Is there a way I can just pay apple to reset my restrictions password?

I have forgotten my restrictions password for my my iPad air. I tried restoring it but It is save to icloud and won't let me reset/change it. Is it possible that I can just pay apple to fix it? I also have the same Apple ID on my 5s and restrictions is not on so there not a problem there and my ipad two and thee have restrictions turned off to. I must of made it only on my ipad air and I don't know how I can forget it... All my password are the same for my ios devices... PLEASE HELP LOL. !!!

The passcode is not related to iCloud.
Follow the instructions for resetting the passcode > iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode

No, it is not possible. When upgrading the iOS on the phone, the only one you can install is the latest version, which for the iPhone 4 is iOS 7.0.4.

It's do-able, but I don't think it's a great idea.
DVI
Some users with DVI have managed to get their TV's to work with DVI-HDMI cables. DVI carries no audio, so alternative connections need to be explored to enable audio. DVI doesn't necessarily support HDCP as well as other standards used by HDMI (which may or may not be an issue)
Analogue
There are hardware converters that will convert HDMI to various other types of output, however there are some issues with doing so that you should be aware of.
HDCP
HDCP compliant converters will not allow you to watch HDCP protected content such as that from the iTunes Store. Non compliant converters exist but we cannot discuss them under the Terms of Use for these communities.
Resolution and aspect ratio
I'm not aware of any converters that will scale the output from the Apple TV, any TV or projector which is used will need to be widescreen and support resolutions of 720p (Apple TV 2), 720p/1080p (Apple TV 3)

As I am not allowed to use office wi-fi to download or update my phone apps, I want to use iTunes on my PC for the same. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself independently backed up against loss. To use a device with a different setup you transfer the old library from a computer or a backup directly to the new setup, not the device to the library. Media syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

I thought he was just playing the new game and then realized he was buying everything in the game bc after I put in the password for one purchase he didn't need it again to keep shopping. THen under allowed content you can set the 'require password' for immediately
Keep the user from knowing hte restrictions code and the password and they can't purchase anything

He can't unless he knows your password for your Apple ID. Change that password. Be sure to enable Find My Phone. If he tries to change it he will just brick the phone.

I'm using an Apple Wireless Keyboard from the Apple Store in town and it works great for typing and media control, but if I could stick to my keyboard when switching apps, navigating menus, playing games, etc, that'd make my iPad usage great. I have a Mac but I hardly use it for much else but editing, and I find the iPad great but I'd like some more keyboard control.
I don't mind if it means installing apps, or extra software or anything, but even just navigating menus and switching menus would be great.

Thanks, I saw that page, but I don't like the way iPad functions when VoiceOver's on. It feels to clunky and I still find myself going between keyboard and screen, probably tapping twice as much. Thanks for your help though ;)

Why I must enter my password for free apps? Is there a way to download to my apple id without entering my password for free app every time?

I have (on my iphone 5 on ios 6) been able to download app on my iphone from my apple id without being promt to enter my id password anytime. With ios 7.0.2, that doesn't seem to work. Fresh install. Help please.
