Hi Guru's,
Can any one explain how to automate an Workbook that run weekly once?
Please give me the steps or any document related to this.
I have some Reporting Agent documents but i never worked on RA before.
Please suggest me with best method and solution if possible.
Will assign full points to the solution.

sqlplus user/pass@connect @scriptnamewhere scriptname is you above script.
You can then schedule this in windows schduler
However excel can not handle more than 1,048,576 rown as of version 2010
You can save the spool as html file and you will able to view the resultset.

Is it possible to automate the process of subtitling? For example if I have MS Word file with the following table:

Is there any way to put that file on timeline in Premiere to superimpose subtitles with dialogues (for example) of Original Language? Can anyone give me step-by-step instruction on how to do that? I can edit text file in MS Word and delete unneeded column. Manual making of a few thousand titles is so boring!
As a result I have to export AVI file with superimposed subtitles on screen.

I believe that using After Effects is a lot easier because you can change the source text with keyframes.

You can achieve that by exposing your client machine as a drive, then you can go using file adapter.
FTP adapter will help you to communicate with different machine which is in different network.

By "command enabling" I assume you mean the usage rights for commenting, saving, etc in the free Adobe Reader? No, there is no way to automate that process via JavaScript. Adobe sells a server product that does that called Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extension Server ES.

why does this method in JComboBox act wired it returns false irrespectively of the condition of the Popup. Maybe if you actually posted you SSCCE in the Swing forum you would get some help.

Need to automate the servers to report atleast once in day to WSUS

I have an enviroment with different domain and forests.
My challenge here is whenever i see a server not responded for 30 or more days i need to login manually and fix the issues.
we are not managing WSUS or servers through GPO for patching, instead we edit the registry to re-direct servers to our WSUS.
I believe i can use PS tools, but it may not work due to different security polcies set on different servers.
Any solution would be appreciated to automate the below commands.
wuauclt /reportnow
wuauclt /Detectnow
stop and start windows update services.

However, psexec would need
Admin$ and IPC$ enabled and accessable. Also, TCP 135 (DCOM), TCP 445 (SMB raw) and TCP 139 (SMB over NetBIOS) need to be open on your FW.
For any remote administration, you will need appropriate access. If these requirements can be met, then I can suggest a PS script that will use psexec to get the job done. Let us know and good luck.

Archive & Install - Possible with error ' the underlying task reported fail

I have tried to repair my drive in disk utility however i get a error message ;
'the underlying task reported failure one exit'
My question is , am i able to do a archive and install?? im worried about doing a reformat as i have only just put new photos in iphoto and didnt get chance to backup with TM
I must also mention that i cannot access os x as my mac crashed yesterday. So I can only boot to into install disk 1.

You have a corrupt directory and maybe files, even the latest you added.
I don't use TM anymore, so I don't know if I would even try using it from your DVD. But I would make sure to get another drive for backups and then either TechTool Pro/Deluxe and/or Alsoft Disk Warrior.
Disk repairs should ideally only be done after backing up, and while it may fix the problem, not the cause, nor can you be sure there aren't corrupt file (or its content), or perhaps an underlying bad sector on the drive.
PS: Even Disk Utility -> Restore can copy one drive to another drive volume so you only need to boot from your DVD and have a USB/FW drive to work with.
