Issue with replace

Hi Sir,
I have table emp in which there is a column of RestrictionString
This column is having data like
Restriction_string
$BRCH ={('487','697','397')} OR $PFST=%VALUES('PMTCT','MMMNC','HHHCL')
$BRCH = {('487')}
$BRCH ={('487','697','397')} AND $KFSCT=%VALUES('JSKSKS','DSSKS')
In the same for every employee there are many restriction strings and the data keeps on changing
The rule is that whichever condition like $PFST AND $KFST should be ignored and BRCH condition should be there.
Can you please help me retrieve the query data which should ignore the
I wanted the data should come like this and rest should be ignored.
