It works for a week or so and then give an error message...

Hi all,
I recently reorganised the family iMac to having 3 accounts, rather than just 1. My wife has an account, I do, and there is an admin account. We have had a time capsule for a while (I think we got it a couple of months after launch). Its been great up to now. However since changing to the new set up, we keep getting an error message. Rather unhelpfully I've not written down the error message, but I hoped someone may have an idea what is going on.
I am in the process of erasing the disk and I am contemplating resetting it to the factory defaults. I use it as my wifi also.
Is there a known issue with the TC back up when using a machine with multiple accounts? I did a search on the forums (admittedly not a really in depth one), but saw nothing similar.
Would it be usefull to do a factory reset once the erase is finished?

Ok, perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place. I'm in sys prefs & then in sharing. I've put a screen grab at http://www.thehydesfamily.com/Screen_grab/Blank.html
I've now done the erase and factory reset - I'm backing up on my user account, will then check my wifes (likely tomorrow as its 730 pm here.
Its good that forums like this exist as I'd be lost without helpful peoples advice!
