Is it possible to "refresh" the INBOX from the Server?

Using POP protocole. My Inbox is corrupted, in that the older emails are missing. I was thinking that if I could 1. Delete the INBOX Folder and INBOX.MSF folders, then somhow "force" a retrieval of all the emails retained on the server I could resolve this issue.
Is it possible to force TB to "re-retrieve" emails?

right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button.

  • Is it possible to uninstall IE 11 from Windows Server 2012 R2 and replace it with the latest version of IE 10?

    Is it possible to uninstall IE 11 from Windows Server 2012 R2 and replace it with the latest version of IE 10? We have a remote desktop farm setup with 2012 R2 servers and we are publishing some web links that only work with IE10. As a result, we need to
    downgrade the remote desktop servers to IE10. I have a feeling that this isn't possible, but if I could get a definitive answer, I would greatly appreciate it, thank you!

    Hi,
    Agreed with DonPick.
    Internet Explorer 11 is preinstalled with Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
    More information regarding Internet Explorer 11, please check:

  • Is it possible to refresh the client from serverside in j2ee application

    Hello
    Is it possible to refreshh the client from server side in j2ee Application server using JMS technology,
    If you know about it plz. mail me on [email protected] Or plz. reply me over here.
    Thank you

    You can either use server push or client pull.
    Server push:
    Server push the changes to client on every certain time interval.
    You can make client to subscribe for JMS topic created on server side. Every certain interval, server needs to publish a message and JMS will distribute all the message to the subscribers (clients)
    Client pull:
    Each client request/inquiry the changes from server on every certain time interval.
    You can't use JMS (you can but you must use P2P (queue), which is not recommended in this case).
    You can make the client to post HTTP request to get the latest data from server on every certain time interval.

  • Is it possible to refresh the table from a Materialized view

    Hi,
    Is it possible to update the underlying table on which a Materialized view is created when some changes in a Materialized view is done.Is this reverse compatibility possible in Materialized View?
    Thanks in Advance,
    V.Dennis

    If you created the materialized view as UPDATEABLE then changes to it should automatically be relected in the underlying table. If this is not occurring I suggest you check the replication jobs. You probably have a stack of errors in DEFERROR.

  • Is it possible to refresh the home page or report page automatically?

    Hi.
    I'm develping EM plugin with EM 11 extensibility.
    Is it possible to auto refresh the home page or report page?
    It contains the view data(real time 30 sec page..) select list combo at the matric detail page.
    and it is displayed on the right of the top at the database main page
    Thanks,
    wonjo.
    Edited by: wonjo on Oct 5, 2010 10:49 PM

    Also, there are enhancements in progress to the extensibility framework which will, in future versions of EM, allow this type of control over chart/table refresh for plugins.

  • Is it possible to have the server always on?

    I own a Time Capsule which I stream my iTunes library from to my computer as its hard disk is almost full. It isn't a great solution, but it is working for now. However, because the songs are on the wireless drive, iTunes must connect to the server before retrieving the songs. This gets annoying when I plug in my iPhone because it says that none of the songs were copied because they could not be found. Is it possible for the server to always be connected to the computer and not disconnect after a backup has been made?

    Open System Preferences and select Accounts.
    Select your account and click on the Log In tab.
    Then click the + (plus) button to navigate to your Time Capsule. Click it to highlight it and click Add at the lower right of the pane.
    Restart your computer and the Time Capsule will be up and running.

  • Is it possible to refresh the dropdown h:selectOneMenu

    Here is my requirement
    The user creates new record by selecting "New" value from the dropdown. Then user enters values on form fields and clicks the Submit button. • Scheduler jobs to refresh table data from SQL server

    Hi !
    I am planning to have a scheudler job to refresh data from a SQL server database into Oracle. All I do is run several of the below statements. Each of these tables have less than 100 rows. So, it completes in under 20 seconds.
    I am wondering if it is a good idea to run it as PL/SQL block as below. Please can someone comment ?
    delete from B;
    insert into A select * from AA@choumsq020;
    commit;
    delete from B;
    insert into B select * from BB@choumsq020;
    commit;
    I am planning to run it as below
    BEGIN
      DBMS_SCHEDULER.create_schedule (
        job_name        => 'TEST'
        job_type          => 'PLSQL_BLOCK'
        job_action      => 'begin
                   delete from B;
                   insert into A select * from AA@choumsq020;
                   commit;
                   delete from B;
                   insert into B select * from BB@choumsq020;
                   commit;
                   end; '
        start_date      => SYSTIMESTAMP,
        repeat_interval => 'FREQ=MINUTELY, byminute=15',
        end_date        =>  NULL,
        comments        => 'Repeats every 15 mins, for ever.');
    END;
    /Am I doing anything wrong here ? I am yet to run it on the database
    Thanks.

    And use dbms_scheduler.create_job not dbms_scheduler.create_schedule.
    Also leave start_date empty (that gets you systimestamp but at the timezone that
    usually has a region instead of an absolute offset, like select dbms_scheduler.stime from dual
    would report.

  • Possible to use ZFS export from another server to boot/load LDOM?

    Have a T1000 with 2 72GB disks, configured as a RAID mirror in firmware, so there's not a lot of available local disk space.
    Would like to know if it's possible to use a ZFS volume exported to the base system, to build an LDOM?
    Assumes that we upgrade the T1000 to the 10/08 release that supports ZFS for boot devices.
    If it's not likely to succeed using exported ZFS volumes, will it work for an exported disk or slice?
    Want to use sorage available from an X4500 to ensure ldoms have enough space to live happily in.

    Yes, you can use a ZFS volume as a backend for an LDom.
    Chapter 5 of the LDoms Admin Guide has some good detail.
    http://docs.sun.com/source/820-4894-10/chapter5.html
    "The virtual disk backend can be a physical disk, a physical disk slice, a file, a volume from a volume management framework,
    such as the Zettabyte File System (ZFS), Solaris Volume Manager (SVM), Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM), or any disk pseudo
    device accessible from the service domain."
    You don't explicitly need the ZFS boot support in Solaris 10 10/08 (S10U6) as the LDoms support is independent of that - support
    for LDoms devices booting off a ZFS volume was added to the LDoms drivers in Solaris 10 5/08 (S10U5).
    So you could do the following.
    zfs create -V 10G ldoms/domain/test/zdisk0
    ldm add-vdsdev /dev/zvol/dsk/ldoms/domain/test/zdisk0 zdisk0@primary-vds0
    ldm add-vdisk zdisk0 zdisk0@primary-vds0 ldg1
    An then install Solaris on the guest domain using UFS as the root filesystem
    [or ZFS if you install Solaris 10 10/08 (S10U6)]

  • Refresh the object associated with a Row in a Data Control?

    I am using EclipseLink & have an issue with multiple updates of the same Row. During an update, a new instance of the entity is returned by the update method. The instance bound to the Row is not updated with this new version and subsequent updates fail with an optimistic locking exception since the entityVersion hasn't been updated.
    Question: Is it possible to refresh the instance associated with a data control Row? I can remove rows, create rows, but it is not apparent to me how to update a row. I am trying to avoid doing a full retrieve on the bound iterator.

    Hi!
    The issue here is, by my opinion, a gap between ADFm and EJB 3.0 in use-cases with large data sets. If you search this forum, you may find related thread by Pedja about problem of feasible "scrollable" af:table with large number of entities in EJB finder result list. Unfortunately, the ADFm "paged" fetching is in mismatch with EJB support for "paged" (or scrollable) results lists. The all results of EJB finder method are retrieved from data source, stored in memory (thus breaking the heap) and transferred to ADF datacontrol. Then, and only then, ADFm paged fetching and caching mechanisms are employed – but they are just cosmetics as the main data set is permanently stored in memory as List<?>. The workaround is, as Pedja discovered, to write completely proprietary TableCollectionModel which completely evades ADFm and is implemented by set of EJB Session methods for paged acces to datasource through TopLink and native database queries (enabling retrieval of particular range of rows instead a complete result set). Of course, this is very complex coding experience and I find it a not acceptable for efficient development of modern applications on ADF + EJB stack, especially as it brakes a technology independence promoted by EJB and EclipseLink and other standards-based technologies (as you have to use database-specific native query implementation for paged /scrollable access!).
    What I want to say is that I have feeling that ADF support for EJB is not complete in full extend and that ADFm is still much better suited for BCs then for EJBs. I hope that this will be solved in future as this issue may pose a significant issue on application development in enterprise-level area where it is supposed that we are dealing with BROWSING also a large data sets.
    Yes, I emphasize a BROWSING as I strongly oppose a dogmatic approach that SEARCHING is a solution for every use-case. From theory of information, the system SHOULD NOT limit the user in accessing ALL information (based on access rights, of course). So the idea that SEARCH forms should be used to bridge a architectural gap between a ADFm and EJB is not acceptable, as the search MAY limit the user in acquiring the information he (or she) is not able to describe in adequate manner based on search criteria offered by the developer. So, the developer may be responsible for misinformation of user, by limiting his access to information, jus for technology limitations of ADFm which forces a development of purely SEARCH-based functionalities.
    I hope that development team would appreciate and consider this remarks, and invest effort in closing (not bridging!) the gap between ADFm and EJB.
    Regards,
    PaKo

    I have problem refreshing the class with Tomcat 4.1 Server. I make changes in my class and they just don't reflect unless I restart the server. I don't want to refresh the server all the time. Is there any setting by which I can tell the server not to the version ffrom the memory. I even deleted that class from the classes directory but still the server would not know it.

  • Is it possible to refresh region at specific intervals or event based?

    I have bunch of regions on a page. Instead of refreshing the entire page every 5 minutes, I would like refresh certain regions every 5 minutes. Also is it possible to refresh the regions based certain events?. For example, If the region is tracking tasks for a user, whenever someone creates a task for the user, is it possible refresh that tasks region only in the event task creation?. an ideas are appreciated.
