ITunes 11.1.2 Question - Movie Library

Hi all
On my MBP, my iTunes catalogue is relatively large, and all my music, and iTunes Match subscription is fine and all working as it should. I sign into iTunes Store no problem, and all works as it should .. however, as oon as I press hte MOVIES tab none of my purchased movies are showing.
It is telling me to sign into iTunes Store, and I already am, pressing the button to sign into iTunes Store then takes me back to the home store page.
I am not sure what is going on, but I cannot seem to show the movies on my laptop.
The Movies are showing on my account on the seperate Windows PC in the studio, but just wont show on my laptop MBP.
Confused.
I tried removing all the folders in the media section and re-downloaded all the music from teh cloud, that was fine, but each and every time i try movies ... NOPE .... tells me to sign in ??
Any help on this one? I couldnt find anything by searching the threads.

Sorry guys and girls
Problem was solved in teh Preferences .... somehow the tick box for show iTunes Purchases in the Cloud was unticked therefore once ticked, all the movies I have purchased appeared in the Library.

Crash when clicking on "Movies" Library

I just recently downloaded the latest Itunes update. I had been running Version 7.5 and everything had been fine..but the new version crashes everytime I try to click on the Movies library on the left side of Itunes. Everything else is fine, the podcast library, radio, etc..just the movie library crashes when I try to click it
This is what the error says..

OK..I had been doing alot of things other people suggested if their Itunes was crashing and such. I uninstalled Quicktime and reinstalled it, just as users had suggested in other threads. That didnt work..so I went into my preferences and told Itunes to not show the Movies library. I OKed that, then went back to preferences and told itunes to show the movie library again, and now Itunes doesnt crash..really weird. I dont understand it at all, but I will mark this as answered now

Unfortunately I have to if I download it on my computer. I have rented itunes movies before directly using the Apple TV and it worked just fine and I could stay in the living room. Without clicking that icon on my computer, there was no way to watch it.

They should have downloaded into the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :
If they aren't in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them ?

Can't find previous itunes file after moving info to an external drive to move library to new computer!!! HELP

I have moved my itunes files numerous times to new computers as I get one. This last time I had everything running off an external drive, to conserve hard drive space on computer and hopefully from computer failure. I need to move library over to new computer and get away from old computer that has Windows XP to the computer with windows 7. After installing itunes on new computer and plugging in external to new computer, it finds all music and movies, etc., however, I can't seem to find the file that has the playlist info, play count, and to see where the backups of my iphone(s) are. I have been working at this for days to no avail. It may be right in front of my face but can't see where to find it. HELP!!!!

It will allow me transfer purchased songs but not songs I had that were downloaded off of my CD's. Where do I access that library and how do i get it back on iTunes? It basically copied all my itunes files from my C drive onto ipod in my efforts to move the library.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? I'm wondering if restarting the computer might help but have been afraid to do so in case it would make it harder to recover anything...I was looking at this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4211589?start=0&tstart=0 in the hopes that it might have a helpful suggestion but it's definitely a different scenario.

Go to Settings>General>Date and Time and make sure it is correct, including time zone.

ITunes 10.5 (on Win7 Pro) will not allow movies (.mp4) to be added to the Movie library.

In the previous release, iTunes 10.4.080, I had no problem with drag & drop of movies (.mp4) from a windows folder to the Movies library. After installing 10.5 today I have lost the ability to sync my own .mp4 content with my iPad. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Similar problem here, one pc with iTunes 10.4, the other with a fresh install of everything, including iTunes 10.5. My online classes use iTunes U for lectures. They download fine on the 10.4 version but 10.5 does not save them at all. I am now actively searching for a 10.4 install executable......

Downloading movies off of the camera roll into iTunes movie library

Has anyone figured out a way to automatically extract the movies off of the iPhone's camera roll and deposit them into the iTunes movies library when you sync? Once I get them in there, I will be able to play them with Apple TV pretty easily.

I use Win 7 and if I plugged (via USB) my iphone 4, windows can recognized the iphone as an external storage (just like flash disk) so I can browse through file manager (windows explorer) and can access the iPhone "Camera Cam" and make copy/delete files. I think this feature also works on Mac

How do I move library to new Mac with iTunes 8.0.2

I have a new MacBook with iTunes 8.0.2. I wish to move my iTunes library, with playlists, from my old iBook, which is running iTunes 6.0.3. The library for the old computer is stored on an external hard drive. I would like advice to accomplish this successfully.
Also, will my iPod have any problems with the new computer?

I'm also trying to move my music from old G4 computer (internal drive #3) to new MacPro System drive (#1). I copied all of Music Folder over to the MacPro. The songs play OK. The info for most CDs show up in the main window, but how do I get the Album list to show up on the left hand side Playlist like it did in the old computer? Many have no Album name since they are HS band recordings of my son's days in the band or songs I copied from old records. Thanks Terry

What's the problem? You can already see it in your movie library.

Yes, the old album art view is gone, bu you can see the album art for a song that's playing by clicking on the art image and it will open a bigger view.
Everything else in your post is a waste. I'm not going to spend time reading it. If - and I repeat if, you have a question on how to get the best out of the new look iTunes, post it. But don't spend your time in long rambling negative rants.
