  • CRM 2007 New Service Ticket Transaction not visible in WEB UI

    Hi Gurus
    I don't understand why this is so difficult.
    To me I have done everything correctly.
    I have a Service Ticket Transaction visible in the WEB IC.
    I now want to make it visible for use in the WEB UI, I have set the channel to WEB UI.
    Yet when I try to create a new Service Ticket from the Service Professional Role under Service Order the Transaction is not visible. Yet I can can search for the Transactions created in the WEB IC from the WEB UI without an issue.
    Maximum Points for the right answer.
    Regards
    Panduranga

    Solved
    I needed to add the Service Ticket Object Create option into the Navigation Bar Generic OP Mapping Option.
    After that the Transaction Type was visible.

  • Service Desk messages not visible with SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN Role

    Hi,
    We are configuring Service Desk in Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp1.
    I am able to see the support messages from the user 'BASIS' with SAP_ALL authorization.
    There is another user 'X'. Here User 'X' has following Roles - SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN, SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE, SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS, SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY, SAP_SUPPCF_ADMIN, SAP_SUPPCF_PROCESS, SAP_SUPPCF_DISP.
    After this I set the message processor  to be user 'X'.
    Now when I try to see the message with T-code: crm_dno_monitor, it is not displaying any messages.
    But as per the Solman Security Guide, SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN and SAP_SUPPCF_ADMIN are master roles for Service Desk.
    Please help in resolving the issue.

    Hi,
    Do you mean you logon to the system as user X, and create a test message under user X, and not able to see the message
    created ?
    Are you able to see in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER ?

  • Web service published but not visible

    Hi,
    I have developed a Webservice from a WSDL file i created from a XI outbound interface following the steps given in the thread below.
    /people/sap.user72/blog/2005/11/17/xi-how-to-publish-wsdl-generated-from-xi-to-uddi
    In the UDDI Client i got the message that the WS has been successfully published but i am not able to view my Web Service in the WS Navigator.
    What is the procedure to view a WS published using the UDDI client? is there any direct url to view the WS?

    This is the url inside my WSDL:
    http://cgnsap27:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry&version=3.0&Sender.Service=SATYAM_LSPM_BS&Interface=http%3A%2F%2Fsatyam.com%2Fxi%2FLSPM%5ELspm_SampleIdHelp_MI
    If i try the URL i get this :
    - <SOAP:Envelope xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <SOAP:Header />
    - <SOAP:Body>
    - <SOAP:Fault xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <faultcode>SOAP:Client</faultcode>
      <faultstring>Empty HTTP request received</faultstring>
      <faultactor>http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30</faultactor>
    - <detail>
    - <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">
      <SAP:Category>XIProtocol</SAP:Category>
      <SAP:Code area="MESSAGE">EMPTY_HTTP_REQUEST_RECEIVED</SAP:Code>
      <SAP:P1 />
      <SAP:P2 />
      <SAP:P3 />
      <SAP:P4 />
      <SAP:AdditionalText />
      <SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />
      <SAP:Stack>Empty HTTP query received. No message processing possible</SAP:Stack>
      </SAP:Error>
      </detail>
      </SOAP:Fault>
      </SOAP:Body>
      </SOAP:Envelope>
    But what i expect is a WS in the WS Navigator as i have already published the wsdl using the UDDI client.

  • Continue to get this error on a site I use every day - "WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019) Msngr: the specified service name does not exist or has a bad format. (5825):" Any ideas what's wrong?

    I've tried clearing the browser cache and restarting the computer, but nothing helps. No idea what's wrong. Any ideas?

    You also could delete any saved cookies for that site:
    While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
    Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
    When I search this error message, I find threads indicating it is a problem on the web server, and there's not much a user can do to fix it. For example:
    http://www.fixya.com/support/t2835936-webspeed_error_from_messenger_process
    You could try to confirm that diagnosis by using a different browser or a different computer.
    If it persists, you probably should complain to the site. Perhaps they are aware of some add-on conflict or other browser configuration issue that affects Firefox users specifically.
    Edit: When I visit the site's root address, within about 5 seconds I get the error. But links I visit from Google results (site:hachik.com) work fine, e.g., http://www.hachik.com/about.html So there is something about the dynamic navigation that is broken.

  • Publishing service - "Released" status not visible

    Hi All,
    Users cannot see my KM documents "released" by the publishing service. I am creating content using a standard SAP form within a folder set up for publishing.
    I have turned on the publishing service on for a repository, and for a folder "announcements" I have enabled approvals, and set up the process, however I am having an issue where I cannot see "Released" status documents for my end users.
    The security looks ok. I have set up a read permission for the "Everyone" group on the repository root. This has propogated to the "Released" resource. To be sure, I even added a read permission to a resource (Released) for a test user, but they cannot see it!
    Any ideas?

    Thanks guys - super quick answer.  The "publish from" date and "publish to" dates were exactly the same, HOWEVER, once I changed the dates it took at least 15 minutes to see the changes, as such I assume a batch service is responsible for the delay.
    Many thanks - I beleive I have awarded points to both of you.
    And... Merry Christmas - much appreciated.

  • After having a problem, and solving it by restarting on Safe Mode, the app names are not visible and are changed to "AAAAA" symbols

    now they are like the this:, what can I do?

    What was the problem?
    After you booted into safe mode then what?
    Have you rebooted?

  • Member names not visible in ASO database

    Hi,
    I created a metaoutline in EIS to load an ASO cube.
    I was trying to load members from EIS and the member load was completed successfully.
    When i checked the cube from Essbase Admin console, i can see that the outline has been created but the member names are not visible in the outline - the weirder thing is that the aliases and formulae of members are visible in the outline.
    What could be the possible cause for this behaviour?
    Thanks,
    Rahul.

    Hi,
    Do you guys have an idea as to why this could be happening? I'm trying to tune some BSO cubes which run for hours together and trying to convert them to ASO but am stuck at this point!
    Thanks,
    Rahul.

  • Column names not visible in JTable

    Hello everyone,
    i have an Object array columns that i pass to the constructor of JTable, but for some reason the column names are not visible in my table.
    private final Object[] columns = {"Zeit", "Termin"};
    private Object[][] rows;
    //the next line fills the two-dimensional rows-array
    fillRows();
    //here the constructor
    JTable table = new JTable(rows, columns);
    table.setColumnSelectionAllowed(false);
    table.setDragEnabled(false);
              table.setSelectionMode(ListSelectionModel.SINGLE_INTERVAL_SELECTION);
    TableColumnModel colModel = table.getColumnModel();
    TableColumn column = colModel.getColumn(1);
    column.setCellRenderer(new BookedCellRenderer(new int[] {3,4}));What are possible reasons/sollutions for this problem?

    Gosh, thanks! Usually i always use a jscrollpane for
    jtables and was about to use it too, but i got
    confused because of the headers when i tried to see
    whether the data in the table was right.You're welcome. The JTableHeaders object can be displayed in, say,
    the NORTH part of a BorderLayout while the JTable itself is displayed
    int the CENTER part. You can even display the headers SOUTH of
    the table itself if you like. A JTable object is quite flexible.
    kind regards,
    Jos

  • PAM-KRB5: account:  unable to get host based service name for realm

    I want a custom service to authenticate via PAM with Microsoft Active Directory Services on Windows 2003. kinit appears to work:

    Running a sample PAM consumer using 'winsamp' as its service name complains that Kerberos doesn't know the user. syslog reports: PAM-KRB5: account: unable to get host based service name for realm 'EXAMPLE.COM'.
    I'm stuggling to get any additional logging out of either PAM or Kerberos. Any advice appreciated.

    if (err == PAM_USER_UNKNOWN)
    printf("don't know that user\n"); // <-- we always arrive here
    logout();
    }

    Part of the problem was that the Sun server's domain was not an exact match for the ADS domain. One was XXXX.EXAMPLE.COM and the other was just EXAMPLE.COM. Adding the equiv. domains in krb5.conf improved that situation.
    The sample PAM application still doesn't behave the way I want. When pam.conf is configured to authenticate against /etc/passwd, it works. Not when authenticating against ADS alone. I've come to the conclusion that PAM is for authenticating ONLY access to Solaris accounts.
    My application does not need a Solaris account. Am I using the wrong authentication API?

  • Database Service Name or Global Database Name with Oracle 10G, when Oracle

    I have an old installation of Oracle 9i (SID=ORCL) and now have installed Oracle 10G (SID=ORC2). I can get connection to Oracle 10G if i define it as an Oracle 8 compatible identification (ie I access to a SID, and don´t provide a Service Name.
    Now I want to install Oracle HTML DB, and succeeded to install the SQL-script that came with the download, but when I install Apache and HTML DB from the Oracle Companion CD I am asked to give the Database Service Name (in the Help it is explained as the Global Database Name).
    When i give the Net Service Name I get error messages (incomprehensible).
    When I look in Net Manager, the Net Service Name does not have a Service Name, but only points to a SID (ie ORC2).
    Where can I find the Database Service Name (or Global Database Name), OR define it if it is not defined??
    Thanks for your help,

    create a net service for oracle10g and provide the name of this service during HTML DB installation it is required for installation.

  • Html link not visible as table header in jsp

    Hi,
    I am not sure if this question belongs to JSP forum, since it's happening in JSP page I am posting it here.
    I am seeing this strange problem, in my JSP page all the link are looking fine except some links in Table header. Here is the code snippet:
    <th align="left" width="30%"><html:link action="/myAction.do?sortBy=org&all=${param.all}">Organization Name</html:link></th>
    ENV is struts, jstl, html.
    Now the problem is the text Organization Name is not visible, although it's there and I can click it. If I click and drag mouse over it I can see it.
    Also if I put this link anywhere else e.g. <TD> I can see it.
    I am not sure why it's happening.
    Please help me.
    Abhishek

    Sounds like a style issue - is it the same colour as the background for some reason?
    What styles have you got applied to your <th> columns? The text in them?
    Are you using css?

  • Setting objects on not visible rows

    Hi there,
    I'm building a TreeTable (on the 1st column a tree, n the 2nd one some checkboxes, and on all the others some statistics collected from the tree). Particularly, the seconf column allows to select a bunch of tree nodes for later treatments.
    Say all the tree is not expanded and I check a node that has some of its descendant childs node not visibles (parent not currently expanded). I'd like my program to automatically check all descendant childs nodes of the currently being check node - INCLUDED all childs that are not visible.
    In my cellEditor (I can use "row" as the only information to get the right node), I currently have that kind of ugly code to do so:
    public Component getTableCellEditorComponent(JTable table, Object value, boolean isSelected, int row, int column) {
            CTestTreeNodeData testTreeNodeData = (CTestTreeNodeData) sortTreeTable.getValueAt(row, 0); // get the tree node -> column=0
        short newState = computeNewState(testTreeNodeData.getState()); // compute the new state ("checked" or "not checked")
    t    estTreeNodeData.setState(newState); // set this new value on the model
    switch (newState) {
         case CThreeStateCheckboxModel.SELECTED:
         case CThreeStateCheckboxModel.PARTIALLY_SELECTED:
                   // need to do this in this order to get correctly the rows
                   mainFrame.expandNodeAll(row); // first expand of descendant childs !!!!
                   mainFrame.checkNodeAll(row, newState); // check all childs from current row (this code is incrementing row, then verify from the new treepath to see if it's a descendant or not and redo it recursively
                   mainFrame.collpaseNode(row); // HACK !!!! restore how it was before
                   break;
          return defaultCellEditor.getTableCellEditorComponent(table, threeStateCheckbox, isSelected, row, column);which looks very bad for me... Is there a better solution to change data on some currently hidden nodes if we have only the row has input ?
    Thx,
    Eg\\*

    Hi Namsheed,
    I think this is normal because the travel request does not include any booking details.
    The travel request is before any online bookings.
    So might be it would help to explain in detail your process and used components.
    Best regards,
    Sigi

  • Fusion App Provisioning Wizard - DB Config - Service Name

    Dear all,
    I'm trying to create new Provisioning Plan for Fusion Apps 11.1.1.5.0, Linux. The Wizzard doesn't allow me to proceed with the Database Configuration (step 8 of 19):
    Our company domain contains character "-" in it's name, therefore Global Name of the database is in format "dbname.company-domain.com"
    Such Service Name is not allowed by the Provisioning Wizard.
    What can I do in such case?
    I'm surprised by such constraint... this kind of domain name is nothing unusuall, und other Oracle installers don't have any problem with such Service Name...
    Thanks for support
    Daniel

    I have just got to know, that DB_DOMAIN may be different from the network domain. I have changed the DB_DOMAIN to name without hyphen.

  • Indbound Interface not visible in Receiver business service

    Hello Experts-
    II have created a business service.
    After creating the business service, when try to enter receiver inbound interfaces.
    The message interface which I declared in IR is not visible .
    I am not able to select it as its not visible.
    When I manually input the name system display object doesnt exist. But, In IR I can see its there. Do I have to do any kind of import?
    I am doing a Flat file to RFC scenario.
    Thanks,
    raj.

    Yes. Below is little more detail descripition on what i did.
    In IR design , this is what I have
    MI_filetype (outbound asynchronous) and I have assigned its message type  (mt_filetype) to it.
    In message mapping I have mapped
    mt_filetype to RFC message (ZFILEtype)
    mapped the source interface MI_filetype to Target interface ZFILETYPE.
    I have sucessfully tested interface mapping. .
    Activated the change list.
    In IR configuration,
    I have created a scenario and then Busniess service for sender. and create dit communication channel.
    In next step business service for receiver, I am assuming the receiver inbound interface would be MI_filetype?
    Is that not right?
    Thanks,
    Raj
