Is it possible to insert 16 different images every seconds in a video ? I will like to make an cartoon animation. Is it possible with Premiere Elements ? It look like it is only possible to change a picture/image every 1 seconds.
What software is good to make a small cartoon in size 140 * 140 pixels ?

Welcome to the forum.
Doing stop-motion animation in PrE is easy, but as PrE is designed for common Video Frame Sizes, that 140 x 140 pixels will be tough. However, if you create your images at a larger size, that matches a common Video Frame Size, say 720 x 480, you can output to smaller size. In general terms, Video is horizontal rectangular.
To do the stop-motion animation in PrE, irrespective of that Frame Size, you would go to Edit>Preferences>General>Still Frame Duration, and there, you can set that Duration from 1 Frame, to almost infinity. Note: unlike some other settings on that General screne, the Still Frame Duration is in Frames.
You might be better off using a program like Photoshop Elements, and outputting to an Animated GIF. There are also many Animated GIF programs available, and many are free.
Adobe Flash would be a great choice, but it's not inexpensive. Same for Adobe After Effects. Both of those are designed to do all sorts of non-standard Video animations. However, for the price of either of those, one could buy dozens of Animated GIF creation programs.
PrE can do similar with Animated GIF (I could not find this in PrE 11, but others found it in previous versions), but due to its design around common Video specs., there will be limitations to overcome.

Do a backup, preferable 2 separate ones on 2 drives. Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart or hold down the option/alt key during a restart and select Recovery Volume). Run Disk Utility Verify/Repair and Repair Permissions until you get no errors. Reformat the drive using Disk Utility/Erase Mac OS Extended (Journaled), then click the Option button and select GUID. Then re-install the OS.

Media cache files are not involved in the removal of the Adobe watermark from the project.prel file from a tryout.
Just a re-enforcement mention...you cannot remove the Adobe watermark from a tryout "saved" exported product; whereas, you can from a saved/closed project file (project.prel).
By exported product, I mean a burn to disc in the tryout or the Timeline of the tryout exported to a file saved to the computer hard drive.
In the case of removing the Adobe watermark from the tryout project.prel, classically you delete the rendered files (Timeline Menu/Delete Rendered Files) in the purchased program. In no way is media cache involved in this. Some of us have found that there was an automatic removal of the Adobe watermark resulting from just opening the tryout project.prel file in the purchased program.
Please review and consider.

How can I create a stop animation video with single images in Premiere Pro?

Let me start off by saying I am 100% new to pretty much all Adobe software as of about 3 weeks ago. I have been doing a lot of googling these past few weeks. With that said, I will do my best to explain my question.
I am making a stop motion animated video. I am not using several photos to create the look, but rather single photoshopped images that I have deleted the backgrounds out of. Basically the video is single charms "crawling" or flying in individually from off screen into a circle, there is a story explaining what each charm means. I started in After Effects, but had issues with audio... am I right in my understanding that you cannot preview the audio unless you use the preview feature? So my solution was playing a guessing game, rendering/exporting, importing it to Premiere Pro, taking notes and then heading back to After Effects to try to re-do the timing. Obviously this was not working too well.
Then after doing more googling and clicking around I figured out you could layer images in Premier Pro and make them move just as you would in After Effects, which is great! There are two things hanging me up...
1. I used the wiggle effect in After Effects. For the life of me I cannot find or figure out an effect or preset similar to this in Premiere Pro. Is there such a thing? Or do I have to create rotation keyframes? (I think I'm using keyframes correctly).
2. Making the images stop-motiony and not smooth.
My question is... any suggestions on how to re-create the wiggle effect easily in Premiere Pro? Or is there away to create the effect in After Effects and then import the image into Premiere Pro and still be able to change the position and timing?
Please help! My deadline is tomorrow by the end of the work day!

Possible to pan and scan HD video with your home editing software?? (HD - SD size)

Hi, using Premiere Elements 7 on WinXp and also on Win 7.
I wonder if it's possible for us to do a pan and scan type process with our HD video? I ask because someone gave me some footage from the weekend where the composition was way too wide and large and I'd like to save the video, composed better, an SD quality.
Given the pixel resolution it should be possible. I know that's how they convert 35mm film to fit TV, but when it comes to video, can Premiere do it?
I can crop video in premiere but it will save the video at the same resolution, but all pixelized and looking wonky. How would I save 1080i video pan and scanned to 720 (p) or regular SD (640) which will still look decent on Youtube.
Here is an example (note, I also squeezed the footage to 97% horizontally first)

If it's hi-def video, you can import the video into a project set up for standard DV.
Before you use Get Media to get the video, go to Edit/Preferences and uncheck Scale to Frame Size.
When you place your video on the timeline, it will be much larger than the Monitor, and you will only see a portion of it. You should be able to use Crop and Scale to get just what you need and still have many pixels to spare. (And don't forget to press Enter to render the video before you judge its quality.)
Note that, depending on what format of video your original footage is in, you may need to work with the interlacing maybe reverse the field dominance. So I'd do a short test run and output to see how it looks before I committed to a full-length project.

When I type "Now the problem", I could apply an animation. Once I click ENTER & type "begins...", I can't apply an animation anymore. The apply button could not be clicked. Why is that? Please help me...

Is there a way to avoid the disc menus to make an auto play disc in Premiere elements 11?

Hi,
I have upgraded from Premiere elements 10 to 11 and found that it is impossible to make a DVD without passing through the - long- procedure of choosing a disc menu.
In PE 10 it could be done but I haven't found a way to do this in PE 11 . Very often one want to just try a movie before it is finished and quickly burn a HD disc.
Does anybody have a good suggestion?

The trick is to go to the Edit Menu/Preferences/General
and
place a check mark next to "Show All Do Not Show Again Messages".
I had eliminated all messages and consequently always got the menu option.
This seems to a minor bug that should yet be eliminated.

Earth would not case shadow on sun so lighting would be different and the earth orbit is an ellipse not circular. But his embedded movie make it look like they are rotating at different rates. perhaps both sphere surfaces could be a movie.

I have Linksys WRT54GC router at home and i share internet to all my PCs through the router.
Is it possible to share internet firstly through my PC, and then through this router to all other pcs? If it is possible how i should configure my router? If not - do i have to buy some kind of switch to make this type of network?

It is not clear to me what the exact problem is. The screenshots show that everything is correct. The second PC should have internet with this setup. PC1 won't be able to ping the router on 192.168.0.2 if you block ICMP (anonymous WAN requests) on the router. That setting should be on the Security tab.
I would suggest to set up the WRT as simple wireless access point. That way you still have full LAN connectivity between all your computers. To do that, you have to temporarily wire a computer to a LAN port of the router. Unplug the gateway computer from the router! There is only a single computer connected to the WRT at the moment.
Open http://10.10.10.1/ or whatever LAN IP address you have set on the WRT at the moment. On the Setup tab, change the internet connection type to "Automatic/DHCP", change the LAN IP address from 10.10.10.1 to 192.168.0.2, disable the DHCP server. Now press the save settings button. You'll loose the connection to the router. That's OK.
Now rewire the router. Connect a LAN port of the router to the gateway computer. Do not use the internet port on the WRT! That is the basic setup.
Now wired computers connected to the remaining 3 LAN ports on the WRT should have LAN and internet access. In the same way, wireless clients connect into the ICS LAN and have internet.

I’m making the app in .NET, and I don’t really have the problem to get the result, but through watching videos I’ve realized that using LINQ isn’t always the best way of doing things, because it requires pulling too much data through the

I’m absolute beginner in TSQL, so I need your help. I need to extract last order of particular customer and I wonder if that could be accomplished. To make things simple, let’s imagine that my orders table has only these three columns:
OrderID (int, primary key, identity incremented), CustomerID (int), and DateOfOrder(datetime). I need a procedure that would take CustomerID as parameter, and return one single row which represent the last order of that customer.
I would also be very grateful to see the extended procedure that would take LastCount additional parameter and return several rows which would represent last several orders of that customer.
Last thing, if it’s not too much already, I would very appreciate some link to educational videos about SQL server for beginners. There were great videos on msdev.com, but this web address doesn’t exist anymore.

It's probably talking about your Apple Developer Certificate. Apple issues you a .cer file that you need to generate a legit .p12 certificate to sign your application with. In your provisioning portal you also have to set up the application with a unique ID and then export a distribution provision pointing toward that app ID. The iOS portal has a very straight forward guide on doing all of what I just said. Then when exporting your app you select to export it for the store rather than quick debugging or adhoc. Then it will have the correct code.
After you submit your app and it's approved iTunes does all the work of installing your app on peoples devices if they choose to install it.

Well, it depends on your media. Create your sequence from your video clips. edit, and then export to H.264 at a high bit rate of around 30Mb/s perhaps. It really depends on the footage. However, if you are using stills, then just set up a 3840X2160 sequence. I used a Red preset and changed the frame size.

Yes, it's possible to use the Blackmagic Multibridge Pro with Premiere but it's also complicated to use the card with video and audio together.
I use a mac pro with the Multibridge Pro 1 and need to use an audio card too, because the card makes always problems with audio in Premiere CC.
In the audio hardware settings tab you have no selection possibility for the card. You have to select your standard system audio and to route this in Premiere. In your system audio panel you have the multibridge as standard card set.
Only for a short time it was possible for me to use the card with audio and video but after the last Premiere update I have to use the audio card again. I spend to much time in optimize my system to work well with the card and heard to many people have trouble with Premiere CC and the Multibridge Pro Card. In Premiere Pro it wasn't a problem at all...

Premiere Elements 9, Can't apply text animation

I just started with Premiere Elements 9, so this is probably a case of newbie ignorance...
I set up a text title, and went to add a 'text animation' (I want the 'FadeInByLine' animation to be exact), but the 'Apply' button is always grayed out. In fact it's grayed out for all the text animations. What do I need to do to make it use the animation?

You are correct - Animation Presets for only 1 line of text.
Now, if you want multiple lines of text to be animated, just do one Title, per line, stack them one above the other in the Timeline Video Tracks, then apply the Animation Preset(s) of choice.
You might find these Alignment Grids useful to get everything lined up.
