Is there a max on Google adsense on a webpage???

Hi,
Is there a maximum on Google Adsense??? I tried to place three ads, but only one shows up? Does anyone knows what this is?

Did you receive a mail that your AdSense account was approved?
I had the same problem before my account was approved. After the approvel it worked.

I am trying to add google adsense to my webpage and whenever I click I already have an acount and then add my account info I get a message stating that there is no AdSense account under that name.

The problem is that your Mac software is quite old. You must have a version of OS X on your Mac earlier than 10.6.8 (current is 10.8.3), so your particular version of OS X cannot support any later version of iTunes. (The current iTunes version is 11.0.2). In particular, your iTunes on your computer cannot deal with your iPad which has software that is much more current than your OS X operating system (and Mac iTunes).

Google adsense ads no longer appear after latest update

Hello,
I just recently did quite a few updates through updater and now all my Google Adsense Ads disappeared. Well, they are still there, but solid blocks of color with no text. Other than the update, I didn't do anything else besides add some text to the pages. They worked fine beforehand.
If I delete them and re-add them, I get the same results. I waited over 24 hours to see if they would appear and they didn't. I emailed Google, with a generic form letter in return that didn't address the issue.
I'm hoping that the smart people on here maybe have experienced this and know what's going on. Thank you for any help you can provide!

that's between you, your anti-virus and your web server. You'll probably have to copy all the files from the server to your computer and scan them (though the anti-virus should pick up the viruses when you copy the files, it's best to also manually scan them). After you found out which files are infected, delete them from the server. Can't give you specifics because each anti-virus and server is differently set up.

Google AdSense settings in iWEB site

I developed a site using iWeb and I added some AdSense box into it. I have to issue: the first one is that not all the AdSense boxes are avilable in iWeb and the secondo one, that is more important for me, is that If I add ad AdSense box from iWeb I can't manage it from adSense account. For example: if I would like to force the language to italian I can't do it. Are there some workaround to manage the AdSense ADV from AdSense account, like the ADV generated directly from AdSense? Many thanks if you can help me!

What I've done on my page is put a mixture of the two:
Adsense generated from iWeb, (top) and adsense
that I created at Google Adsense and pasted the
code into the html snippets. ( bottom)
I control the html
snippet ones at the Google Adsense page
on my Google account, and the others
simply change based upon what I post on the site or the blog.

Google adsense search results not showing up

I have a google adsense search engine that is supposed to search my site and post google ads at the top of the query.
I copied and pasted the html into iWeb
The search widget seems fine: http://www.onlinehighschool.org/SchoolSearch.html (the black one)
But the separate page for results doesn't have anything even though the html was pasted there:
try a search on the hyperlink to see.
Any leads?

FollowUp - Problem Solved.
Just in case anyone else was experiencing the same issues, I pinpointed it down to a corrupted iTunes preference file - com.apple.iTunes.plist.
I created a new user account, lauched iTunes and it worked fine, no black drop down window appearing, so I went back into my account and deleted this and relaunched iTunes and the drop down window showed all the search results again, not the black window as seen in my example image.
Hope this helps others!

Yes well it will, because a lot of the widgets used in iWeb had information that was stored on the MobileMe servers and now MobileMe has gone, so has that info on the servers.
All you'll need to do is go directly to Google and set up an account there yourself and then copy and paste the resultant code into an ordinary html snippet in iWeb and then click Apply and it should work again.
There have also been lots of posts on this very same subject, so you should perhaps have searched this forum first before posting.

Another Question About Google AdSense

Can you choose the ads you put in or does Google do it automatically on publishing?
I have added it to both my sites and started by putting two boxes on either side of one page, however when I published only one box appeared.
I have changed it now, but the ads that have been added do not really have anything to do with my sites. What can I do and how can I change it?

You may think it's a joke but much of that thought process is because you probably don't fully understand how the program works.
Ooops, sorry about that Mireille. That's what happens when I respond in the middle of the night after finally putting a crying baby to sleep. LOL
Just to make sure you saw the same site, it's www.NaturalHandyMan.com . ALL of his money now comes from Google Adsense. When he first started the site, he accepted outside advertising in addition to advertisers from Google. Not too long later, he opted out of that and now only uses Google Adsense. I can ensure you that's where all of his income is made - Google. If I didn't know of his site and experiences first-hand, I would have thought his income is exaggerated but it's not. I also know he's spent a significant amount of time building his site (look at how many articles there are!). Then again, he also collects articles from other people. I know, if it's so great why am I not doing it? Well, actually I am in the process of becoming more educated about the program, what works and what doesn't, have built the shell for my new site to post my book on it, and will continue working on it. I certainly don't think it's as simple as putting up a small amount of content then expect to make lots of money. In fact, it's a lot of work.

I don't even have an account name and I never requested Google ads, and therefore cannot access any type of help. Again I never did request Google Adsense when using iWeb to build my site. Help! That is a Google search entity that's at the bottom. Did you somehow put a search function in the site. They just don't show up unless there's been some type of interaction with Google.
Viewing the source the pages are in a frame page with your site's page in the top frame and the Google search pnp in the bottom frame. The code is:

So somehow the php search function got added to your site. Where did you buy your domain name? Google? If so then it might be that the search function was added when you setup the domain name and forwarding. Check your account there and see if there's a checkbox for a search function somewhere that's been selected. They are sneaky that way.

Problem with Google AdSense not showing up on published site

I put the google AdSense on my site however all it shows on the site is a blank place holder is there anything else that I am supposed to do to get it to actually work.

Yeh i have the same problem. Can see all the adsense perfect on iweb. Not one on the site when i publish. when i copied the data for "google search" directly from adsense site it worked fine. But when i copied "text & images ads" they didnt show up at all.
I am totally lost as i am new to iweb.i did have the previous version and upgraded to '08. Could this be why there is problems. Might it work if i uninstalled iweb '08 then reinstalled it again.
How would i do this. Or would deleting the permissions help ???

I already have a Google adsense account for my e-mail address?!

In Iweb 9 I tried to use the adsense widget. I was asked to make an account. So I typed in my e-mail address ([email protected]), but I got the message that this adress was already linked to an adsense google account! For the life of me I cannot remember making an adsense -account with this address, or any other for that matter. When I tried to use that 'existing account' the postcode or phone number I entered 'did not match the Google adsense account'. (no wonder) Anyone else stumbled upon this too? Should I now change my .mac/me e-mail address? Could two mobile me users have the same e-mail address?

I'm one of them. I have an adsense account already in this case.
When I try to set up adsense through iWeb, I input my data and it
won't recognize my information.
You don't need to make a new email address. There is a breakdown
between the iWeb program and google. They are not communicating
properly.

Yes, there is. It's how many contacts your hard drive can take. So you can fill up the entire computer with nothing but contacts until your HDD/Flash has no space left. So if you have 250GB, it'd be less than if you had 500GB and you'd have more on 750GB.
