I imported a group of files into Folder A, and Organizer correctly gave me the "new files in watched folders" pop-up and imported them. Then I used Windows to copy these files into Folder B, also a watched folder. Again, Organizer correctly gave me the "new files in watched folder" pop-up, BUT did not show the imported files in the browser, despite Show All, etc. I used Windows to delete all of the files in Folder B, then tried to re-import them. Organizer says "no files imported, because they already exist in this folder." Apparently the files are registered in the catalog, even though they aren't physically there. How can I delete these from the catalog when there's no photos in the browser I can click and say "delete from catalog"?

There, I believe you are right. Reconnecting missing files is usually quick enough, even with large catalogs. If the reconnect procedure has failed, there must be other problems than the deletion of files outside the organizer. Try a catalog repair and see if the reconnect procedure works. -

sometimes right clicking on a image provides the option of copying or saving it and sometimes it does not even with the same image. I even saved the page because I could not save the image then when I right clicked again I could save the image. There is no pattern to when I can or can't save the image. Using Firefox 31.0 under MS Windows 7
What kind of context menu do you see instead?
You can right-click such an image and use Inspect Element to open the Inspector to see what gets selected instead.

Since upgrading to OS 10.7.1, my touch Ipod (version 4.2.1, model PB528LL) does not appear on the iTunes as a device on the computer screen. It also seems that the ipod is no longer being charged via the USB connection.

When I connect my Ipod Nano to my Mac it does not appear in the list of devices, so I can't check what I want it to sinc, such as music videos. It will sinc thr music automaticlly. I can't tell it to sinc anything else.

Reset your iPad. Press and hold both the power and home buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till you iPad starts on it's own. Now try and download an app.

hi um i have the ipod 5 and my computer seems to be fine with the wifi but when i pressed wifi and my wifi does not pop up it i put it on airplane mode reset the networks erased my safari history . and it still has not read my wireless internet ?

DVD drive does not appear on the "Computer" drive screen
I have lost access to the DVD drive. It does not appear on the "Computer" drive screen.
It will start up with a disk inserted but shuts down after a approx 20 seconds without having opened any files.
The DVD light comes on when it first starts up and then goes off within a few seconds.
I have re-installed the Toshiba driver and still no access.
I believe it started when I installed a new WD 1Tb external drive which setup its virtual CD drive on the E: drive which was used by the DVD drive. I have moved the external drive to G: and left the E: drive letter vacant but still not working.
Any ideas how I can solve this? It would be greatly appreciated.I don't know if this will help you but check it anyway

`Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
