ITunes 11 - Radiostations don't work

Clicking a station opens randomly other stations in the list but not the one I want to listen to.
Same happens with stations in Playlists.
No problem before version 11.  Any fix ?

I have a similar problem to that. Sometimes that little preview button (to listen to music or watch trailers) doesn't work, although it's clickable. This happens mostly while using genius recommendations, but at times also while browsing the store. Today I bumped into another error/bug, where the display of the store page was somehow corrupted (see attached image below). That error is fully reproducible and appears when you click for more genius recommendations. Couldn't find any posts in the support section regarding these issues. Have all latest iTunes updates installed and using OS X 10.6.7 (also up to date).
Thanks in advance if anyone had these errors before and/or can provide any help.

What do I do if music files purchased/downloaded for the iTunes store don't work properly?

Buddhabeat...clicking on the "Report a Problem" button next to the song(s) in question, should open a drop-down list menu, that allows you to select the specific issue/area of concern that you are experiecing (or you can select a generic "My problem is not on the list" (or something to that effect). Underneath this drop-down menu box, there should be another message box where you can describe  the issue/problem your having. Below this message box will be a "Submit" button...clicking on that will send your message to the Apple iTunes Store Customer Support Centre (you will see a confirmation message that your message has been sent), as well as receive an email notification from the Support Centre confirming your message has been received, a case number, and that you will receive an email response pertaining to the issue/problem you're having, from the Support Centre asap (usually within 24 hours). That's how it worked for me, anyhow.

  • Itunes songs don't work when I transfer them to ipod... please help

I brought 30 songs in itunes today, and managed to successfully transfer 23 onto my ipod. However, the remaining 8 songs do not play on my ipod and exclamation marks come up next to them in the margin. When i look at the information of the songs i can see that I am not allowed to change any details about the song. It is as though I am not permitted to access them or something. I am new to using the itunes store and am unsure what to do, please help!
    Thanks,
    Emma

I'm confused, are you seeing the ! in itunes, or on the ipod?
Will those 8 songs play OK in iTunes?

  • I upgraded my hard drive, but now my iTunes & iMail don't work

So i upgraded my hard drive, rebooted using my time machine backup but I still can't access my iTunes or iMail account any idea how to fix?

Why did you wipe the drive?
    Were you having problems?
If you were those problem may be related to a failing hard drive and that is why the TM backup could be restored.
In you topic header you say the system won't boot from the SL DVD, But it di for you to wipe the drive. Then it should again boot from the SL DVD.
Insert the DVD and reboot, hold down the Option key and select the Optical drive, SL DVD, as the Boot source.

  • New iTunes LPs - don't work in iPod

I'm wondering if Apple has plans to update the iPod software to enable the new features in the new iTunes LPs to play in my Nano (4th Gen.). For example, I just bought the new Grateful Dead LP, and it has several videos that came with it, but those videos can't be found / played on my iPod.
Hopefully soon iPods will be able to access these new features on iTunes LPs.

See my comment in your other post.

My iPad will not update to 5 at all. I don't even have the option of software update in settings. I've tried to update over iTunes and it doest work there either.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily.  Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

  • I updated iTunes to 10.5 and now my encryption passwords for my iPhone and iPad don't work.

I updated iTunes to 10.5 and now my encryption passwords for my iPhone and iPad don't work. I know Apple says if you forget them then it's your problem. However, this was a direct result of my iTunes upgrade. I spent hours trying to fix this. HELP!

Definitely seems to be a cross-platform bug in iTunes 10.5 concerning all NAS disks. Shared libraries on network drives worked fine under 10.4.1, but now there is just an endless loading cycle with no error message or time-out. There is a bit more about it in this thread.

I tried to uninstall and install the package according to Apple support article (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923) but still the same problem. Any suggestions?

Taken as a whole, the symptoms suggest that another application (other than QuickTime itself) has stashed old QuickTime componentry in your system files.
So just in case we'll go looking for older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view settings.
In your Start menu, open Computer.
In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
    Click OK.
Now in Computer, open your C:\ drive (or whichever drive you have your operating system installed on).
    Open the "Windows" folder.
    Open the "SysWOW64" folder.
What files and folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the title? (In a standard installation of Quicktime you should be seeing precisely two files... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.)

This may sound crazy, but download any free app.  This often "shocks" the other apps into working.
