Issues with account

Problems with verizon will never be fixed unless someone embarrasses  them with public lawsuits with first and last names  given along with public proof of them getting fired besides embarrassing  them publicly in stores since they consider a profit a  higher priority than honesty, which insults customers on a regular  basis. When you go to a store to get something fixed, they'll  pathologically lie to you, and then pathologically deny they even  pathologically lied to you when they're confronted about it. They claim  to be "Sorry" pathologically by following a script every other sentence.   75% of their staff has no comprehension of empathy (Sociopathic.)
I  went in one time two years ago to get a new phone with a keyboard on it  to make texting easier. I asked, "Do I need a data package to send  picture texts?" The girl decided to play "Multiple choice" and said,  "No." I asked her again after a few minutes after she talked about an  internet data package, "Oh, so, do I need a data package to send a  picture text message?" She decided to play "Multiple choice again" and  asked, "Do you mean taking a picture from your phone and sending it to  someone," as if she didn't have a brain. I said, "Yeah" with sarcasm.  She replied, "Oh, yeah, you need a data package for that. I went in three  month's and $60 later and questioned them on it again. The girl behind  the counter said, "No, you don't need a data package to send a picture  text from your camera." I said, "The girl who sold the phone to me said I  did." The girl claimed, "I don't know where she got that information  from, do you know who sold it to you?" while she had my account open in  front of her. She went to the girl. The girl pathologically denied with  her own selective amnesia and claimed, "I don't remember saying that." I  got really ticked in the store and said with a loud voice for everyone  to hear, "I WANT MY $60 since you decided to bull me to get a  profit!!! Now I'm really ticked!!!" The girl said, "Ok-ok sir" when she  got really nervous, "I put a credit on your account." I said, "You  better have!"
I found them double charging me by  claiming I paid my bill late. The supposed manager made a lot of excuses  about "How long it takes to clear a check." I told him, "That's not my  problem, so what other excuse are you going to use?" He said, "Hold on  let me look at your account." I have that conversation taped.
verizon  is now calling my mother's home phone to  "Help me with a bill and promotion." The guy on the phone who claimed to  be the manager admitted they were charging me for services I haven't  used in four months (Texting) after I demanded he tell me why they've  raised my cell phone bill $20 within two years. When I interrupted him  and said, "Wait....you're charging me extra because I'm not texting?  That's illegal." The "Manager" said, "No-no-no sir, we're not charging  you extra." I said with extreme sarcasm, then why did you just tell me  that?  He started lying and saying, "I didn't say that" after he offered to  lower my bill $20 while doubling my package while claiming to "Say  thanks." Little did he and the girl I talked to before him realize  I  was taping them after she said, "This call  will be monitored for quality assurance." I sarcastically said, "Good." I  could tell neither the "Manager" or the girl were listening because I  tested them by saying I'd have my phone illegally hacked (Jailbreaking)  to go to another service provider (Cell phone connected to satellites.)
The most recent one is my mother going to the store she's near  and asked them to take the spam off her phone since she was getting a  lot of advertisements and the ringer wasn't working. They claimed they couldn't take it off. My mother  asked them to fix the ringer since it wasn't working. Then the lady  claimed, "Oh, you have to buy an app for that." My mother raised her  voice loud enough for other customers to hear  and said with sarcasm, "I know I'm an old 71 year old woman, but I'm not  stupid!"

Wow..... what a bunch of Verizon employee bullies on here ....! I too was LIED too,and for all the bullies on this forum knocking this person for the frustration don't forget if it wasn't for people like him or i you wouldn't have employment. if you are VERIZON'S own "Store" employees they themselves say you **** too! so you can back your misleading crap all you want but I was told multiple times by your own main headquarters they had received numerous complaints about your tactics. So don't be so quick to judge .every time I speak to anyone from Verizon now it's a taped convo.they really don't care about the paying customer .BUT.... This was the same thing happened with another arrogant cell phone provider who not long ago .thought they were bigger than life itself until one day every paying customer got so sick of there **** thy jumped ship all at the same time .and look at them now.this too can happen to Verizon. So just remember bullying crew without a customer that pays this absurd bill there is no Verizon.oh yea think about how many sprint/Nextel stores there are now . Not many ....!so you many be a little nicer to the person that is helping to keep your checks flowing ."THE CUSTOMER"

  • FF_5 - Issue with Account Balance option while processing BAI file

    Hi All,
    We are getting a runtime error while trying to process the same bank file again through transaction FF_5 with 'Account balance' option checked. And the message says 'The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.'  with the command 'Insert_FEBPI'. This happens only when we have combination of uploaded and not uploaded statements in the bank file.
    I could find a OSS note for the same issue but that was for the file format MT942. We are using BAI file format. Can some one please help me in this regard.

    This is standard SAP functionality. If there are no applicable notes, then you should open an OSS message.

  • Issue with Account Assignment Model - FI - GL Account

    Hi SAP Guru's...
    We are facing an issue while trying to post F-02, by selecting an account assignment model. This issue started when we updated the Production client with Support Packs (SP-12 and SP13)..this weekend.
    While going for F-02, and selecting Account Assignment Model. A message Pop up with the following information - " Screen template VNU06 of acct assignmnt model Changed"..
    _In the HELP Screen the following details are appearing :-_**
    Screen template VNU06 of acct assignmnt model changed.
    Message no. FX260
    Diagnosis :-
    The entry screen VNU06 of the selected account assignment template has been changed inappropriately.
    System Response:-
    The account assignment template can only be loaded when screen VNU06 has been corrected.
    Procedure:-
    If entries exist for a screen variant, the relevant entry screens must contain all fields that have already been filled (technical note: In this case, at least field AUFNR on screen VNU06 is missing).
    Carry out the following activities:-
    Add the fields to screen VNU06 (In the following transaction, choose Posting -> Account Assignment Template
    Proceed)
    Only then can you assign a new screen to the account assignment template or delete the fields not required.
    1.) Interestingly i went and check whether any value  is there in field (AUFNR - ORDERS) in the Table KMZEI...No Value is seen.
    2.) Also this field (AUFNR) is not selected in the VNU06 Screen varient templete, by us.
    Please help us.. This being a Critical Issue.. any of your valuable suggestion, is awaited.

  • Issue with Account Identification Screen

    Hello Experts,
    We're facing an issue in our IC web client UI. The scenario is as below :
    - Agent logs into the UI, the first screen to appear after logon is the Account Identification screen.
    - Without entering any Account number, or confirming any account, the agent directly clicks on the Sales Order work centre. This opens the Sales Order selection box ( but the Account Identification screen from the background has now disapperared).
    - The selection box is closed without choosing any of the available options. This results in a blank work area left behind.
    - After this, neither can Account Identification be selected from the navigation bar, nor the transaction  be ended using END button.
    The requirement is that the Account Identification screen should stay in the backgraound even when the Sales Order selection box appears, or when it is closed.
    Is this related to some configuration settings?
    Any pointers to how this can be solved will be highly appreciated.

    For IC webclient you have to confirm the BP first, before doing anything else, this is training and business process issue.
    For your issue open an OSS with SAP this will help.

  • Issue with account

    When I try to connect to Azure, I get the following message.
    "It looks like myemailaddress is used with more than one account.  Which account do you want to use?
    Since this is a work account, I choose "Work or school account".  My login fails.
    I go back and choose Personal account, I can log in.  I now get a message that there are no subscriptions associated to my account, but there should be, as my coworker has set that up.
    I think my issue is MS has two accounts stored for my email, and the personal account is the only one that lets me authenticate.  Is there a way to force the email to be associated with a single work account?

  • Issues with Account Balance Report in chart of accounts

    Dear All,
    What i need is to bring remarks of all the documents,in ref2 column of Account Balance Report.
    What i thought is to create a new report but for that the i need to find the object id of the corresponding documents from orgin no column and fetch remarks from the main table of that object.But this solution is long and slow for retrieval of data.
    Kindly suggest me what can i do achieve the above query .

  • Issues with account and preferences

    I logged on to my computer and my desktop image was gone, and there are no images in Desktop/ Screen Saver folder in my system preferences. I am missing my widget preferences, and all the adobe and flash plugins I had installed. I am also missing my images in my accounts folder. My documents and applications all seem to be there, it seems that all my account information is gone. I've looked in the trash and there is nothing there. What should I do?

  • Strange issue with rights of account, used by SSIS (Foreach Loop Container does not return file names without Admin rights on server)

    Hello everyone.
    Faced very strange issue with account, which is used to run SSIS package.
    The specific package uses Foreach Loop Container to retrieve file names within the specified folder, and put them into Import file task.
    The package is set up to run under specific service account. This service account is given all permissions (Full control) to the folder where source files reside.
    So the issue is: SSIS package fails to execute this task (Foreach Loop Container and then Import), and shows that no files are found in the directory (although files ARE there).
    Once we're adding the service account into local Administrators group on the SQL Server, it works! Removing - does not work again. We cannot leave the service account as SQL server's admin as it's prohibited by our IT policies, and is just a bad practice.
    Any ideas, please?

  • Issues with Exchange Account and Q10

    Well, I hate to be writing this, but I'm hoping that there might be someone out there that can help get past some first day issues I am experiencing.
    The background: I have a long history with legacy BlackBerry devices, and almost as much history with iOS devices. My most recent phone was an iPhone 4S, and I make extensive use of iCloud to keep my iMacs, iPhone, and iPad connected in real-time. The setup worked. It wasn't perfect, but it worked. However, because I used to have a BlackBerry device (most recent the 9930) and because I don't use the iPhone for more than e-mail, iMessage, and phone calls (generally speaking), I decided to give the newest BlackBerry device a shot. So I bought a Q10.
    At this point I feel compelled to say that the hardware is everything I had hoped it to be. It's solid, has a good weight, and appears to be made very well. I have no complaints with the hardware, including the keyboard (a big selling factor for me), so I won't really get into the hardware as the issues I am experiencing all have to do with the OS. Let me also say that I am very familiar with the iCloud integration issues (missing Contact photos and disabled Calendar sync), so I'm not voicing a complaint over those issues in this thread.
    I have connected my Exchange account. I used to have everything in Exchange before I moved my entire computing world over to Apple, and now I keep Exchange around for e-mail. Therefore, I have no contacts, no tasks, no notes, very limited calendar entries, and a massive amount of e-mail on the Exchange server. However, to test everything out, I have added a single contact record so I can see it show up on the phone and be able to test two-way sync between the Q10 and Exchange. And here is where the first issues crop up. It looks like Exchange connects and then disconnects at random. For example, if I open my Contacts on the phone, I see the one contact (called John Doe). Then, as the phone is sitting there with the screen on, the contact will disappear and I will see a "Start adding contact to your contact list" notice on the screen. Then, after a short period of time, the single contact will return. It is important to note that the entire time this is happening, the All Contacts option is selected in the list so that all available contacts are shown. Additionally, I have SIM card contacts turned off, but if I alter the selection in the view list (All Contacts, Favorites, etc.), the SIM contacts will re-appear when I return to the All Contacts view. At the same time, even though I have turned off SIM Contacts in the settings, the setting has reverted to show SIM Contacts. If I turn off the setting again, SIM Contacts still show up. Possibly related: I can't delete contacts on the SIM card, no matter how many times I try, and it now it seems that I can't get SIM Contacts to go away in the Contacts app.
    Likewise, Exchange seems to connect and disconnect from Calendar. I go to the calendar and move day by day to June 15th. I see an entry that I know is from Exchange (I have no other connected calendars at this time), and it is in blue. I change the calendar color to green and the entry changes color, as expected. However, if I jump back to today and then scroll day by day to get to June 15th again, the calendar entry is missing. After a few seconds, the entry re-appears, but it is, once again, in blue. The setting has reverted itself, and it seems like Exchange is completely disconnecting and automatically reconnecting to the phone like I am setting it up again for the first time. Very odd. As I'm typing this, I just saw something odd. I swiped to wake up the phone, and the active frames screen was the visible screen. The calendar app is still running (since I left it running, minimized, when the phone went to sleep) and the date shown in the active card was Jan 1, not Jun 8. Why? The date (and time) on the phone is correct and is set automatically by the cellular system.
    Nevertheless, looking at BlackBerry Hub, I see only two e-mails in my Inbox from Exchange, even though I have roughly a dozen in my Inbox. The rest are filed in sub-folders. And bam! Just like that... I get the "Add Accounts" screen while looking at the Hub. In other words, as I was typing this, I first saw two Exchange e-mails and then, out of nowhere, the e-mails disappear and I see the "Add Accounts" screen as if no account has been connected.
    So... first question: Is anyone else experiencing this issue? This is very strange, and very frustrating. Second: could this be related to the large amount of e-mails I have stored on Exchange, some of which have large attachments? I selected "Forever" as the sync history length. I have my concerns, however, if this is related to loading historical e-mails onto the phone (in other words, the first sync with Exchange) because there is no reason that I can understand that the phone would blank out as if no account was connected at all. I can understand lag and stuttering while the history is syncing, but not a complete disconnect and reconnect. Considering all of the issues with the one and only contact record disappearing, the calendar entry for Jun 15th disappearing and then reappearing with the wrong calendar color, and e-mail in my Inbox incomplete (two of a dozen e-mails) and ultimately disappearing, I feel like this OS just has some real, significant issues.
    Full disclosure: I do want iCloud to work and am a fan of Apple products, but the lack of full iCloud sync support is not a big enough issue for me to want to send back this phone and/or see it fail so miserably. I will happily move my info from iCloud into Exchange, Google, and/or set up a new Exchange account for personal use (Office 365) because I am not wedded to iCloud per se. But, I won't go through that trouble if I can't even get my first account to work properly. It should also be noted that I do have a basic Google account (non-paid) and I had previously attempted to connect to it. However, I was experiencing the exact same issues with contacts disappearing, e-mail disappearing, etc. So I deleted that account. Truth be told, I deleted the Exchange account as well, and then re-connected to Exchange only to test one account at a time. Unfortunately, even with Exchange only, I am seeing very strange and frustrating behavior as described above.
    Help... please. I want this to work but the frustration I am feeling is growing worse by the hour.

    To follow-up with this issue:
    I ended up performing a security wipe on my device. The security wipe finished, and I was about to reconnect with Exchange when I decided to visit our host's web site to see if they had any articles covering the issues I was experiencing. While they didn't have anything specific, I did find a step-by-step guide to connecting a BB10 device to Exchange... and right there at the end, it said "Do NOT enable memo sync."
    I contacted support, and the rep told me that OS 10 has an issue with memo sync and it can cause all sorts of unpredictable behavior. Now, whether or not this is accurate I can say this: So far, the device is not disconnecting and reconnecting like it was before. Problem is, is this a result of not enabling memo sync, or is this a result of the security wipe?
    I may have overlooked it, but I don't recall reading anything about that anywhere else. I'm tempted to try re-enabling the memo sync to see if everything blows up again. At least that way I can see for myself if the memo sync is a real issue. Of course, perhaps it's an issue with SherWeb (our host) specifically. Hm...
    Anyway, for those that were interested, and for those that may come along in the future with a similar situation, the strange behavior that I first reported is no longer happening. I just don't know if it was a result of a security wipe or a result of not enabling memo sync with Exchange.

  • Issue with logging in to my FileVault account

    Hi,
    I recently turned on FileVault for my account on my MacBook with OSX 10.6.7. Since then I have problems logging in to my account. After I insert my login information, it's loading my background, the top bar, sometimes the dock and it freezes. The only option is to shut down from the power button, then restart and then it works. This happens every time I turn off my computer and FileVault cleans and restores the free space.
    I tried to clean up the login apps and reduced them to only 2 or 3 apps. After doing this, I manege to open my Mac without having to restart from power button and I thought that the problem was solved, but today It didn't log in. I manage to log in after a restart from the home button and now I see that some of my settings are gone (the dock is at a default state, same with Mail and spaces).
    Please tell me what should I do.

    Rather doubt it's a FB issue as I'm not having any issues at all.
    Check Safari > Preferences > Extensions
    If there are any installed, turn that off, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
    If installed, temporarily disable anti virus softare.
    Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can cause issues with Facebook
    If nothing above applies, install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
    That reinstalls any missing system files.
    Restart your Mac after the combo is installed. It's ok to do this even though v10.6.8 is already installed.

    ^^ that's the main problem. Here's the full history.
    I bought a new 13" i5 MBP, early 2011 edition. I had an old white Macbook 2.14 ghz core2duo on Snow Leopard. I attempted to port over my time machine backup, but encountered problems in that my User was inaccessible from the new computer after the import finished, and I had to go in and change the root password, etc, and for some reason or another, I couldn't install any programs at all from that administrator's account. By "couldn't" I mean I could install them, but upon installation they would never boot. So, I took it to the apple store and did a clean install from the most up to date Lion OSX. Then, I created a brand new admin account, instead of trying to import the old one, and things seemed great. Then, I just imported my old files from the TM backup, but not any system settings, permissions, or user data. Just my Docs, pics, vids, apps, and itunes stuff.
    Here's where things get weird again. I imported this stuff under the name "old", but all of these folders have a red negative sign on them, marking them as restricted. So, from my main admin account, I cannot even peruse these folders. Since I didn't import user data, I can't sign in to the "old" account to change permissions. I already tried to change the permissions from system preferences, but that didn't change anything. And now, for whatever reason, of all the apps that were imported then, MS Office is the only set of apps that does not work. When I click on it, it just says there was a problem and asks if I'd like to send a report to apple. I tried reinstalling it to no avail. I'm an English student, so i really need access to Word. Can anyone help? The Apple store is a major detour for me and would like to fix this issue myself.

    Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
    Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
    Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
    NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
    LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.)

  • Performance Issue with BSIS(open accounting items)

          I am having serious performance issue with a accrual report which gets all open GL items, and need some tips for optimization.
    The main issue is that I am accesing large tables like BSIS, BSEG, BSAS etc without proper indexes and that I am dealing with huge amounts of data.
    The select itself take a long time and after that as I have so much data overall execution is slow too.
    The select which concerns me the most is:

    You said that R_HKONT contains several ranges of account numbers. If these ranges cover a significant
    portion of the overall existing account numbers, then there is no really quick access possible via the
    BSIS primary key.
    Unfortunately R_HKONT contains all account numbers.
    As Rob said, your index on HKONT and BUDAT does not help much, since you are selecting "<=" on
    BUDAT. No chance of narrowing down that range?
    Will look into this.
    What about GSBER? Does the value in c_ZRL1 provide a rather small subset of the overall values? Then
    an index on BUKRS and GSBER might be helpful.
    ZRL1 does provide a decent selection . But I dont know if one more index is a good idea on overall
    system performance.
    I assume that the four document types are not very selective, so it probably does not pay off to
    investigate selecting on BKPF (there is an index involving BLART) and joining BSIS for the additional
    information. You still might want to look into it though.

    The improves the select on BSIS a lot, but the first select on BKPF kills it. Not sure if this would help
    improve performance.
    Also I was wondering whether it helps on refreshing the tabe statistics through DB20. The last refresh
    was done 7 months back. How frequently should we do this? Will it help?

  • How to I contact Apple about a support issue with Game Center--itself, directly. I changed my Apple ID and now I cannot access my game center account that I had previously. It created a new one for me with my new apple ID instead of keeping the old one.

    I want to submit an issue with Game Center--itself, directly. I had an account set up that I used to play online games. I changed my appleID and then I no longer could access my game center account. I, apparently, had a new game center account created for me (which is friends with my old account) and now I cannot access my original game center account.
    If I can't get access to email apple directly (which seems ridiculously difficult to do), then someone please tell me how to FIX the issue.

    Yes. I have tried that. When I use the ID I had before, it sets it up as a new account and I don't want to lose my stats attached to my old account.
    Let's say that my old nickname was "user10" and I used the email, "[email protected]" for my apple id. I changed my apple id to "[email protected]" and it changed my game center account to "mynew" and somehow I am friends with my old acct, "user10". I tried getting a password reset for "user10" but I apparently don't know my own birthday, which is possible because I usually give a false one, but the same false one each time.

    A few days ago I tried to e-mail a friend, when I started A box came up and it required me to add a plugin..Java. I contacted my e-mail courier and microsoft, they told me that is was a plugin from Mozilla Firefox. Since then I must go through Java to send or open an e-mail... this is NOT to my satisfaction, it takes too long for all of this to open and if it is not cleared , I am dropping Mozilla and going elsewhere. Why has this occurred? Is this a result of the last update? If so can I delete the last update and continue on the other version?

    It might be helpful for us if we knew exactly which web-mail provider you are using. It seems strange to me that viewing or sending web-mail would actually "need" Java for operation, its more likely that some other item on the web page needs Java to run some advertising or other garbage that isn't a necessary part of the web-mail functionality you want to use.
