running Version 1.2, apparently I need version 2.2 to use my Bose Sounddock remote. After searching the Apple website to find a way to download version 2.2, Apple kept bringing me back to the latest itunes 7 download which is supposed to alert you to any ipod updates. So I have downloaded itunes 7 which tells me my ipod is updated with version 1.2. How can I get 2.2 on my ipod?
I notice other people are having similar problems with no solutions, thought I would give it another try, any solutions?

The current version of the iPod software for your model is version 1.21; if the remote doesn't work with this version, you probably can't use it with your iPod.
The version numbers are determined relative to the release of the original iPod for first through fourth generation full-size models, and relative to the release of the first iPod with that product name for other iPods, including the iPod photos.

I want to update my ipod touch so i can use mobile me but...

My Itunes wants to force me to sync the Ipod Touch when all I want to do is update the Ipod Touch to the latest software to use MobileMe. I have an IPod nano that I don't want to wipe clean just to get this done. There's got to be a way. Do I have to create a second Itunes account? If so, how do I do that? Help!

You can sync more than one iPod with iTunes, there is no need to create another account.

fonts are handled by your operating system. This has nothing to do with Adobe. You simply copy over the font files.

Not really, because > DVD or CD sharing: Using Remote Disc does not support full use of the Mac Mini's DVD Drive.
Note: These types of discs or activities are not supported by DVD or CD sharing:
DVD movies.
Audio CDs.
Copy protected discs such as game discs.
Install discs for an operating system such as Microsoft Windows (for use with Boot Camp), or Mac OS X.
Burn a CD or DVD
Your best bet is to pickup an Apple SuperDrive, or better yet a tray loading Mac OS X compatible optical DVD drive.

Can't open old iWeb domain file (yes, I have asked in the other forum!)

I had to wipe my MacBook hard drive and reinstall my data and OSX. Having tried to restore my iWeb domain file from Time Machine, I find I am unable to open it. (I've asked this question in the iWeb forum but was eventually directed here.) I've tried seemingly everything, including changing the file's permissions, wiping iWeb preferences, creating a new domain, deleting it and replacing it with the old one. Still I'm told iWeb can't open the file.
Could it be corrupted? It's probably relevant that it was created under a different account (I had to create a new one when I wiped the disk) and I believe iWeb doesn't like opening domains created by "another" user.
Any help much appreciated. It's important because I am applying for a new job and my online folio -- aka my iWeb website -- is not up-to-date, which looks very strange.

I have to confess, I was hoping someone with more knowledge about iWeb's Domain file would chime in. Evidently not, though.
Let's try something else. Run the following two commands in the Terminal (paste them in, only one at a time, and hit return after each one):

Can I use my old accessories for a 40GB (4G) iPod with new 160GB iPod Classic?

I just purchased a 160GB (7G) iPod Classic. I had been using a 40GB (4G) iPod.
The male connectors on the accessories I used with my 40GB iPod seem to fit into the female connector on my new 160 GB. So, I am wondering if I can use these old accessories with my new 160GB iPod Classic. The old accessories I used with my 40GB (4G) iPod are as follows.
1) Wall charger made by Apple. It has a firewire connection at one end of the charger cord which connects to the small white plastic box of the charger that plugs into the wall. The other end of the charger cord seems to fit my iPod 160GB Classic.
2) Dock made by Apple. It uses a firewire connection cord to my computer, in contrast to the USB connection cord that came with my 160GB iPod Classic.
3) Car chargers that worked with my old 40GB, 4G iPod. The car charger connectors seems to fit my new 160GB iPod Classic. One car charger is made by Apple. The other is not made by Apple.
So, could you please tell me if I can use any or all of these old accessories with my new 160GB Classic without damaging it.
