Ipod touch wont unlock and reloads
My ipod touch turns on and goes to the lock screen but once i start to unlock it, it goes black with a little white circle moving around like its reloading. It constantly does this and it won't let me unlock my screen because of it. Please help.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My 3rd generation Ipod touch wont unlock
my 3rd generation Ipod touch wont unlock and screen is unresponssive after reset
- Connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes. First restore from backup and if problem persists, restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
- If iTunes did not see the iPod, see if placing the iPod in recovery mode will allow you to restore the iPod. For recovery mode see:

My Ipod touch wont work and ive tried everything!!
Please help! My ipod touch (8gb) just stopped working one day and I think it had something to do with being Jailbroken and having less then 20% of battery, But now it wont work and ive let it charge for 2 days straight, Ive tried plugging it into the computer - Nothing, Ive tried holding down the sleep and home button - Still nothing! please help, i dont want to get a new one because this one has absolutly Everything on it.
Also, my iphone comes up with No wifi and its all grey but my bluetooth is fine...and ive restored it and everything...help on that too?Your iPod.
When you held both Sleep & Home Button, did you hold for more than 10secs until you see Apple logo?
If that still does not work
try this.....
1. Plug into a power source
2. Hold down the power button(Sleep button) for about 5 seconds
3. After 5 seconds of holding down the power button, hold down the home button while still holding down the power buttom (so now you are holding them both down) for about 5 seconds.
4. After 5 seconds of holding them both down, let go of the power button - but still keep holding down the home button - hold the home buttom alone for about 5 seconds.
You should then see the apple icon on the screen. be patient. after about 5 seconds of the apple icon on the screen, the ipod should turn on. -

My iPod Touch wont charge and doesn't get recognized by my pc, also it doesn't start up
So, i went on a trip with friends, so i kept my iPod Touch ( 4th gen) at home. When i came back, it just didn't start up, even the screen which says i have to charge my iPod didn't showed up. So i put my iPod in the charger, but no reaction. I also tried different chargers, same results. Furthermore, have i tried connecting my iPod with my PC, but the iPod Touch doesn't charge / get recognized by my pc. I re-installed everything which has to do with Apple and i also tried resetting my iPod manually.
Please help me.
Thanks in advance

My ipod touch wont restore and its stuck in recovery mode
I have an Ipod touch 2g mc model and it started having problems. it crashed often when playing games (i even restart it after installs), it restarted when i went on to the internet and got SUPER slow, so tried restoring it. it got to the point where it said "Preparing the ipod for Restore" and then it said "unkown error occurred(1603). and its been stuck in recovery mode for a long time now and i cant get it out no matter what i do. How do i leave recovery mode a different way? please respond.
p.s. ive had multiple errors but my most recent one has been 1603. and now it keeps saying 1603.My Dad just fixed my problem! He used blackra1n. at first it dint work but then he saved it to documents and then put it into the Local Disk thingy, then he clicked on it, clicked the Make It Rain button, and it took like 20-30 minutes or maybe less while it was saying Running. Then finally my ipod turned back on! it didnt lose anything! like, Nothing at all was lost. so yah, that was pretty cool.

I was adding more apps & was on the safari then my Ipod touch started unlocking and locking itself. tried to turn itself off & making sounds like it was taking a picture but I dont even have a camera on it. I think it might be a virus but I dont want to hook it up to the computer to restore it incase it is a virus I dont want it on the computer too! Please help!!
It's not a virus. Try resetting your iPod Touch to see if that clears the problem.
To Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). -

I did not sync my iPod Touch with iTunes and I have forgotten my password and now it is locked. I have the recovery mode screen at "conect to iTunes", but iTunes is not recognizing it. How do I unlock it?
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
