Is there a way to get a version of the Garage Band app that runs on version 5.1.1? I have an iPad 1 and can't get any higher iOS. The App store is telling me that Garage Band only runs on iOS 7.

Every time I download all my music & a video then click on music it says I don't have any music & I can purchase music on iTunes. I go to iTunes click purchased and download again. It shows everything downloaded so I open music and get the same message - no music. The same happens with videos. Am I missing a setting or something?

Try a device reset and start over again with the setup.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
Re-reading the post, I now see your issue more clearly...can you rotate the screen (be sure Orientation Lock is disabled) to have the "agree" tap-able section in a different physical place (out of the bad section) on the screen so the bad part of the screen will be in a different area? Give that a try.

Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.

The master password protects saved passwords in Thunderbird and has nothing to do with connecting to your providers server. You need to work with your email provider if you have forgotten your email password. Go to their email help site and look for a link to reset your password.

How do you get the IPAD2 to charge? We have tried both ways and it never goes any higher than the percentage it is? We have plugged it into our computer and into an electrical outlet but does not charge. We got it brand new so it should work.

We are having trouble getting our new IPAD2 to charge. We have hooked it up to our computer and no charge, we have used the outlet and still no charge. When we first connect it to an outlet it shows the battery but it immediately goes off and it is still at the same percentage hours later.
Do you have any suggestions as to what we need to do to get it charged?

Try resetting your iPad by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Then try to charge.
It should charge from the outlet but may not from a USB. Try a different cable or adapter. If you don't have one, take it all in to Apple... the adapter may be defective. You have a 1 year waranty.

I have purchased cc and can't install any apps?

I have purchased CC and have downloaded the Creative Cloud set up. When I log into my adobe account, go to desktop,select Premiere Pro, download, it asks to select a link to launch the app, I have clicked Creative Cloud URL handler. Nothing happens it won't download, its getting very frustrating. I have been trying for days. I have turned off my firewall. My pc has all the spec to run the application. Please help

2. Try to install the product.

Solution 2:
Uninstall Creative Cloud and re-install it.

Ok, then I do not like apple. I have used a lot of money to download music to my iPhone and now they do not want me to use it on my PC or IPod? I will not accept that and if Apple do not have any solution to this I will never buy their products again

Hold both Home and sleep button for around 10secs until you see the Apple logo appears then release both fingers. Wait until it reaches back the Home screen. It should be OK to go.
