Is autoconfig required to be run for apps password change -- We are only changing APPS and APPLSYS passwords.
How to Change Applications Passwords using Applications Schema Password Change Utility (FNDCPASS or AFPASSWD) [ID 437260.1] -- does not mention anything about autoconfig.
Please clarify.

It's mentioned in the document twice
1. For APPLSYSPUB/GUEST as you mentioned
2. Under "Verify the new password" which cover the apps/applsys passwords
If you search the doc for "AutoConfig" you will find it there.

I think the only way to do what you want is to use webmail instead of Mail.

Now I am getting a lot of access denied... which step did I miss or should I do after a password change for these accounts?

Not able to find the source requirement of MRP RUN-(for planned order)

Dear All,
Actullay In MRP run system is generating 10000 qty in planned order but in MD61 there is only 3000 qty and no sales order requirement also exists for the same. And when i rerun the MRP by choosing option 3 in planning mode, then also it is generating the planned order for 10000 qty only but Iam not able find out the base requirement for that. Kindly suggest me the solutions.

In MD04 at bottom, you can see a button for pegged requirement, click there you will come to know the list of requirement. It is not only because of Planned independent requirement you maintain in Md61, it could be due to lot size in Material master, or if you have fixed vendor in sourcelist then it could be because of Minimum order quantity with the vendor, or it could be safty stock or reorder point maintained in Material master

I've installed Password Safe Pro (Kuffs) to my Droid and I have installed their PC software so that I may download and enter data via my PC. This app uses Dropbox to safeguard the data and the PC version also needs it. My issue is that I cant connect - import data via Wifi. The screen says "Waiting for Wifi Connection form your device. Please initiate a WiFi Backup on your device. Wifi is turned on on my device. What is this initiate WiFi Backup ?
It also says to make sure the device and computer are on the same network segment. How can I check this on my device?

I want to change the apple id for genius for apps

I have a new apple ID and can not get my I-phone to quite bringing up the old apple ID when I hit Genius apps.... I got i-cloud to change but not this.....

After restarting the patch it doesnt accept "Apps" password

I was applying "HRMSRUP4_FAMILYPACK" number "7666111". It failed because of less Temp table space .
I increased the temp table space and restarted the worker , status was Fixed and restarted but than it took 45 min and did nothing it was just hanging.
I am applying this patch in hotmode.
It just prompt for Apps password, it just keep asking for it again and again. following is frm adwork001.log

It seems that the applsys (and/or apps) account is locked, so unlock the account and run the patch again -- See (Note: 436363.1 - Cannot Disable Maintenance Mode) for details.

Error in trying for customer setup changes in iStore

Hi,
We were trying to implement a new functionality in istore which is as below
When the user configures a product and Shopping Cart is shown to them,then user presses Place Order button,iStore portal typically asks for the password for the user already logged in once again.If the password is correct it continues with Shipping address etc to place an order.
According to our requirement,instead of asking for the password of user,a list of all the istore users should be displayed and the user should be able to choose one and give the login details for that user and proceed further with this modified user name and addresses and other details specific to this modified user name ,the order also should be generated on modified customer's name.
We tried by modifying the cookies that are set for PartyId,PersonPartyId,AccountId and Account number.
With this it is showing us the Shipping Address list of modified customer but on clicking "Continue checkout"
it is giving the following error message :-
{color:#0000ff}This site is not a valid site for given Ship to Customer Account/Customer Account.{color}
Is there something we are missing to update.Please help

Just curious why can't you use Bill To and Ship To account relations rather than giving a list of all users. The idea feels clumsy to me. Sorry.

I think you can achieve this using WORKFLOW. In SU01 there is an option to enter email ID , I believe.
Try exploring more about the options in SU01, you may find an option to achieve requirement.

I checked few threads for apps password in R12 in $APPL_TOP/admin/<SID>/adalldefaults.txt.
But this file does not has the apps password , it points to old password i.e apps.
Is there any other way for find the apps password .?

Does anyone know what the required frameworks/files are for AppleScript/AppleScript Studio based apps to run properly? Thing is, I have a minimalist install here based on Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.3, however my AppleScript based applications will not run because of the lack of something. All the standard Java bits are included in the EAR file.

Blackberry 8800 - does not meet system requirements for app world

hi, i have recently boght a second hand blackberry 8800, which was o2 and now has a tesco sim card in it, running V 4.2.1.101.
The problem is that i can't get app world to download. I can browse, and use BBM so my blackberry browsing is on?
I have phoned and checked with Tesco, and as far as they can see i have the data plans etc, just possibly need to update my OS. But when i plug in to the PC and run an update check it says there are none available. Also, the requirements for App world are V4.2 which i have, so i am getting a bit stuck now.
Any help would be great as I'm getting a bit annoyed now!!! TA

The requirement for running AppWorld is not OS 4.2, it's OS 4.5 according to the download page on www.blackberry.com . That's where you're running into problems. Updating your OS would solve that.

with an iphone 3G the most up to date ios is 4.2.1 so you have a problem because whatsapp requires a higher version. If you saved an earlier version of whatsapp you could install that otherwise you cannot use the app. You will need to get a more up to date phone
