If worse comes to worse, back up your phone to your computer rather than iCloud. To do this, connect it to your computer, open iTunes and go to File>Devices>Back Up and to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. This can be used to restore your data when you get your phone back. Carrier Settings are dependent entirely on your carrier. 2G is old outdated and slow etc, most carriers are phasing out their 2G service. You would need to ask your carrier when they plan on releasing a new update.
Why on earth do you want to set your iPhone to 2G? It will automatically switch to 2G if 3G is not available, and 2G is found.

No, only one app can be open on screen at a time - so you can only have split screen if that particular app supports it, you can't havetwo apps visible (though you can switch betweens either via the taskbar or multi-tasking gestures)

As per my research, there is no any issue related to RDS CAL licensing. Prior to the issue which you are facing, there are some basic setting which need to configure.
Application Compatibility – Turn on Remote Desktop IP virtualization
Some applications require a unique IP address, which is by default logically not the case if the application is running on RD Session Host. To solve this issue, Remote Desktop IP Virtualization is introduced. With this setting you enable the IP virtualization
feature. When enabling this setting you need to specify if the virtual IP is provided per session or per program. When using per program you need to define the executable to which an IP address should be configured. Desktop IP virtualization also needs the
configuration of the next setting.
Application Compatibility – Select the network adapter to be used for Remote Desktop IP Virtualization
When you need to use Remote Desktop IP virtualization configuring this setting is mandatory. You need to specify the IP address of the Network Interface Card which should be used for this feature. Besides the IP address you need also to specify the network
mask using the slash notation, for example 192.168.77.201/24.
Application Compatibility – Do not use Remote Desktop Session Host server IP address when virtual IP address is not available

Is there other adobe apps that are available for tablets other than apple?

I see that there are several apps that are available for apple users. And I didnt know that photoshop was available to other devices until now. Either i am blind or it isnt as advertised.
Is photoshop the only app available to other devices other than apple?
Also, are these apps available to those who have the creative cloud subscription? or do you have to buy the mobile apps?

Adobe apps on Android. Apps like Ideas and Kuler used to be there but not sure why they were eventually pulled. Not enough interest, maybe? (I believe Kuler eventually went free for iOS.)
You have to buy the apps outright since those are closed electronic marketplaces that have no mechanism to connect to another marketplace (like Creative Cloud). The consolation is that if you stop subscribing to Creative Cloud, you'll keep any apps you've bought.

To answer your question a little more clearly:
The first reply does have a list of connectors.
If you are running OIM 9.x you will be better off using an older version of the Active Directory connector. You might have to search the web or request it through an SR. I have multiple versions of this particular connector to service different clients.
If you are running OIM 11gR1 or 11gR2 or 11gR2PS1 then you will want to use the Microsoft Active Directory User Management connector which is the activedirectory-11.1.1.5.0.zip download. Be sure to apply patch p14190610 if you have OIM 11gR2 or PS1.

Problem updating new firmware available for Z2 Tablet Wifi

So finally my Xperia Z2 Tablet Wifi, notify me there is update for 17.1.1.A.0.402. But the catch is need to be connect to the computer to do the updates. I re-download PC Companion many times (http://www.sonymobile.com/ca-en/tools/pc-companion/) as mention every thread. And yet it still saying PC Companion must be updated. and it does not provide way to update it.
My PC companion is version 2.1 as far I can tell. Is the website still running on software???

I was fighting this issue with the addition of the Tablet not being recognised and looping between PC Companion telling me that it did not see the tablet, and then that it needed to update PC Companion... despite me updating it twice now. I called Sony Support who sent me directions to getting it updated. Unfortunately, it wiped my tablet to default. Lost everything in it, but it was not a surprise and it tells you that at every juncture. I pasted the directions in this message. Good luck! ----------------------- --------- We have an extended guide that should help you fix the issue on your phone, please follow the instructions carefully: Visit this link: http://www.sonymobile.com/us/tools/pc-companion/ Click on Download PC Companion Run the software and install it Turn the phone off and disconnect it from the computer 1. No matter what the program says do not connect the phone until you complete step 9 2. In the welcome screen you will see the different modules available for you including the "Support Zone" option. Click on "Start" below it. 3. On the next page Click on "Start" under "Phone Software Update" At this point if you get an error stating that "Unable to install update components" or "Server is busy" , then please proceed to step 12 4. The program will say that there is no phone connected. New update available for Lumia 800 (1600.2487.8107...

Hi all!
Good news! We have brought forward the software update schedule for our Nokia Lumia 800, and have begun rolling out the latest update 1600.2487.8107.12070 to India and Singapore. This update will gradually be available for more markets in the coming weeks and we will keep you informed via our support pages as well as via a similar announcement here on Nokia Discussions Forum, once we add additonal markets to the roll out.
As this is not a mandatory software update, not every country or network carrier will make it available to their customers. However, all features and enhancements will be included in subsequent software updates. If you have questions if 1600.2487.8107.12070 will be available for you, please check with your local network carrier.
The new Lumia 800 update brings the following enhancements:
Enhanced battery standby and talk-time performance
Fix for non-responsive screen when ending a call
Improved bass in audio performance
Soft keys illumination available for all screen brightness levels
Fix for rebooting in certain network conditions
As soon as the update is available for you, your phone will display a notification on your Homescreen or you can check for available updates manually by going to Settings > phone update. To update your phone, please follow those 4 steps:
1.   Install the Zune software (Windows) or Windows Phone 7 Connector (Mac OS) on your computer. You'll need this software to download the phone update.
2.   Connect your phone to your computer, using the USB cable that came with your phone.
3.   If the Zune software or Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac doesn't start automatically when you connect your phone, start it manually.
4.   In the Zune software, click Update Now (in Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac, click Install Updates). Make sure you keep your phone connected to your computer until you see a notification that the update is complete.

There is no request, there is an absolute necessity! Patience is usually my second nature, but the whole non communication policy since the launch of the Nokia Lumia 800 is scandalous. When Nokia finally listening to their customers and responds quickly to problems and childhood illnesses. Like many others with me I'll be forced to daily to plug my device to the Zune software in the hope that Nokia (Netherlands) will be so kind to update my phone.
Nokia, listen, communicate (especially in the media and forums) and trade as a company that lives up to your image.

There might be something there that is at least similar to the app your looking for.
edit: There is one shareware that is an iTunes plugin called Multi-tunes. With it you can create multiple iTunes libraries, one library called "Main" one called "Bootlegs" etc, and Multi-Tunes will allow you to quickly switch between them from within the iTunes window. Not exactly what your looking for but close.
