Itune card invalid code need help
what am i doing wrong. I enter my itune card. so when i go purchase a song. a pop up box appears saying review your account. I do that and asking me to enter my itune card which is say invalid code.
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is and your bank has confirmed that they don't use any other info to authorise payments on your card, then try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Bought two iTunes card a few months ago, so don't have the receipt anymore, one has already been redeem and used up, few months later try to redeem the second one and get the invalid code message. Went back to the shop to get them to fix it since they probably only activated one of the card at the time of purchase, now they wouldn't without the receipt. Contact apple and they wouldn't fix the problem without the receipt either. Did I just wasted a $30 iTunes credits?
I'm sorry to say that nothing can be done about inactive gift cards without a receipt(I know from experience )

Hi Guys. Okay. Here is what happened. I was helping my friend create an account and he gave me his e-mail account but i accidentally misspelled it. It was a company email so i am certain that it has not been claimed since it ended with example (@companyname.com). My question is how do i go about retrieving my $15 dollar itunes card that we used when creating the account? Has anyone experienced this already? If so how did you fix it? New to code, need help please!!!
I have been designing my first website by following a string of videos I have purchased online. (Timothy Training w/ Framework Files) I am finally to the point that I am ready to 'put' these file on my business catalyst account and get them online. I have run into an issue however. I have a page called services.html and within it I have built a 'featured content slider' that links to several pages. The code was working perfectly in any browser that I previewed it in, live view, inspections, everything was fine!! Until, I 'put' the files onto my business catalyst account, now all of the sudden the code does not display correctly anymore. I have made no changes to the code what-so-ever, no changes to the style sheets, nothing. I had a tech support guy that took a 'quick look' and said that my outer div was all of the sudden in the wrong place. I dont understand how 1. it shifted when I made no changes, 2. It works perfectly fine when I view it outside of BC platform and 3. how to even begin to fix the issue. I have spent hours upon hours trying to remedy this myself and I am finally at a breaking point and quite desperate for help. I have so many hours into this site and I am quite frustrated that I made it this far only for it to fail. Please anyone that is willing to take a look I would be grateful. I am not sure if I should post the code in here or not as this is my first post in the forum. I guess I will try to copy and paste and see if that works. Any suggestions would be great help.. Serial Number is Invalid? Need Help.
I recently got a new macbook pro and I transferred my cs5 Suite successfully to the new computer. I used After Effects a few times successfully but about two days ago when ever i tried using any of the cs5 applications, photoshop, ae, etc I got any error that said the adobe application manager was damaged or somin. So i redownloaded the application manager and it opened the applications but now its asking for the serial number again. I put my serial number in and the application opened successfully. However, then the application manager opened up a window that said it appears this serial number is invalid and i need to enter a new one. So now when i open the application it asks for another serial number, and when i put mine in it says its invalid. I cant open any of my applications because it says the serial is invalid. I need help. It could be that I did not transfer properly or somthing but im not sure. Also i never uninstalled or canceld cs5 suite on my old macbook because i dont know if u have to or not. Any help would be great. All of the apps still open and work properly on the old macbook, so i assume its a transfer problem. Someone please inform me on what I need to do.
MrGoodbar1318 I would recommend removing your Adobe software by running the un-installers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers. Once you have removed the software then also verify the following folders have been removed:
Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobePCD
Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
These folders contain the serial number information and could be possibly causing your serial number to come up as invalid if they got damaged or the permissions got adjusted on them. -

Follow the steps listed below for Error 1604. Also, discard the .ipsw file, open iTunes and attempt to download the update again. See the steps under Advanced Steps > Rename, move, or delete the iOS software file (.ipsw) below for file locations.If you do not want to remove the IPSW in the original user, try restoring in a new administrator user. If the issue remains, Eliminate third-party security software conflicts.
Error 1604
This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode,put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection. -
