We have ConfigMgr 2012 in our environment. We are in EST.
Is there any way to set the SCCM system to use local time instead of UTC?
When we try to deploy packages, if you don’t specify the time, it reverts to UTC which for us is off by 5 hours.

Which times are you talking about? Deployment start times or deadlines? Those could be set to UTC *or* client local time.

once firefox reaches about 150Mb of memory it starts locking up and even if I manage to close it through taskmanager it still does not release the memory it was using.Is there any way to set a limit on how much memory firefox can use and a way of making sure it releases it again when shut.I run a dual core 1.8Gb cpu 2 Gb of ram and Win xp Pro service pack 3

I recently created a page with some fields as choice lists and some as list of values. Somehow the choice list when opened it is not displaying data properly (I have 3 rows, it is showing only 2 rows and have to scroll to see third row) . I would like to see if there is any way to set this so that I can see all three rows or set the height of choice list as a fixed height?

Is there any way to set the inspector in Pages to default with your personal settings?

Every time I want to use Pages I have to use the inspector to indicate if I want a header and footer or not. That is getting annoying. I would like to be able to set margins and if I want the header and footer or not and then make these the default settings. Is there any way to do this?

It appears to me after tinkering around that I can set a page like I want it and then save it as a template. I did so to a folder in Finder. Now the only way I can automatically bring up "default" settings on a Pages blank document is to go directly to that file in Finder and open it from there, not from Pages itself. Is there any other way to do this?

Is there any way to set up a system in Numbers where numbers from individual spreadsheet can get funneled into a Master Spreadsheet to calculate the total of all of the individual spreadsheets automatically?

I use Numbers for my business and I currently use it to create individual invoices and then (manually) enter the totals from the invoices into a Master Spreadsheet where I can see the sum of the individual totals. Is there anyway to set up a formula or a system that automatically funnels the numbers from the Individual Spreadsheets into the Master Spreadsheet to calculate a total?

If you can tolerate all the data and the summary being in a single document, this can be done. Any cell in a document can reference any other cell in the same document for the purpose of making a summary or other calculations.

Is there any way to change the redaction square to an absolute square instead of an angled one?

I use a HP laptop PC. I design bead patterns and some of the numbers need to be changed. When I use the redaction tool, it crops off some of the numbers on the line above because it goes to an angle instead of staying straight. I would love for the redaction box to stay in a square box and not angle off.

I have both 7.1 and 8 installed, and usually only use 8 to open an example or look at something posted here. When I do that, it resets all the OS hooks so that the default action for opening a VI is to open it in version 8. I've even gone so far as to create actions to open files in 7.1 and 8, but it always resets my default action.
I found this KB article for when version 7 came out, but it's suggestions don't seem to work with 7 and 8.
Ugh. I hate it when software thinks it knows what I want better than I do.

Add
in the LabVIEW.ini file of those versions you do not want to rewrite
the registry on startup to point to themselves for VI files, the
following:
RegisterExtensions=False
Of course the VersionChooser utility mentioned earlier is even more convinient.

Is there any way to set the email on my 8330 to automatically download images? Currently using o/s v4.5.0.173. Email settings are set to enable HTML Email & set to download images automatically but I still have to tell it to download the images and go through the prompts advising that downloading internet images can expose your internet address, blah blah blah.

Is there any way to activate the keep identity setting when using a Transfer SQL Server Object Task?

Is there any way to add the "Keep Identity" option to the tables selected for transfer in a Transfer SQL Server Object Task? It seems that would be very useful, yet I can't find an easily available setting for it. I would prefer to
accomplish this within the Transfer SQL Server Object Task since it can copy any new fields added to the source tables, as opposed to having to rebuild a custom Data Flow Task any time a table structure is altered. I thought setting "CopyPrimaryKeys"
to True would do the trick, but I found that only ensures that the column settings are transferred; when the transfer happens, the destination id column is populated based on the specified seed and increment value, not what's actually in the source table.
I'd like to point out that replication isn't really an option here. This is a package that runs a few times a day to keep some data on our website up to date with data in our protected corporate environment.

Is there any way to set default column widths in the Finder's Column view

When my Finder windows open in column view, all the columns are always VERY wide. I have to then spend time resizing them to a managable width. Is there any way to set default column widths in the Finder's Column view?
