Issues around syncing someone else's iPad on my computer

When I purchased my iPad2, I gave my original iPad to my granddaughter. Now, she's coming to live with me for a few months and I have discovered she's never synced her iPad. I'd like to know answers to these questions:
1. Can I uncouple the original iPad from my account and if so how?
2. Then how would I couple the old iPad to her iTunes account using my computer and be abel to sync to that account?
3. Will she be able to keep the contacts and music she's added since I gave her the iPad?

I would say there are 2 possibilities:
1) The the sender (or sender's computer) sent the email to your address
2) The ISP of 'the other person' has made an error in one of his rerouting-rules
The only thing you can do is report these cases (forward the email with Full Headers ON) to the postmaster of both your and the other person's domain, as well as to the sender.
The problem is not on your end UNLESS you managed to configure your mailreader in a way that you use the other person's mail-servername, username and password, which is very unlikely!

If it is itunes on your computer - stop people from connecting their phones to your computer, do not connect to others.
If it is icloud - change your apple id password here

Buying ibook for someone else's ipad

Is it possible to buy an ibook for someone else's ipad?

not 100% but if you go to settings and store and change the appleID from theirs to yours in which case you will make all their apps stop working
which would mean you would have to delete their ibooks app as that would no longer work
and use app store to redownload the ibook app using your appleid
buy the book and log out with your appleID in settings -> store
which of cause would make the ibook app downloaded with your appleID
stop working when
the other guys appleID is applied again where the other guy will have to redownload the ibook app to
be back to the start
so I believe it can be don but I doubt it's a good path to travel down

Receiving someone else's email on my computer but addressed to another

I have been receiving someone else's email on my computer, but the email has the address for their
computer. We are using 2 different ISP; only our last name is the same. Is this the work of a virus/worm received from an email from the other person? What can I do to rid my email of this intrusion?

Have you charged it using the Wall Charger... If not... Plug it in for about an hour and then Connect to your computer.

I understand the marketing behind encourage synchronizing accounts upon initial attempt to access the iCloud site from an iOS device. However, the issue I am having is when I want to use my SO's iPad "ruhl quick lyke" to access my e-mail and instead of opening iCloud.com and getting asked for my e-mail, I am asked to register iCloud on my device. All I want is a login screen. I do not want to sync my mail to his device, and I'm guessing he must not want to sync his apple ID as he has yet to do it. So my question is 1) is there a way for me to bypass the iPad_welcome site and login without syncing, and 2) if he choses to sync if I will be able to access my icloud from his device. Seriously? Not really sure what else to say. Doesn't Apple have any user experience experts? Or are they all 22 year old programmers who never, ever, put down their company-supplied iPhones?

Can you buy something using your own apple account on someone else's iPad? If I log in and buy stuff for a friend and then give it to her, can she then log in and buy/rent more things using her own account? Want to give it loaded with starter things!

My friend is sick and I want to buy her an iPad and load it with my songs and buy her some apps and movies. Can I give it to her and then she can log in using HER user name and buy more things? It might erase all I gave her? Not sure what to do because she won't have time or energy to fool around with all the great things there are and would appreciate us doing that part for her. Later, when she is feeling better, she may want to rent a movie or buy and app. Not sure how this works.

He doesn't want to have to use his computer to access it since he doesn't always have his computer with him but he always has his iPad. An iPad can not share its connection. If you have an iPhone you can use it as a 3G hotspot and connect your iPad to it using wifi to use its 3G connection. Or you can get a mifi/hotspot device from your cell phone provider and use that. Or if you have any other phone that can act as a hotspot you can use that to connect your iPad if you have a hotspot plan for your phone.

How do I un-sync someone else's Facebook from my iPhoto

A while back, my friend somehow synced up her facebook to my phone. Now all of her picture albums from facebook show up on my iPhoto. If I try to share something directly from iPhoto it will show up on her newfeed. I don't know how to un-sync her facebook and sync mine. Also, she lives in a completly different state now. How can I fix this?

Thanks for the question. I understand your friend’s Facebook account is linked to your iPhoto application. To remove her account, simply delete it from iPhoto > Preferences > Accounts.

You can select up to 5 photos in the Photos app and send them as attachments in an email. There are also apps like Simple Transfer that allow you to transfer photos to your computer or another iOS device that is on your wifi network. There are also apps that allow you to upload photos to Facebook, Flickr etc, and I believe that the iCab browser allows uploading to some sites.

If this is only temporary to access certain data, you're better off going to icloud.com from a computer and signing into your account there. Otherwise you would have to save her photo stream photos to her camera roll, then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPad and provide the password for her iCloud ID when prompted (if she's running iOS 7), then sign into your account. When done, you would need to delete your account from her iPad and sign back into hers.
