Is there any way to Achive this in J2ME

hi i m looking for various options to develop application for nokia 3650 my target
so i want to know whether i can acheive follwing targets in JEME
1) launch web session.
2) launch app from a web session.
3) make phone calls.
4) use TCP/IP stack.
5) access names and numbers in the contact list.
6) modify the names and numbers in the contact list.
7) modify the contact list application.
8) same questions with the calendar.
can any body help me in this regard

The answers to most of those question are no. All of that is possible (with the possible exception of 2) if you use native Symbian code.
