Is there a way to find out who keeps signing onto my apple ID and changing my password?
Every so often I get an email saying my password has been changed (when I don't change it). Is there anyway to find out an IP address, or a phone number or something of who keeps signing into my account? It's really annoying.

Change your password, and do not tell anyone the new password.

    No.  Go to id.apple.com, log in with your Apple ID & password, and immediately change your Apple ID password and security questions.
    Also, change the password to your associated emails counts as well.

  • My friend's friend found an iPod and deleted the data is there any way to find out who owned it before via serial number, bring it in somewhere, or other way?

    Is there anyway to find out owner

    - Some users have said that if you contact Apple, Apple will try to contact the previous owner. Apple will not give you that information.
    Apple - Support - iPod touch - Contact Us
    - You should also report it to the police and here

  • Is there a way to find out who created a user account?

    Thanks.

    Assuming that auditing isn't enabled and the event already happened, you can use LogMiner (see Note 62508.1 The LogMiner Utility), here an example:
    system@ORCL> create user demo1 identified by demo1;
    User created.
    sys@ORCL> begin
      2    dbms_logmnr.add_logfile(
      3    '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/redo01.log',DBMS_LOGMNR.NEW );
      4    dbms_logmnr.add_logfile(
      5    '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/redo02.log',DBMS_LOGMNR.NEW );
      6    dbms_logmnr.add_logfile(
      7    '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/redo03.log',DBMS_LOGMNR.NEW );
      8* end;
      9  /
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    sys@ORCL> execute dbms_logmnr.start_logmnr;
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    sys@ORCL> select scn, username, sql_redo from v$logmnr_contents where upper(sql_redo) like 'CREATE%';
           SCN
    USERNAME
    SQL_REDO

    create user demo1 identified by  VALUES 'DD9FD1922A0AFC29' ;If the info isn't on the online redo logs, you can use archived redo logs instead.

  • Is there a way to find out details about, who approved the RMA on system using front end or back end?

    Is there a way to find out details about, who approved the RMA on system using front end or back end?

    But is there a way (simple or not-so-simple) to find
    out EVERY SINGLE FILE that's referenced on a
    timeline? (I have lots of stuff imported into the
    project that I know isn't used on any timeline, but
    I'm afraid of moving or deleting things for fear of
    never finding it again.)
    I'd love to get some sort of "printout" (a list or
    something) of every single file.
    There is, go to browser and cntrl click on any one of the columns,
    and select - show/source. A new column named "source" will pop up and will show where everything "lives". Click on the header at the top and it will justify the column as well. You'll notice this won't show anything for your seq.'s. of course, but will show stills/audio/motion files...
    Once you have the new column, you can drag it next to the "name" column and get a grab of it and print it if you like, or whatever.
    If you want to do this for just 1 seq., then can create a new bin and double click it to open it. Cntrl-A (select all) in your main seq. and just drag all into the new bin. You will see only what's in that seq. with the "source" column right next to it.
    From what I've read, you seem to get the MM thing and it's obviously what you'll need to do to archive as the guys said. But what your missing is a file path system to where everything resides.
    Hope this helps and that I've read you properly,
    Peace

  • Is there a way to find out where iMessages are being sent from? I've received messages from an unknown email that are offensive and considered to be harassment.

    Is there a way to find out where iMessages are coming from? I've contacted security personnel at my school and I'm brig harassed. I just want it to stop.

    '''Here is an update to my former response.'''
    Here is a safe way to look at an email which you think is suspicious:
    * right click on the message and select 'Save As'
    * the file name will be the email subject followed by an extension of .eml
    * store it in a folder you can find easily, such as your Documents
    * using your file explorer, right click on the file name and open it with Notepad or a similar text editor (NOT Thunderbird!)
    * even though the format is not easy to read, you should be able to see who sent it to you, and also read the message text.
    Since you are looking at the message in a text editor, there is no chance a link can activate something bad. I have used this method many times, and have found several spoofs of email names of my friends.

  • TS2446 Is there a way to find out what your security question answer is?

    Is there a way to find out what your security question answer is?

    Amazing,  I can't find out what app on my phone just ran 388mb of data xfer at 2:44am yesterday while I'm sound asleep yet the LE types can subpoena and search warrant anything I do online and with who and for how long.  Verizon list who I receive phone calls from and make calls to and from where I receive messages and to whom/where I text but can't tell me squat about something that is eating up band width.  I'm sure it's probably some app that is running in the background on my phone. I've just got to figure out what it is and kill it.  I want to drop (cause I don't use it, it's slower than a dial up 1200bps modem)my data plans and save about $50 a month.

  • Is there a way of finding out what has been accessed on my MacBook Pro whilst in the possession of an apple authorised service centre?

    Hi Guys,
    I'm a bit new to this discussion group thing although I've been using Macintosh computers for many years (showing my age).
    I handed my MacBook Pro to be repaired at an authorised apple service centre. When I handed it in they said they needed to keep hold of it to run some diagnostics and requested my password. I've owned various models of mac for the the past 17 years and this is the first hardware problem I have encountered, hence I have never bothered to set up user accounts.
    As I live in quite a remote part of Sweden I am paranoid that some untrusted technician is going to make a copy of my music (11,000 tracks) or share some of my personal information (scanned copies of my birth certificate, passport, certificates, photos, etc.) on the web. Is there a way of finding out what activity has taken place whilst they've had it in their possession?
    I appreciate any advice you guys can offer.
    Thanks!
    PS: I've already thought about the 'recently opened' menu and The machine in question is a MacBook Pro 17" (2011) running OS X 10.6.8 (need Rosetta).

    I am paranoid that some untrusted technician is going to make a copy of my music (11,000 tracks) or share some of my personal information (scanned copies of my birth certificate, passport, certificates, photos, etc.) on the web.
    If you put your info into the computer and hand it to another, you have to assume they will copy everything.
    Why are you putting scanned copies of valuable identity information into a computer than can be hacked, stolen, lost or compromised by a dirty tech?
    Have you lost your mind?
    Is there a way of finding out what activity has taken place whilst they've had it in their possession?
    No. The tech would just deny it if he did, or tell the truth which the answer would be "NO" in either case.
    The employer won't ask that sort of questions without solid proof, less they make a enemy of the employee and/or risk being sued for defamation of character.
    It's not like they bother to have a team of people watching over his shoulder that he doesn't stick a USB thumb drive of your data into his pocket to take home.
    I am paranoid that some untrusted technician is going to make a copy of my music (11,000 tracks)
    If it's iTunes music, it has your personal ID embedded into the song files. Most IT techs know this though.
    I appreciate any advice you guys can offer.
    Too late now, all you can do is not worry about it.
    Take your personal info out of the machine and if you need it, burn cd/dvd copies, a few USB thumb drives, Iron Keys or self encrypting external storage drives with key and/or keypad.

  • HT5787 What do I do if my iPod was stolen and I checked my support profile and when I entered the serial # I got a message saying it has been registered to another Apple ID? Is there a way to find out that Apple ID so that we can locate the iPod?

    What should I do if my iPod has been stolen and when I checked my support profile and entered my serial # and I received a message that the serial # had been registered to another Apple ID account? Is there a way to find out the Apple ID that it was registered to? I have already checked find my iPod and it shows my iPod is offline. I have already filed a police report.

    No, sorry, there is no way you can get that information. The police perhaps could, but it would probably require a court order and it's unlikely the police will go to those lengths unless they have reason to believe that this theft was not an isolated instance and hence worth more of their time than the single theft of an iPod.
    Even if they got the ID, it may well just be yours. Apple's registration database often contains such errors; I get the same message for some of my devices when I know I registered them to my Apple ID and the devices are all still right here.
    Regards.

  • Is there a way of finding out what lists in sharepoint are being looked up for document templates etc

    Hi,
    I am currently in the middle of setting up SharePoint sites and have come across many lists that have not been updated for a while. I am wondering is there a way of finding out what lists are being used and what lists aren't being used for example I would
    like to find out if a list is being used for a look up.
    Josh
    J Burns

    I don't think there any such option available OOTB, however you can use PowerShell to get such information e.g.
    $web = Get-SPWeb http://localhost
    $f = $web.Lists["Contact"].Fields["Customer"]
    $f.ListsFieldUsedIn()
    $web.Dispose()
    Check this link: http://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/45574/is-a-list-being-used-as-a-lookup-for-some-web-part-in-the-site-collection

  • Is there a way of finding out how many active hours you've worked on a Premiere project?

    If not, it'd be a very cool addition for Adobe to implement... so you know exactly how many hours a project is taking (and how much to charge clients etc.) Obviously we're all prone to leaving Premiere on and wandering away, so I guess it would need to be able to differentiate between active and non-active time...

    Is there a way of finding out how many active hours you've worked on a Premiere project?
    There are two things a client get's billed for, my time, and my computer's time.  If either one of us are working on a project, the client get's billed.  Even if Adobe spent (wasted?) time on adding such a feature, they'd never be able to include any time I've spent working on the project with PP closed, so this feature would have very, very, VERY limited usefulness.
    The method suggested by the images is still the best way.
