  • Any way to downgrade from 64bit to 32 bit Vista OS

Is there any option to downgrade 64bit machine to 32 bit vista OS...Most of the application is not working with 64bit and Its hard to keep purchasing all softwares for 64bit machine...

There are simpler VPN apps than Citrix, Hamachi for example. The compatibility mode is simply a case of right clicking the executable, going to the compatibility tab and setting the options. I've got a feeling the only thing you'll need to do is set the privilege level to Run as administrator. It's nothing to do with 64bit anything.

  • Is there any way to import from ipod back to itunes??

I have a problem... my hardrive over heated last week, and I lost EVERYTHING. I have to start completely over, and just redownloaded itunes to my fixed computer. luckily, I had a good amount of my music saved on my ipod. however, is there any way to import the other way around, and move music from my ipod back onto my computers and itunes??? i cant stand having an empty library!

Bit of a pain but possible:
    1) My documents, tools, folder options, show hidden files
    2) open itunes
    3) edit, preferences
The most important bit coming up:
    4) LEAVE PREFERENCES OPEN THROUGHOUT WHOLE PROCESS, OTHERWISE IPOD WILL BE WIPED.
    5) plug in ipod
    6) open my computer
    7) ipod should be in devices with removable storage
    8) into ipod
    9) into ipod control
    10) into music
    11) select all
    12) copy
    13) into my documents
    14) into my music
    15) into itunes (folder)
    16) into itunes music (folder)
    17) paste
    when the paste has finished:
    18) use remove ipod icon on toolbar to get ipod disconnected safely
    19) into itunes program
    20) close preferences
    21) file, add folder to library
    22) find your way back to itunes music folder
and there it all is. Go back to hiding hidden folders in tools, folder options when done, or they can get in the way (or deleted by mistake!)
no idea how to do any of this on a mac, i'm a PC user!

  • Any way to restore from a back up; old software to new?

I lost my iPhone 4 a few months ago and got a 3gs off my manager. The problem is he had already updated to software version 5 and when I had my iPhone 4 backed up it was using 4.3.3.
So i cannot restore from back-up as they are not compatable.
I have tried reading through some blogs but it all seems to lead to jailbreaking and what not. And I don't really know what it means but I have no back ups of SHSH. Is there no other way I can get my backed up photos (most importantly) now?
I fear not but don't see how other people haven't had this problem and if there is any other way to fix it.
any help greatly appreciated but I am close to giving up on these photos. I was travelling at the time and if i could get to restore from this certain back-up the loss wouldn't hurt so bad.

yeah exactly. I was thinking if i got a friend's phone with a software version of 4.x.x i might be able to restore it then get the photos then he can restore his back again..?
I think i need someone to tell me to give up.. haha..

  • I just set to get a repair my ipod online and i accidently closed the page i was supposed to print out to give to ups is their any way to get that page back?

And for others to know it doesnt let me retrieve the same page again and i am unable to set up another repair

If you plan on buying a new iPod you can get 10% off at an Apple Store by recycling it. Or just take it to the Apple Store and give it to them. Or check with your local government, they probably have an electronics recycling program.

  • Is there a way to downgrade from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 4.1 without any unauthorised modifications (e.g. jailbreaking)?

I found this piece of information: http://osxdaily.com/2012/06/18/downgrade-ios-6-beta-to-ios-5/ Yes, it's about downgrading from iOS 6 beta, not iOS 6, but the way to downgrade to a previous version of iOS is basically the same.
I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1.1 and an iPod touch 4 running iOS 5.1.1 as well. None of them is 'jailbroken'. I upgraded my iPod touch to iOS 6 for exploring it a bit more and reverted back to iOS 5.1.1. How? I did it the way stated by the website I mentioned above: just by Option-Clicking the 'Restore' button on iTunes and select the iOS 5.1.1 software. No need to enter recovery mode or DFU mode whatsoever.
In fact, Apple doesn't allow users to downgrade to a previous version of iOS: 'Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported.' (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694) The reason why I could downgrade from iOS 6 to iOS 5.1.1 may be, as the above website said, 'Typically you can’t downgrade iOS versions so easily, but because Apple is still signing iOS 5.1.1 this allows downgrading to commence with minimal effort.'
I was wondering whether I could revert all the way from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 4.1 (the version that was shipped along with the launch of the iPod touch 4 in September 2010). (for experimental purposes)
I downloaded the iOS 4.1 (a list of iOS software: http://osxdaily.com/2010/10/30/download-ipod-touch-firmware-ipsw/) and tried Option-Clicking when restoring this iOS 4.1 — no luck. iTunes said 'This device is not eligible for the requested build'. And I did a bit of research and found that there are ways to downgrade from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 4.1, but it seems you have to jailbreak the device, which is complicated and I don't want to do.
So, is there a way to downgrade from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 4.1 without any unauthorised modifications (e.g. jailbreaking)? Thanks in advance.

No, downgrading from any version of iOS to an earlier version is not supported.

No, you cannot downgrade your iOS device. That's not supported by Apple.

  • HT201335 Is their any way I can mirror from iPad one to Apple TV

Is their any way I can mirror from iPad one to Apple TV

It may also be a limitation with the app, your 1G iPad can only be updated to iOS 5.1.1 where your bother inlaw's 2G will update to the latest iOS 6.1.3. Check the apps requirements in the iTunes Store.
You should also Reset your devices, unplug the Apple TV then plug it back in. To Reset your iPad:
From the Home screen double tap the Home button to view the multitasking bar at the bottom. Tap and hold an app at the bottom till the icons wiggle with the minus button visible. Tap the button to close all apps then tap the Home button to get back to the Home page. Press and hold the Sleep button till you see the Slide to power off message and power it off. Once powered down completely press and hold the sleep button till the Apple icon appears.

  • I was lately downlaoding a 700mb file, but i lost the internet connection and i have the .part file and i cant click resume, is their any way that i can continue dowlaoding the file without the need redownloading from the begining?

I was lately downlaoding a 700mb file, but i lost the internet connection and only 635mb was downloaded and i have the .part file but the download menu says that download failed so i cant click resume, is their any way that i can continue dowlaoding the file without the need redownloading from the beginning?

I do not know if your file can be recovered.  But I may be able help you to recreate it with ease.  If you will settle for a composite where all image are re-sized for a particular tile size and virtually cropped to its aspect ratio.  However all source image need be gathered into a folder to use my script process. • Is their any way to restrict user from overriding  the graphs in SAP APO?

    Dear All,
As we know, we can copy the graphs to other users using /n/sapapo/sdp_graph. But is their any way to restrict user from overriding the graph to particular user.
    Scenarios:
In a project we have super user and semi-super user, whenever super user uses above t-code to copy graph to all users (he has included semi-super user id to target user list) but semi-super user does not want to override his graph by super user.
Do we have such function in APO to restrict?
Hope it is clear to understand.
    Regards,
    Pravin Tikar

    Hi Amol,

Will check the authorization and will update the same.

iOS 7 has an antitheft feature. A stolen phone can NEVER be used again, except by the original owner or with the authorization of the original owner. If you bought a stolen phone that was your mistake; get your money back. While it's possible that the seller "forgot" their password, that is an easily corrected problem. In most countries knowingly possessing stolen property is a crime. Even if you don't know it is stolen, it can be taken from you and returned to the rightful owner.
If it really wasn't stolen, and it was an honest mistake on the part of the seller, the seller can easily correct the mistake and authorize your activation of the phone.

  • Today I deleted an email services I no longer need. Now when I go to the notes app I no longer have any notes.  Is there any way to get my notes back. I have the first iPad running iOS 5.1.1

Ah, well, then the notes are probably gone. Did you save any of the email from that account on your computer? The notes might be there if you did.

  • Is there any way to stream FROM my Apple TV TO my iPad?

Is there any way to stream FROM my Apple TV TO my iPad? I know I can stream from the pad to the TV, but I haven't seen anything that lets me do it vice-versa. I want to stream while my computer is off/asleep. I don't want to keep my computer awake all the time simply to be prepared for the random moment when I want to watch a movie but I'm not in a position to go turn on my computer and turn on iTunes. If my Apple TV could stream the movies and music, that would suit my needs, but it looks like that feature isn't available. Does anyone know how to work around it using either Apple or 3rd-party software/hardware?

You can use Apples Remote app to stream any macs iTunes library to ATV1 but only second gen ATV,s are capable of streaming direct from iOS devices.
