Could you help me to find standard report to compare planned delivery date in PO and actual delivery date (GR Posting date)?
I wonder, Is there standard report for planned and actual delivery date?
or I have to create a customizing report.

i dont think it is possible to see both in one pan so try to create some Z report
u try ME80fn here u have to change the views ,in del shedule view u can see the delivery dtae and in PO histry view u can see the posting date

It will be easier for you to maintain the data in a single application. Every application needs to have the category dimension, mandatorily. So, you can use this dimension to maintain the actual and plan data.

Always the plannig is done for ordered quantity and the actual quantity is what actually used.
Pl. use T code CO02/CO03 - Goto - Cost Analysysis, you will get the details which you are looking for. If the layout doesn't suits your requirement, change layout with change options.

i need a requirement to maintain reports for cash and funds flow statements?Actually relevant to these reports i use to maintain customize only but coming to fundflow and cash flow there is much complications to do that.
so is there any standard reports to maintain fundflow and cash flow reports which is relevant to FI-CO

Standard report for budget allocated, actual consumed, amount capitalize

I need report for following condition: Is there any standard report for the same?
Once the project is capitalized, the system should provide in one report
the budget allocated, amount incurred, amount capitalized,
Date of capitalization and remaining expenses in desired WBS as on desired date.
Please suggest me, if any standard reports are available?

1) S_ALR_87013558 - This report will give you information about Budget, Actual, Commitment, Assigned, Budget Avail.
2) S_ALR_87011990 - Asset History Sheet or S_ALR_87012050 - Direct Capitalization ( Asset Acquistion )

Bar chart(Ghantt chart) for Plan and actual of production order

I want to know that any standard Ghantt chart (Bar chart) is available to view the plan and actual qty, execution start and finish time of production order.
In CO01/02/03 it shows only the planned execution time in Ghantt chart,but it doesnot show the actuals.

CM07 gives about the information of capacity allocation. It will not show the actual execution from date and to date.
I want to see the Planned from period to to-period and actual also in bar chart form.

Hi all,
Inside CO02, i go to "go to" then go to "costs" then click on "analysis" one report will come out.
Inside the report, can i know that how the figure in the report come out?
Inside the report for column like plan cost and actual cost. Where the system pull the figure out?
I know the system will pull the material cost out from MM and overhead from costing sheet. But what is the different between plan cost and actual cost? The figure the system pull out will put in plan cost or actual cost?

Report for extracting the actual and planned cost from service orders

we are creating a report in BI for Module - Customer service . LIke , the report is all about how many complaints created in the system and how many completed technically and what is the cost involved for each complaint .
Like we want the comparision between the planned cost and the actual cost .
Now to give the logic to the BI Team for planned cost and actual cost , please suggest the flow of logic or table flow to arrive the planned and actual cost

I am not sure which datasource your are using. In this case, you can use the 0VALUETYPE to differencitae between th eplan and actuals. Normally Plan which is budget will have value 050 and for actuals will have 010. For costs, you will have one key figure and at the reporting level, you will have the costs restricted by the value type for plan and actual to make comparisons.

Go to transaction code SAP1, this will show all the reports functional area-wise.
For purchasing reports : Go to Material management --> Purchasing
For Inventory management reports : Go to Material management --> Inventory management

I cann't get Hyperion Planning tomcat server and DIM running at the same time.
In Administrative Tools->Services, I have:
"Hyperion HyperionPlanning Tomcat 5" for Planning
and
"Hyperion S9 Data Integration Management Repository Server"
"Hyperion S9 Data Integration Management Server"
for DIM.
I can either get Planning service running or DIM services running. They would work fine. But I can't get both running at the same time. One or both would stop after a while if I did that.
Have anyone had experienced similar issue? Pls help. Thanks.

Planned and actual consumption for each confirmation

Dear All,
There is a production order. it has two operations. i have made three confirmations of each operation for that order. now i want to see the planned and actual consumption for each confirmation. how is it possible.
However i know that on order we can see planned and actual consumption but it is for total order but i want to see planned and actual consumption for each confirmation. Actually client wants that on 2nd confirmation what is planned consumption and what they consumed on actual. thanks

In standard SAP this type of report not be there, but u can make it by using BOM,Confirmation table, & material document table.
Use AFRU to get posted document no for confirmation & detail by joining it with MSEG by mblnr & MAZHR.
now u get plan component qty by using mast & stpo if ur bom not changed in Production order , if in order component may be change then use afko & resb table & by comparing base qty or order qty & confirmation qty get plan component qty for confirmation.
