...i have Windows XP. I followed the suggestion to turn off and on the iPhone and at least now my iphone appears under Devices in itunes. Now I'm having problems downloading picutres from my laptop to my iphone. this is my first iphone and apple product.

iTunes is not letting me download certain songs from my phone or my computer. Keeps saying "Could not purchase "name of song." An unknown error occured (5002). i have iphone 4 firmware 5.1.1.
Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
1. Settings>Store>Apple ID.
2. Tap your ID and sign out.
3. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off.
4. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to download again. -

I've tried the following and no joy. It didn't solve the issue I am having. Does anyone know if MSI is working on a BIOS update. Apple tech support says it's not their problem and suggested I look for a BIOS update from my motherboard manufacturer. I see some of the other vendors have posted updates.

a) Right Mouse Click on entry
b) Select Update Driver Software
c) Select "Browse from my computer for driver software
d) place C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\InfInst\Inf\WIN7 in the location edit box
e) Make sure that Include Subfolders is checked
f) Click Next and follow directions
NOTE: Some entries are up to date, others are not. Some entries after updating require reboot.

I can't sign in Game Center all my games are showing there new, I tried to connect to itunes to restore it to see if that will fix it nothing all. ever since this update. As soon as I finished the update this morning it reseted my phone completly like it was brand new. tried recovering from itunes and it didn't work had to set up as "new iphone" and as soon as I did that it came on and had everything on there from apps pictures and contacts.
