Well, your profile info says 10.4.11, and you are posting your question in the iMac (PPC) category. If you are running Snow Leopard, it must be a fairly recent Intel iMac.

Never work on any type of file that does not have a backup in case you mess up.

I built a website with iWeb on my older mac and launched it on the internet. The hardrive crashed which was where the files were saved for the website. Is there any way to recover it through the internet onto my newer computer?

iWeb stores its sites and pages in a proprietary package format on the HDD in the user library, and when FTP'ing it to the server, it's a set of PHP and other file types. So, there is no way you can re-build from what's on the server.
But you may double-check, the file in question on the HDD is ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb/Domain.sites2 (where ~ is your user home folder). Maybe it's somewhere among your recovered files? Restoring it into the same location and copying iWeb into the Applications folder will get you going again.

The Situation
I am working with a .tif file (1000 cm x 1000 cm at 72 dpi). I have been copying and pasting images from other .tif files into it in order to see all images at once, so I can then move them around and try to fit certain images together. I have been saving it as a .tif with no compression over the last few days. The file is now 2.61 GB with 119 images.
The Problem
Before going to lunch, I saved it as I always do and left. When I returned, Photoshop told me it could not open because it did not recognize the file type.
My Questions
1. Is there any way to recover my file?
2. It is imperative that the files I am adding to this .tif remain their actual size. That said, what is the best image compression option that I should use?

I do not know if your file can be recovered. But I may be able help you to recreate it with ease. If you will settle for a composite where all image are re-sized for a particular tile size and virtually cropped to its aspect ratio. When I selected to update the OS on my iPad 2, it wouldn't connect with iTunes, and I had no choice other than to revert to factory settings, losing all my data, apps etc. Everything. I knew that would happen, but also that everything was backed up on iCloud.

It doesn't matter what it is in your backup that's causing the problem because you can not selectively restore things from your backup. It's all or nothing.
Set you phone up as a new device and start over.

Do you have access to old emails or could you ask a friend to provide you information about your iCloud ID? If not, do you rember your ID for "Find My iPhone", because it could be the same ID as for iCloud. If you took pictures and then set up your phone using a back up from an old phone, you have erased the pictures. If you emailed or texted them to someone, you may be able to get them back that way.

Due to recurring problems with Windows 8, I had to "refresh" my laptop. As a result, my computer was reset to its factory settings, and Mozilla Firefox was stripped out. I have lost my bookmarks, browser history, and cookies.

I have yet to reinstall Firefox, because I do not want to overwrite anything that might still be present.

Hold on before installing. Firefox isn't going to look in the C:\Windows.old folder.

Then look for:
C:\Windows.old\Users\''username''\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
Can you find a folder there named something gibberish.default?
