Earlier today I bought an app for my macbook air that I cant use becuase the game is not compatable with the version of OSX that I currently use, is it posible to get a refund?

All sales are final. Though if your account is in good standing, it is POSSIBLE you may get an exception...

You have to buy the DVD for 10.6. It's not available for download like 10.7.or 10.8. The 10.6 Snow Leopard DVD is in the Apple online store. You can get it for $19.99. I bought a kate spade plastic case at the store 2 months ago and even the first day of having it on my iPhone I had multiple issues with it. However, I couldn't return it because I was away at school. I went into the Apple store and asked about the possibility of getting a refund for the case but they said it was a third party product and to contact the manufacturer. I called kate spade and since i wanted a refund and purchased at the apple store there was nothing they could do and to ask the apple store for my money back because thats where I purchased it. Am I ever going to get a refund and what should I do at this point?

I can find all the songs in much better quality, even on YouTube ...
I bought two other albums by Anberlin at the same time, on which the sound quality is much much better and perfectly clear.

As the title says. I pre-ordered the Destiny Digital Guardian Edition from a Best Buy store on August 1. Like zztoluca mentioned, digital content typically cannot be returned or refunded once it's been fulfilled. Pre-orders, on the other hand, can be cancelled any time prior to delivery. I bought my 72-year-old Mother a new iPad 2 and she is loving it. I set up the account for her to purchase new games through the app store if she wanted, but she was not aware that the in-app purchases were real-life purchases, she thought it was fake money inside the game (now she knows). Is it possible to get a refund for this? I tried to do it through the 'report a problem' but it said it was not refundable and $99.99 is a very big mistake to make on her first day with the iPad.

You will need to contact iTunes Store Support.
You may want to consider turning off In-App purchases in the Restrictions:
Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions > Create a passcode > verify passcode > Turn off In-App Purchases.

A refund may not be possible since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you. An exception is more likely if the app is defective in some way or doesn't do what the developer advertised and the developer has been unable or unwilling to help you.
