It keeps saying that I need to reboot my system from an earlier version but when I reboot my system, there is no change and I to completely remove firefox so I could even get back online, How am I supposed to use your program when it does this?!

I'm not able to install windows 7 in my imac 21' which has the latest OSX 10.9

Thank youTo my knowledge there are no official MS Windows DVDs that contain both the 32 and 64 bit versions. There is a way to make a USB thumb drive that has both bit version on it but AFAIK this can't be done on a DVD disc even with a Dual Layer DVD disc.
For the Windows installer to function, actually boot the system to the install routine, certain files have to be on a certain area of the DVD disc. If by chance you really do have a DVD disc that contains both bit versions your Mac is only seeing the 32bit version on that disc.
You'll need to get a Real MS DVD of just the 64bit version or download the 64bit version ISO from My Digital Life and burn it to a DVD disc.

My iTunes keeps saying that I need authorization but I'm already authorised.
Whenever I try to sync my iPod with my MacBook Pro in iTunes, it says that it needs authorization. The only Problem is that I'm already authorised. I keep authorising it until I can't stand it any longer. I have synced it to other computers and switched it from my old computer to this one. If you can help me, that will be great.

HT201263 my phone keeps saying that it needs to be activated
My iphone 5 was on the developer version of ios7 and now my phone says it needs to be activated. However when i try to activate nothing happens, comes back to the activate screen. I know that my username and password are correct. If i keep retrying a get a message saying could not connect to server please try again or connect to itunes. I have tried connecting to itunes but can not restore because it says find my iphone is activated and that i need to alter the setting but the phone won't allow me to that. Can any one help?
You are probably getting the error because you have a beta version of iOS 7 that expired yesterday. We've had hundreds of posts about this over the past 18 hours. If you are a developer, and thus have a legitimate copy of iOS 7 beta, go to the Developer's forum, where there are detailed instructions on how to resolve this.
If you have an illegal pirated copy of iOS 7 you are on your own, because we are not permitted to support stolen software in this Apple-hosted forum. There are solutions, but you will have to find them elsewhere. Start with "DFU mode" -
I then tried to uninstall Mozilla 4.0 and it keeps saying the same thing that I need to close firefox before I can continue, but it is closed. I have no browsers open and it still will not allow the uninstall or the install.

I bought a new airport extreme on ebay and it works but as soon as I hooked it up it says I need to update the firmware to 7.3.1 and gives me a link to go to but it won't give me an option for that update. I tried the other updates that it gives an option for but none of them work. Help!
OK, if your Extreme is an original "round" 802.11b/g model you need AirPort Utility 5.6. The problem with that version is that Mountain Lion will refuse to let you install it. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with using AirPort Utility 5.6 and your older Extreme should work just fine with your new MacBook.
This dilemma is easily solved. You simply need to extract the app from the installer package using a package extractor like Pacifist or unpkg. Pacifist is shareware, unpkg is free.

When the AirPort Utility .dmg file finishes downloading, open it to expand and reveal the AirPortUtility56.pkg package installer file.
Directions for Pacifist (I do not have screenshots for unpkg but the idea is similar):
Open Pacifist and from its File menu, navigate to the package and open it.
Click the "reveal triangles" until you see AirPort Utility 5.6.app:
Select it and then click Install from Pacifist's toolbar. It will then be installed in your Utilities folder, and you can quit Pacifist.
Mountain Lion will not allow you to delete its existing version of AirPort Utility. Just ignore it. It and the older version (which will bear the unique name "AirPort Utility 5.6") can peacefully coexist. Launch AirPort Utility 5.6 and firmware upgrade options for your older Extreme will be available.
If you happen to have an archived copy of the AU 5.6 app somewhere, such as a Time Machine backup or equivalent, you can simply restore it or drag the app to your Mountain Lion system's Utilities folder instead of resorting to the above procedure. It will run without complaint. It is only the package installer that is the problem.
If you have an older computer with a version of AirPort Utility earlier than 6.0, you can administer it that way as well.
