Just to be clear, this posting is NOT asking for help. This is a posting to help those with the HARDWARE side of the configuration. This is what I just finished doing in my lab for testing. Worked great. DHCP, WLAN Advertising, etc. I now have to go on to the next harder steps of really combing through the WLC configuration, applying our standard template configurations for our Routers/Switches, applying dual and tertiary redundancy with regards to routing, DHCP via MICROSOFT and not using a switch, and so on.
This was just meant to help those who don't have a lot of experience configuring the router switch environment. Sorry if I confused any one.

Error 61 when sending data from client and back from server.vi
Trying to generate and send a data from client.vi and adding the numbers generated and sending it back to the client .In client the data is received only once and an error 61 occurs .How do I get rid of this error?I have attached the two files for reference

client1.vi 100 KBYou can certainly use and application started by WebStart to send data to a server.
However, the Sandbox restrictions allow you to contact the server the application was loaded from without asking for permission first (i.e. signing your application and requesting the proper permissions in your JNLP file).
The JNLP BasicService can be used to retrieve the URL (and therefore the server) the application was loaded from. -

ISM-SRE-300 - Lab Configuration
I'm using the ISM-SRE-300 for the Wireless LAN Controller solution. All our sites have a 2911 Router, and a 3750-x (3750x) Catalyst Switch with Routing enabled.
NOTE: This only covers the basic configuration of the networking side. If you set this up in a lab, you can follow other articles to install the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller software via FTP quite easily. Getting the basic infrastructure to work is the hard part.
Sometimes, a little help is all you need.
LAB ROUTER
Note: Some old-schoolers don't like VLAN(1) on the raw interface. They like to change it to a VLAN sub-interface.

- Option 43 in the DHCP Pool configurations. I just entered the CAPWAP command on the AP itself to point it to the Controller.
- Interfaces for EACH VLAN must be configured first before WLAN's
- When you configure the WLAN's, point it to the appropriate VLAN Interface you created.

Golden Valley Health Centers (22 sites)Just to be clear, this posting is NOT asking for help.

ISM-SRE-300-K9 & Cisco Configuration Professional Issue
hi there,
i have a cisco 2901 router running CME 8.6 the router has a ISM-SRE-300-K9 card init with Unity Express 8.0.5 installed.
i am having issues with Cisco configuration professional and configuring the module
under module configuration the status is "module is not reachable", if i click on details i get further information "unable to execute command from the module. module is either reloading or is in failed state. you must make the module up and refresh the module"
i have tried reloading, resetting and refreshing the module but the issue is still present
i have accessed the module from the CLI set it in offline mode and factory defaulted it and the same issue is still present
the only thing i can think is that this is a bug with CCP as the loopback interface which the module is using can be pinged fine from the router so the message makes no sense.
any ideasIs you problem with CCP or the module itself ?
Because, CCP bugs and limitations aside, the module can be normally be installed, configured and managed using CLI or its web interface (after software is initially loaded). -
ISM-SRE-300-K9= bare bones loading Cisco Unity Express
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone knows whether or not I can load Cisco Unity Express on to a Bare Bones ISM-SRE-300-K9=. Does one need to buy it pre-configured from Factory, or does the Non Rehostable 2-Port License automatically install with the download from cisco.com
These are the conditions of the scenario:
1) ISM-SRE-300-K9= is bare bones from distribution
2) The unit has a Service Contract (SAU) purchased and attached
3) I will be installing the 5-Pack Mailbox License
4) I will be installing CUE 8.6 on to the unit from cisco.com download
Thanks,
JordanHi Swati,
Even if there are other posts, you may check this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/access/interfaces/software/feature/guide/ism-sm-sre.html
Also CUE is not supprted on the Embedded Service Module, so you have to install de CUE module on ISM 0/0 or 0/1

Events limit can only be dates between 1 and 9 on the day field
Im an student, and im trying to put my timetable into ical as did last year
it goes ok, i set it up to repit every week mondays lessons for example
but when i am trying to set up a limit for this event to repit itself ical only allows me to
put a date between 1 and 9 on the day field.
Does anyone know why is that?
sorry is my english is not so good im from spain and i might not explained very well
thank youThe x86 architecture has a standard formatting for disks that uses up to four primary partitions on a disk. On DOS or UNIX, you can view the partitions with 'fdisk'.
This is layer that Windows and Linux tends to use for filesystems.
Solaris though uses only one of those partitions for its own use (marking it a Solaris partition) and places a label similar to that on a SPARC disk (VTOC). So within the single x86 partition are several further subdivisions (slices).
On solaris, the disk might be /dev/dsk/c0t0d0. You could access one of the Solaris (VTOC) slices as /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0. As far as I know, Linux does not understand how to address the Solaris VTOC slices (If this isn't true, I'd love to know what the syntax for doing so is).
You'd access the (non-Solaris) x86 parititions like /dev/dsk/c0t0d0p1 or so. While Linux can address extended x86 partitions, Solaris can only address primary partitions.

Why replicate Master Data between CRM and IS-U?????
Hello colleagues,
I am at a customer who is already replicating Business Partner and Contract Accounts between CRM 5.0 and IS-U (ECC 6.0).
He is using CRM IC WinClient where most of the processes are implemented as transaction calls in IS-U.
There is a possibility to replicate all objects (Accounts, Connection Objects and Installations) but what is the purpose of doing it.
Could anybody tell me what is the advantage of replicating all objects and having them redundant?
Why to replicate?
I just found information on how to replicate but not why.
Thank you very much for your help in advance,
Edgar KauterHi All,
The major thing is we should not use ISU as stativ and CRM dynalic system. As we all aware When SAP is launching any module or technology its beleives in re-usabilty.
Now the issue data replecation between CRM and ISU-
1. In a utility market if the customer, retailer and the network operator initiate any business flow they should start with CRM as CRM is handling FOP part.It means CRM has not only build only for ISU.
2. In ISU before billing so many things is getting triggered - like new connecion,transfer,move-in,move-out etc....these process cant be done with the CRM business module as I mentioned earlier CRM is not only designed for IS-U
So for a smoother process and with proper business SAP introduced CRM IS-U.
Without replacting the data between CRM and IS-U we cant process the steps which will at last billed a customer.
Regards.

How to sinck data between production and R12 instance
Hi,
I am working on Oracle Apps up-gradation project.
Now I have upgrade 11.5.7 to R12 (12.0.4) successfully. I started up-gradation task with 1 May of production data (backup) on new machine.
Client wants to live R12 from 1/August/2009.
Please suggest how to sinck data between production and R12 instance.
Thanks
AnupHi,
It is not possible to do what you propose (sync data from an 11.5.7 system to a 12.0.4 system). You will need to re-run the upgrade against the August 1 data, following your original upgrade procedures.

John P.

Relatively new to Microsoft report services. I have created a report which takes a single parameter named 'SelectedDate'. This report runs fine (uses complex query of hours of the selected date and complex joins & aggregate calculations between SQL
database tables). I created a new report with two parameters, namely, StartDate and EndDate. Also created a sql stored procedure which gives all dates between StartDate and EndDate. Added subreport to this report which calls my first report and defined 'SelectedDate'
parameter to get the value as "=First(Fields!dt.Value, "DataSet1") - where dt is the resultset of procedure called in DataSet1. When I run this report, in the subreport, all I see is the report for 'StartDate' which is the passed
value of the first parameter. I can't find a way to pass entire array of dates as parameter, to which user can browse forwards and backwards. Any idea? Thanks in advance for your help!HI Visakh16..Never mind my comment..I tried it again. This time I went to the completion of previewing..and noticed that the table with DataSet1 does display dates and first report underneath but once I click any other date, it displays the subreport on
full page and navigation back arrow (with hint 'back to Parent Report) solution is not bad..so unless you a way to achieve my desired layout mentioned above - I am good for now! Thanks for your pointer in right direction!
One small observation for thread readers: When I published the report to the report server, the back button (back to Parent Report) which was available to me at design time, is not displayed at client's browser. Upon checking pertinent threads, concluded
that this is known issue for years and recommendation I concluded from various threads is: Use back button of browser and it should (& did) keep the parent report page, with table with selected dates intact. A few have noticed different behaviour
for older browser versions.
