Question

I would like to state there is an error on the page of the Zen Vision.
It states "GB=,000,000,000"
That's what you'd _like_ to think.
It's infact; Gigabyte = 07374824 Bytes.
Due to my pedantic nature, I'm rather annoyed at the error on the page.

Actually, your measurement is technically incorrect (however the measurement you use is still used in some applications, so it is understandable). See there are two definitions for GigaByte (and Mega, Kilo, and Terra) that have been used, the Binary (in which each level is equal to 2^0 of the lower...so MB is 2^0 (or 024)KB) way and the decimal (in which each level is equal to 0^3 of the lower....so MB is 0^3(or 000)KB) way. Hard dri've and hardware manufacturers tend to use the Decimal definition whereas the binary definition is still found on many operating systems. The usage of the binary measurement is falling out of practice however as "new" terms for the binary measurement are beginning to be used (to avoid this problem of not knowing how much a GB should be).
The SI standard (which is the measurement used by the IEC, IEEE, and ISO) uses the decimal definition for Kilo which keeps it consistent with other uses (such as in mass and capacity measurements). The SI standard instead suggests using less ambiguous "new" binary prefixes when expressing in binary measurements. These prefixes are:
kibi - KiB - 2^0
mebi - MiB - 2^20
gibi - GiB - 2^30
tebi - TiB - 2^40
and so on.
So the page is correct, and it took the extra step of trying to make the term less ambiguous by defining exactly what definition of Giga it was using.
