Is iCloud down? Cant access through computer, iPhone or iCloud internet?
iCloud is not functioning in my Mac, iPhone or through the internet, just stopped running. Support says it is fine... what's up?
You can use third party software like Syncios to backup the Songs which are not Purchased from iTunes Store from your iPhone to your Computer and then Import those songs to your iTunes Library after it is copied on your Computer and then those songs can be transferred on your iPad and iPod from your iTunes Library by syncing them with your Computer.
Make a Note of the Location where the Syncios will save the files on your computer or Change the Location as per your convenience before Importing the Songs from iPhone to your Computer using Syncios, so that it will be easy for you to find the Song and then add them to the iTunes.

I'm not getting a clear picture at all of what problems you're seeing. If you are seeing online accounts have their passwords changed, those accounts are being hacked. Someone may already have access to some account and is using that access to reset passwords on other accounts. Change the password on EVERY online account you have. Be sure to use a strong password, and don't use the same password on more than one site.
If you are seeing changes to your bookmarks and browser history, your Apple ID may be one of the accounts that has been hacked. After changing the password on your Apple ID, you need to lock it down with two-factor authentication:

when i turn my computer on the rotating multi colored circle stays on for about 5 minutes and does not let me access my computer. what can i do to fix this problem?

hi every one , so im out and my iphone tried to update to the newest 7.1.1 os,woohooo. but not so much, it crashed when doing so and now i have no access to an itunes account and im pretty stuck. how can i fix this issue without accessing itunes? isit possible?

Too often people with laptop think this forum is for them, it is for workstation though.,
It is hard to imagine a workstation with 4 or more cores and even a paltry 2GB RAM being slow unless it isn't maintained.
Reading page outs, free space, free memory.....
Of course everyone expects or doesn't know what to include, what they will be asked, so we play 20 questions to figure out why,. And know what? there are literraly 1000+ threads in OS System Software forums of the same nature, over and over with much the same 'tips' and such. And I'd say laptops are most frequent to have slow systems. Mayhbe not always. -
Brand new Mac Book Pro
Purchased in Mexico's Department store Liverpool on June 20th 2012
Purchased Memory upgade to 8Gb, on june 27th, at Apple Store Memorial City, Houston
Upgraded memory from 4Gb to 8Gb on June 28th.
Tried to write on my external HD (previously written on a windows based PC) with no success.
Upon reccomendation from a Mac assistant, copied all my external HD contents into my Mac Hard drive.
Then formatted my external HD and copied back all my information to it.
deleted all the information from my MacBook Pro HD.
Attempted to repeat the same operation with another external HD, but got a message saying there was not enough epace on the computer HD (even though I have a 750Gb Hard Drive.
Looked in the trash bin and there it was, all the information previously deleted..
Could not empty the trash bin, although I got a message asking me to safely delete all the information from the trash bin,
Could not get enough space released, after several attpempts the trash bin was finally emptied.
All happy getting acquainted with my new MacBook Pro. Two days later, got a gray screen and not able to start the computer.
Looking in to Mac support I found article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2570 and followed instructions to perform a safe boot:

Visual VM not displaying. VM's in phone, but not way to access without calling my own number.
try a reset, hold down the home/powr button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up. If that doesn't work then contact your phone carrier.

[SOLVED]Creative Zen V - libmtp regular user cant access
Anyone know how to configure libmtp so that a regular user (not root) can access the device? I have searched the forum/wiki but didnt find anything usefull.
When I run mtp-detect as root it prints alot of info about the device, so I guess its working correctly. Same command as non-root user gives

Cant access through amarok either as non-root user.

And incase someone else runs into the same problems, heres how I solved it...
Make sure you have libmtp installed "pacman -Q libmtp". Add the udev rule one post above and reboot. Plug in player. Start amarok, then go to Settings->Configure Amarok->Media Devices, click Add Device. Choose MTP Media Device from the pulldown menu, give it a name and click OK. Then click Apply then OK. Amarok should now detect the device and you will be able to add files to the player.
I was clicking Autodetect Device and thats why it wasnt working.... Now I love linux again -

Also, iCloud keeps forgetting my password on iphone and makes it unable to collect email...
Any thoughts?Yes, fortunately it suddenly started working again. I'm not really sure what (if anything) I did. In any case I used the password reset function on http://iforgot.apple.com/ a few times, maybe that's what fixed the problem in my case.

Yes, I was trying to login to i-cloud in order to remove the dialog box which will not remove after each time, I entered the correct i-cloud LOGIN USER "PASSWORD" requesting to be entered.
My first thought was (my iphone does not have wifi connection) to connect to
wifi because the user login is not connecting permitting login to be
accepted. I selected cancel to bypass the dialog box asking for user
Login password to icloud in order to remove it from the home
screen. I attempt to go to wifi settings. The dialog
box will re- appear preventing from SELECTING wifi settings because
the dialog box does not give enough time to remove itself from main
screen in order to change wifi settings in which to allow wifi.
Additionally, my thought it is the correct Login password being enter
because when online at the icoud login page asking for username and password,
both are accepted and allow access.
Also, one thought to the issue, after opening iTunes it has stated that my
icloud session has expired. My intentions at this moment are
not to purchase a subscription to icloud at this time. Although i
would like to access the account later on, if there wouldn't
be conditional problems with iclouds at a later point in time, then there
would not be any concerns deleting the icloud account in order to remove the
icloud dialog box. However, i would consider deleting acct as a last
step.

SO AFTER ATTEMPTING TO TROUBLESHOOT THE I -CLOUD ISSUE ON THE PHONE
1. THE PHONE SHOULD BE ACTIVE AND HAVE WIFI SERVICE.
2.THE ICLOUD DIALOG BOX ASKING FOR ICLOUD USER LOGIN PASSWORD HAS TWO SELECTIONS. SHOWING "OK" BUTTON FOR ENTERING PASSWORD AND "CANCEL." WIFI IS NEEDED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.YOU MUST BE QUICK TO BYPASS THE DIALOG BOX AND ATTEMPT TO SELECT THE WIFI CONNECTION IN ORDER TO PROCEED TO RESOLVE I-CLOUD ISSUE WITH DIALOG BOX RE-APPEARING.
ADDITIONALLY, I SELECTED TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT. JUST BEFORE I CHANGED SETTINGS AND CONNECTED WITH WIFI.
I AM NOT SURE IF THE CHANGES WENT THROUGH.
ADDITIONALLY , ON MY IPHONE 4S, I WENT TO SETTINGS MENU AND SAW THAT MY DATA WAS NOT ON!!
I TURNED IT ON
ICLOUD ON MY IPHONE ASKED TO LOGIN WITH USERNAME ACCOUNT AND USERNAME PASSWORD. AND THEN ASKED IF I WANTED TO MERGE ACCOUNT INFORNMATION.
I MYSELF, UNSURE OF THE OUTCOMES CHOSE NIETHER. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY RESPONSE UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENCE OF MERGING OR NOT MERGING ICLOUD ACCOUNT AND WAS IT A RESULT OF DELETEING THE OLD ICLOUD ACCOUNT.
THE DIALOG BOX REMOVED ITSELF FROM THE MAIN SCREEN AND FROM MY UNDERSTAND ACCEPTED THE USERNAME PASSWORD WHEN I LOGGED IN AND UPDATED THE FILE, AS A RESULT FROM THE START, WAS CHANGED DUE TO FORGETTIG THE OLD PASSWORD.
AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING MYSELF, I LEARNED THAT YOU NEED WIFI IN ORDER FOR THE CONNECTION TO GO THROUGH IN WHICH IS NEED FOR THE DEVICE TO COMMUNICATE. AND YOUR DATA ON YOUR PHONE SETTING SHOULD BE ON IN ORDER TO ALLOW WIFI CONNECTION TO BE ENABLED.
IF MY UNDERSTANDING IS CORRECT, THOSE CHANGES SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED IN WHICH TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF THE DIALOG BOX FROM RE-APPEARING ON THE MAIN SCREEN.
I WISH THERE WAS MORE HELP INVOLVED IN RESOLVING THESE TECHNICAL ISSUES. I AM SERVING IN THE MILITARY OVERSEAS AND AS CALLED FOR TECHNICAL HELP, I WAS USING A PHONE CARD WITH A LIMITED AMOUNT OF MINUTES. MOST OF MY TIME WAS SPENT ON WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE AND STATING INFORMATION THAT SHOULD OF BEEN ASKED DURING THE WAIT PERIOD TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS AND TIME WAS SPENT REPEATING INFORMATION WHICH HINDERED MY TIME TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.

On my iphone, a dialog box appears asking for user login to icloud-- ENTER USER "password". After I attempt to login in to icloud the dialog box re-appears asking for AGAIN user password login and will not remove from main screen.
My first thought was (my iphone does not have wifi connection) to connect to wifi because the user login is not connecting permitting login to be accepted. I selected cancel to bypass the dialog box asking for user Login password to icloud in order to remove it from the home screen. I attempt to go to wifi settings. The dialog box will re- appear preventing from SELECTING wifi settings because the dialog box does not give enough time to remove itself from main screen in order to change wifi settings in which to allow wifi.
Additionally, my thought it is the correct Login password being enter because when online at the icoud login page asking for username and password, both are accepted and allow access.
Also, one thought to the issue, after opening iTunes it has stated that my icloud session has expired. My intentions at this moment are not to purchase a subscription to icloud at this time. Although i would like to access the account later on, if there wouldn't be conditional problems with iclouds at a later point in time, then there would not be any concerns deleting the icloud account in order to remove the icloud dialog box. However, i would consider deleting acct as a last step.

Facebook has a feature that requires you to authorise a new device, which could be causing an issue. Check your account settings when you're signed in on the computer, and see if it has anything along the lines of 'App Passwords'

If you didn't already do so, try uninstalling iTunes and all of it's components (not just iTunes and AMDS), then reinstall iTunes, as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925. Follow the article and uninstall them in the order indicated.
