Is there a fix for layers not displaying in window when desktop theme changes from default?

Every time I change my desktop theme from windows default I can't see the layers in the Adobe window. Can anyone tell me where in options/preferences is the fix for this?

Hi Kelly, what happened is that I changed by Win7 desktop theme to a Holiday based theme and when working in Adobe Photoshop part of CS6 collection I start a new project and the layers work panel shows me there is a back ground layer there but in the Adobe work space window the layer doesn’t display. I tried change layer background colors but that didn’t work. If I change the Wind 7 desktop theme back to default it works as expected. Hope this helps. J

I used iTunes for Windows, on my Dell Tower PC, successfully under Windows 7 to import CD tracks and share them with my iPad and iPhone using iTunes Match but since I upgraded my operating system to Windows 8 and then 8.1, iTunes for Windows will not run, despite my downloading the latest versions as they become available; I receive no error message!

Is there a fix for OMF not working

I am fairly new to CS6 Premier Pro and just cannot get it to export OMF. I went the route of sending to audition, and after loading a fix there (it crashed halfway through the omf process) it did create omf's or so it seemed. There was no media in the resultant omf but the tracks and names were all there. Straight omf from PP simply does not work. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Jim, related issue for me.
Older version CS5. (I did not want to upgrade during project on advice of other editors).
The OMF export files stall, (many threads about that already). On camera audio (HDslr's) as bumpers with banter, then 48k masterd tracks from CD release.
Is my best bet to export as FCP XML, find a friend with FCP7 and have them ingest (then export) OMFs for me?
Deadline, and mastering session booked for today was put off until I can deliver OMF's to the session. Last night I assumed sending out OMF would be simple, having not used that before.
Turned out poorly it seems.
Any thoughts, from the savant realm?

Is there a fix for SL not saving Logic Pro settings?

Hi all, I am stuck in SL but don't mind that if there is a way to fix this problem of settings not being saved. I had the problem first in Mail,it refused to save my ISP Password and was fixed by a software update mentioned on this forum. Does anyone know if such an update for Pro apps was ever available? And is it still there for downloading?

I know it seems strange, but it seems to be true,Jobs is turning in his grave. The screen shot in my previous post shows it even better,hard to read[too small] but it was a fix for just these things. Click on that image in post above and it will appear in a larger window,these small 2 ones will as well. It isn't even possible to trash that pref[plist] it restores its' self instantly,no time to install #7,and I trust developed to avoid that being done. The new Apple boss man no like Pro apps,only want to sell new hardware.

Downloads are not displayed in window. I did change then change back destination folder.

A window opens when files are downloaded but the file(s) are not displayed. They used to be

Is there a workaround for Aperture not displaying changes made in CS6?

Previous versions of Aperture would sometimes not correctly display edits made in Photoshop CS5, but re-sizing the Aperture window was a workaround. Currently, I am experiencing the same problem, but now with CS6, and the wordaround no longer works. I would appreciate any help with this problem.

The workflow I use for my best images is to open the RAW file in Photoshop and edit it in ACR and CS6, and then import it into Aperture. I tried changing the extention, but this did not fix the problem. Here is what image looks like in Aperture. There are supposed to be 2 top eagles, but the bottom eagle was moved and resulted in both images showing. The image looks like it is supposed to in CS6.

Fix for iTunes not installing on windows 8

Well I had this issue and search all over never saw a specific answer.
Here is how I fixed it.
Even if you are an administrator you need to be able to right click the itunes installer and run as administrator, I kept having the Apple Application Support error 2 or Apple Applicication Support error 2 (windows) and seen many posts on it but no actually answer.
This solved it for me just had to drag the installer to the desktop and then ran as administrator.

Hi 1.99on... Thank you for your quick reply...but I went to the Elementsvillage.com website and got the answer right away by reading a previouse post there. Problem was, when I had first chosen the PE11 in the Lightroom Preferences, I choose the wrong PE11 folder. You have to go to the Applications find PE11, then to the Support Files folder, and you find the correct file to choose there. I just had it pointed to the wrong folder...Problem solved! Thank-you

Ttitle not displaying the title when no rows selected from a table

My requirement is display the Ttitle value even when there are no rows fetched from a table. I tried the following -it didn't work. We are on Oracle 9.2.0.7.0. Anybody has thoughts on this... your help greatly appreciated.

When will there be fix for AirPrint in Yosemite? I cannot use my HP printer. I have uninstalled/resinstalled everything you can think of. I have deleted and added my printer more time than I can count. I have checked for updates. Nothing has worked.

When will there be fix for AirPrint? Since upgrading to Yosemite I cannot print from my MacBook Air which I use mostly. (I can print from the my old 2005 G5 desktop and iPad2 just fine on the same network.) I could print just fine when I had Mavericks. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun: resetting print system, deleting and adding the printer, checking for updates, uninstalling and reinstalling printer software and folders, turning off modem, router etc. NOTHING works.
The laptop shows that it is printing but nothing happens. Then it says it cannot locate the printer or there is a broken pipe. But it does tell me that I have a low level in one of the ink cartridges (which is true.)
Help! I have warned everyone I know not to upgrade. Is there a way to go back to Mavericks?

It will connect via bluetooth but when I go to connect the usb charger it states that it is not compatible or you never get the charging display on your iPhone 5. It charges just fine when I use the AC charger in the house. At first I thought it may have been the cord but the same cord works fine in the house too. This causes problems when you take long trips and don't have any way to charge your phone while on the road. Are there any upcoming fixes/iupdates either to the software or usb cord that will fix this?

About all that can be suggested is to use the feedback form and talk to Apple. They have communicated with some users, trying to get more info to find out just what the battery drain is so they can fix it. Unfortunately with the myriad of operating systems, apps and individual tweaks, there could be several combinations of settings that are draining the battery.
My personal suspicion is that it has something to do with iCloud and the wifi syncing. (My ipad, before I changed the setting, was reaching out to find a sync on a regular basis. And it may still be doing so, however I set my iTunes to not automatically open to keep my device from trying to sync several times in an evening...not to mention the constant aggravation of iTunes opening regularly)
That said, I could be wrong and it could be an app that users have in common, or several apps.
