Is it possible to transfer  an Ipad from one Apple ID to another?

I have a bounch of Ipad's registered to my personal Apple ID, I want to transfer all of these to a corporate account. Is this possible?

Ice, there isn't or shouldn't be such a thing as a "corporate" account....at least not one you would assign to all of the devices.  To maintain license compliance for use of the app store, you would want to assign each device it's own Apple ID..you could generate a series of Apple ID's...say my_company_email_ #1 through my_company_email_#10.  You could use a company email address for each, or an email alias for each pointing to one company address.  If you are in education things can be done a bit differently.

  • Is it possible to transfer all files from one Apple ID to another

    Hello,
For work I currently use an iPad Air (iOS 8.1.3) and just recently upgraded to a MacBook Pro (OS X 10.10.2) . The only issue is that I will be using a different Apple ID on the MacBook then I was using on the iPad. My question is, is it possible to transfer all of my pages documents from one Apple ID to another all at one time or will I have to manually share each document with myself. If there is a way, would it be possible on the iPad app, the MacBook app or on the iCloud website.
Thanks for your time and help

No, it is not possible. All purchased items under one Apple ID are permanently connected to it. They cannot be transferred to another Apple ID. You can, however, repurchase the items under your new Apple ID.
You can always call Apple to see if they can be of help.

  • Can I transfer calendar data from one Apple ID to another?

Just realized that my calendars and email were all sharing one Apple ID with my husband which is problematic because I want my own devices syncing up properly. I've set up my own Apple ID, but before I activate it on my devices I want to be sure I don't lose all the data. Can I transfer a calendar from one Apple ID to another and if so, can I do this from the devices themselves or do I need my desktop?
I've read some earlier related posts and they don't seem to answer this question clearly for me.
    Thanks so much!

You will probably need to do this on your Mac; I'm not sure it's possible on an iPhone. You have to deal with one calendar at a time.
Select a calendar listed under your husbands iCloud login name.
From the File menu choose Export...>Export. An .ics file will be saved at your designated destination.
Repeat this for any other calendars.
Sign out in System Preferences>iCloud and sign in with your own ID. Your calendars and other data will disappear from your Mac but not from the server.
From the File menu choose 'New Calendar' then your iCloud login name in the sub menu.
A new calendar called 'Untitled' will appear in your sidebar under your iCloud login name. Change its name to that of the calendar you exported.
From the File menu choose 'Import...' then 'Import...' from the sub-menu. A navigation pane will open: navigate to and choose your exported .ics file.
iCal will ask you where to import this to. Click the drop-down menu and select the iCloud version of your calendar (make sure not to choose the 'On My Mac' version). Import.
Your calendar contents will appear in the iCloud version of the calendar but this may take some time. You need to leave iCal running until the rotating icon at the top of the sidebar disappears.
    Repeat 5-9 for other calendars.

  • Transfer iTunes content from one Apple ID to another Apple ID

I have recently set up a second Apple ID so that I can separate content I want my kids to be able to access and other content that I don't want them to see (eg particular TV shows and movies) and have set up a separate computer through that I want to load with content suitable for them.  Is it possible for me to transfer content purchased on iTunes from one Apple ID/iTunes account to a different one?  Are there any tips/tricks for this?  Any problems or watch-outs?  Thanks.

    Hi H.E. Bear,
Sorry, but iTunes purchases are forever tied to the Apple ID that they were purchased under. There is no way to transfer purchases from one Apple ID to another.
You can, however, Authorize that original ID to the new computer (along with the new one for the kids). Once you have Authorized it, you can transfer selected purchases into the iTunes Library on that computer:

  • Can i transfer redeemed credit from one apple id to another?

I set up a new apple id on my new ipod touch, forgetting that I already have an apple id with all my old music on.
Before i realised this, I had already redeemed £45 worth of credit on to my new apple id.
What I would like to do is delete my new account, but at the same time transfer the credit I haven't yet used to my old apple id.
Is this in anyway possible? I am not particularly bothered about losing a few songs i purchased with my new apple id, so long as I can retain the credit I have left.
Also to throw a spanner in the works, the new apple id account isn't accepting my password (which was previously working) everytime I either sign in or verify my apple id on my ipod touch. Of course I tried to reset my password which took me to two options: (a) Send an e-mail to the address(es) attatched to my account to reset my password. This won't work because the e-mail that comes through is one of this nature: 'Please verify the contact email address for your Apple ID' and so I click the link and in order for me to verify the e-mail address with the apple id, I need to sign in with my apple id username and password (which I have forgotten). Which takes me round in a viscous circle! (b) Answer some security questions - but before I can answer any questions, I need to give my date of birth...which it doesn't accept!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I just want one apple id account (my old one) with the credit from my new account (that I can't access).

Likely not. Also, accounts can't be combined. You can always contact iTunes but see:

I have multiple Apple IDs. Is there a way for me to merge them into a single Apple ID?
Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

  • I would like to transfer the balance from one Apple ID to another how can this be done??

I want to transfer the account ballance from my account to my son's. I unintentionally redeemed one of his gift cards to my account. how can this be done?

Sorry, but balances can't be transferred from one iTunes Store account to another. You'll either have to make his purchases through your account, or buy another prepaid card and redeem that in his account.
BTW, for future questions, this forum is for questions from those managing sites on iTunes U, Apple's service for colleges and universities to post educational material in the iTunes Store. You'll be most likely to get help if you ask in the general iTunes forums.

  • Is it possible for me to transfer my purchases from one Apple ID to another?

Hello.  I currently have two Apple ID accounts.  I want to keep my iCloud account and just use that one as my Apple ID.  I want to delete one that I have linked to a diffrent email address.  Before I do this, I would like to know if I could transfer my purchases on the other ID to my iCloud Apple ID.  Or is this not possible?

    No.

  • I can't transfer a purchase from one apple ID to another?

OK, so I have my apple ID and then my friend and I have one that we share. Well, I bought a movie on the ID that we share but I couldn't download it to my phonne because I don't have enough room. However, I would still like it in my iTunes. I am signed into my personal iTunes account because I had the majority of my music on there. How can I get the movie to transfer from our joint account to my personal account without it being on my phone? I tried clicking transfer purchases and it transfered some of the other movies we have on the account which werent on my phone, but it won't download the one I want.

Any purchase is permanently attached to the ID it was purchased with (or gifted to if it was a gift). Sign in to the account you want to download from then go to the iTunes Store home page > Quick Links > Purchased > Movies > Not on this computer and download.

    Hi Mano11,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
The two articles below will explain all of your options:
Frequently asked questions about Apple ID
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5622?viewlocale=en_US
An Apple ID is a user name you use for everything you do with Apple. Creating an account for an Apple service, such as the iTunes Store or the App Store, creates an Apple ID. Apple ID allows you to access other Apple services. You don't have to create a new account for each service—just use your Apple ID.
How do I change my Apple ID Name or personal information?
You can change your Apple ID Name at My Apple ID. Click on Manage your Apple ID and sign in with your Apple ID name and password. Click Edit and enter the new information, then click Save Changes. Changes take effect immediately. You can also use My Apple ID to change your personal information, such as your mailing address or email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.
Using your Apple ID for Apple services
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4895
Can I change the name of my Apple ID?
Yes. For example, if you get a new email address, you can change your Apple ID from your old address to your new address. For more information, follow the steps in this article.
Note: @mac.com and @me.com Apple IDs cannot be renamed.
I have purchased music, apps, or books with multiple Apple IDs. How can I get all of this content onto my iOS device?

First, you need to copy all of your purchased content so it is on the same Mac or PC with iTunes. This computer should be the one you sync your device with. For more information on how to move your content, see these articles:
Mac:  iTunes for Mac: How to copy purchases between computers
PC:  iTunes for Windows: How to copy purchases between computers
Next, authorize your computer to play content with each Apple ID in iTunes. Once your computer is authorized for all your content, it can be synced to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
I hope this information helps ....
    Have a great day!
