Object Oriented Programming - help required to find training material

Hi,
I am working in ABAP for 4 years. I did not get any chance to work in OOPs concept.
However I know how to create classes,methods and how to access methods and attributes of class inside the report program and I hope apart from these we are having many things to learn OOPs ABAP.
Can anyone help me to find OOPs training materials with examples?

This is to inform you that, I am not expecting SCN or anyone to spoon feed me. I believe in IT industry Spoon feeding is not going to help in long time to survive. I am also using google,scn,sap technical.com and so many sites for my queries and learning.Please remember I am working in IT for long. Why should I expect people to spoon feed me.
I have posted this question, because already many people might have searched and got some good and best articles with examples. So by believing that I will get good articles from the experts I have posted, but not for spoon feeding.
I agree that whatever you have pointed in this post are good suggestion, but please before answering to such issues, please think in which situation they are seeking other's help.
Everyone's time is very precious. So I will not waste anyone's time and I will not waste my time too. I am not here to raise any concern on anyone. I just needed some help and got from the experts too.
Instead of making this discussion to grow further, kindly close this here itself or remove this thread. I did not expect such sort of communication for asking the best training material for learning OOPs ABAP.

The Loading Oracle iLearning Training Material (INS50014) document states:

A description of each course is supplied below to help you determine which courses will be most beneficial to your users. Each file adheres to the SCORM 1.2 specification, which is a standard e-learning format for transporting data between learning management systems.
Administering your Oracle iLearning Community (Administering_Your_Learning_Community.zip):
A self-paced, web-based course providing information on performing site and user administration tasks. The course guides you through managing your site, setting up users and user groups, and working with roles and permissions. You also learn to work with notifications and use reports.

I did a search for these on Metalink but came up empty. Do these exist?

When searching on Metalink, use the Advanced search and enter the Note number 285000.1. The note that is retrieved contains a link to a zip file containing the courses that you can download.

The more I've researched this, the more roadblocks appear and the more it appears BC is not going to work for this project, which is a shame as some of the other BC features are perfect for the project as a whole. However, before giving up, can I run the points below by you to validate or disprove any of my current understanding?
I understand I will need to stand up an external db/app to synch with the iPhone app to save the customer survey data, and I understand I will then be able to connect the external db/app to the BC API and pull the survey data into a extended CRM form.
However, once the data is in BC, I cannot work out a way where I could edit that CRM form data with it's assigned to a Case? That is, I understand it's possible to display/edit CRM form data assigned to a 'contact' of a customer record, but the problem here is I can only access the data to edit it when logged on as that customer. But this is data a staff member will access (customers will not be able to access it) and staff will not have access to the customers login credentials. So it's not feasible to assign the CRM data at the Contact level, agree/disagree?
If I set up one staff member as a customer (so one unique login) and save all the (potentially hundreds) of survey data CRM forms as individual 'Cases', but as I understand it, whereas this overcomes the customer logn issue, I won't be able to add a web form to a page to edit the survey data CRM form, because it's assigned to a Case, not a Contact in this scenario, agree/disagree?. (This is the approach I really hoped would work out)
And as you said, I can't use a Web App, which would overcome both of the issues above, because I can't access a Web App from the BC API.
So, in conclusion, these appear to be no way around these roadblocks, unless you can tell me otherwise?

XML document error - ELEARNING TRAINING MATERIAL

Hi,
Using SOLAR_LEARNING_MAP i was trying to create Training Material for a particular process (creating sales order as example). I attached a SAP Tutor also for that. The document is displaying from the tcode without any issue, but if i click OPEN BROWSER the following error is coming:
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
XML document must have a top level element. Error processing resource 'http://hostname.domain:8002/sap/bc/solman/defaul...
Anybody tried this feature ?

In general, I am silent reader and admirer of some of the people's knowledge in this forum.But I couldn't resist posting this message seing some immature posts like these.
I don't understand what you guys are talking about.You all want the training material mailed to you?Do you know the basic condition under which SAP provides the material to the people participating in the training?
Come on, give me a break.Asking for the material is one thing and using a public forum like this to make the request is another thing.
Grow up guys, I don't know why the moderator is kind enough to allow such requests in the first place.May be he is too busy and didn't get enough time to lock these kind of messages.
Please keep up the dignity and sanctity of these forums which is really helpful for some serious guys.I have been certified in XI 3.0.But I really didn't take any help from the training material,even though I have it.
A little bit of hands on exposure and a lot of reading the help documentation,the various bolgs from this forum from some brilliant people had helped me.
SAP training material is only a minute part of the whole thing.
Hope common sense and maturity prevails while posting to these forums.

That depends on the business functions that must be performed by the endusers. I usually focus on business tasks, rather than software functionality.
When I conduct enduser training, I usually spend a week or two interviewing several Key users about their day-to-day activities. Once I understand how they will be using DP, I then prepare the most common scenarios in a sandbox. Then, I produce step-by-step instruction documents, usually containing screen prints, for each task they will be performing. During the class, I go through each business task one-by-one, in a real system, filling in details and theory verbally, while they read along in their written manuals. I put very little technical info in the enduser docs, since that type of information should already exist in the technical specs that should be on file with the IT group.
