I have a text I would like to send to several people without disclosing others names, and phone numbers. Is there a way to hide that but still send all at once?

No not with the built in message app, but you can see if there is an app for that feature you want.

See what happens if you go into Settings>Messages and turn off Show Subject Line. Also try turning off Group Messages---you'll still be able to text multiple people at once, definitely, I think it's just that the phone just doesn't thread replies as well (I'm not sure what Group Messages does, really).
I know that turning off those two settings fixed my friend on a basic Sprint phone getting my plain text messages as MMS, though I don't know whether it's one or both that causes the issue.
EDIT: Okay, based on this article, Group Messages is like a sort of multiple person chat room, so your recipients can easily reply to all. If you need that, then you can't fix the issue (though the comments show a bunch of ways that could go wrong).

But you don't need the fancy chat-room feature of Group Messages to send texts to multiple people, so it depends on what kinds of texts you are sending.

AFAIK, there is no way to increase the limit of the native app. Use a 3rd party app if that
function is important to you. Others have expressed similar frustration in the past and
have chosen another app to fill their needs.

I have a friend who has lost his phone, so presume its that one but how do I know?
Its the only flaw i have found on the iPhone, love everything else about it

In the USA, you can do so by addressing the email to {10digitPhoneNumber}@{cellCarrierDomainName}.
Examples for this, for USA carriers, are given at http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/939/smsemail_cingular_nextel_sprint_tmobile_verizonvirgin. I would imagine that the same sort of technique would work in AUS. The trick is finding out the carriers' domain names.
You might try a google search using search terms "email domain cellphone text message {list of names of cellular providers in AUS}" or have somebody text message your email address then it will show up in the "From:" in the email that you receive.
So to send to a group consisting of some cellular SMS addresses and regular email addresses, the group would just be defined accordingly, with the SMS-style email addresses. Just remember that there may be a restriction on the number of characters that can be received per message by the cell phone SMS recipients.

Try to switch the Flight Mode on and back off. Also, if phone is connected to WiFi when attempting to send a picture message of group SMS, this may also affect the connection so turn it off then try to send an MMS or group SMS. If these did not help, try below possible solution.
Turn off the Group Text feature in the Messaging app.
On the Start screen, tap on Messaging tile.
Then tap the three dots (...) in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Open Settings.
Slide Group Text to off.
The Group Text feature attempts to keep the messages in one chat thread by using MMS, when this feature is off, your messages to a multiple people are included in a separate threads.
Failure of this feature to work though means your MMS settings are not correct. Either contacts your carrier up for the correct settings for your phone or go to the Store, and download and install the Network Setup application which can be found in the Nokia Collection.

I am stay in Italy on my personal computer, through an italian account from my list of skype, I can not delivery a sms at price of 0,078 € to a mobile phone in Belarus. In fact beside there is the message "delivered not yet".
Viceversa I can, through a Belarus account or Moldavian account of my list of Skype, regardless of their are on-line or off-line, sending a sms to a mobile phone in Belarus always at the price of 0,078 €.
I can not understand because is not possible to send a sms by italian account while is it possible by belarus account or moldavian account.

Hi Guys
I am using a Nokia 5310 and was wondering if it was possible to send a sms message from my phone to my computer via Bluetooth? I can't seem to find an option to do this and don't know whether I am missing it or if it's just not possible.

You can't send an SMS. However, if the phone (I don't know the 5310) has a note-taking application where you can create text notes/memos, the application might have an option to send the note/memo over Bluetooth. You might also be able to find some Java application to send text messages (still not SMS, technically) over Bluetooth, if the phone doesn't have such a feature built-in.

Can't send MMS or Group SMS

Hopefully I can get help with this i'm pulling my hair out. I have an iPhone 4 and just recently reactivated my AT&T sim. Problem im having is I can't send my MMS or Group SMS to non iMessage phone numbers. I believe I know the problem but I don't know how to fix it. Prior to reactivating my AT&T Sim I had a RedPocket Mobile SIM in there and had to modify the APN/MMS settings on it. So I believe its my APN settings.
Also If I do a complete erase and reset but NOT restore from iCloud MMS and Group SMS works, im thinking my iCloud restore files changes the settings for my APN.
Since I have AT&T I don't have the option to access Celluar Data Netwok

I have setup the monitoring for idoc through interface monitoring and I am getting the alerts for the same. The alert is generated for different status values for the same idoc. Now my question is, is it possible to send email notification to two different groups based on the status values?? I mean for example , for a single idoc for some status values I want to send email notification to group1 only and for other status values I want to send notification to group2.Any help will be apperitiated.

i Have an ex-iMessage user that I text quite often. How do I include them in a group text? how do I send SMS texts with my iPhone 5s?

Whether or not everyone gets the response depends solely on the person responding. i.e. you send a group text and i am one of the reciepients. From here i have two options, reply to the group text (everyone gets my reply) or i could text just you on the side (by opeining a new window in messages with just you as the reciepient) and replying to just you. Theres nothing you can do, its up to the person replying whether or not they reply to the entire group or just you seperately.

Group Message only sends iMessages not SMS

Hello all. I just recently moved to Android but my spouse is still on an iPhone. For some reason, when she group messages it is only sending responses to those with imessage on their phone. However if she sends me a non group message (only me) it recognizes it as a SMS, turns green and sends the text perfectly. However it will not recognize that I do not have imessage when sending a group text.
She has iMessage, Send as SMS, MMS Messaging and Group Messaging all turned all, but no luck.
The other people with iphones in the group, can send the group texts and their iphones are converting my text to SMS. Its just my wifes phone not sending me SMS when I am in a group, only sending me a SMS when direct to me only..
The phone is updated to the latest software, and I even rebooted her phone with no luck..
Anyone have any idea what is happening?
