ITunes - iPhone 5 help

Hi, for some reason one of my iTunes albums won't sync to my iPhone. I can't figure out why. Help?

Might there be an ownership issue? Might the Apple ID used to purchase the album be either not authorized in the current iTunes, or be different from the Apple ID used on the iPhone?

Someone please help me. She's wanting to download some stuff to her phone but I don't want to give her my password since the account is linked to my credit card. Knowing her and her friends they might run up alot of charges just for the "fun" of it.

The answer to the error code I am getting is:
Some iTunes for Windows users with the McAfee Personal Firewall Plus installed may display a -3221 error message when you try to access the iTunes Store using iTunes for Windows. If this happens, change the permission level for iTunes and iTunesHelper to allow full access.
This should allow iTunes and iTunesHelper to both send and receive data from the iTunes Store.
As far as I know I do not have McAfee on my computer, I do however have AOL...all the firewalls are turned off on Windows and AOL...im not sure what the above directions mean (permission level???)

Did you ever have McAfee, and perhaps uninstalled it? McAfee is notorious for leaving scraps of crap behind after an uninstall and it's been known to interfere with stuff...so much so that they actually have a utility for download on their website that cleans up after the uninstaller.
Either that, or AOL uses a version of it?

I am so sorry I am frustrating you. This is the first time I have used this community and am leanring as I go. I am not able to see the entire post that you leave, unless I look at it on my phone (email)--I am so sorry. You have no idea how much i appreciate your help. Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. And if you know of another way that I can access all of my itunes library music on my new phone withouth using itunes, I would love to hear about it.--thanks and again i am so sorry for frustrating you.

Since it seems App related, I'm not sure what to offer you. I guess the only suggestion I have is for you to reboot your iPad and then try again. To reboot, hold the power and home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds (keep holding past the swipe to shut down bar if it appears) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. You won't lose any settings or data, so it's worth a shot.

Sounds like the music you had on your phone was not the same music on his computer. The iPhone/iPod touch is not designed to be a storage device. When you sync with a computer that doesn't have your music, it deletes your music from your phone.
Was this music you purchased from iTunes? if so, and you are in the US, tap on itunes app, tap updates, tap purchased and tap on the cloud icon to get each song back. If you're not int he us, get iOS5 update later this week and do the same.
But you need to move your itunes library to his computer. Create a user account on his macbook pro for you. From your external drive backup, load your itunes library on it. Then sync as usual! (Don't tell me you don't have a backup for your computer!)

When you uninstalled iTunes, did you uninstall it by using the article below or just uninstalled iTunes? The best practice is to remove not only iTunes, but also other associating software in the order that the first article give. If that does not work, then check out the second article for more troubleshooting options for connecting your iPhone to your computer.

How to solve this problem that I have

i've had a few issues like this.
I've found that it is an issue with items that are already on your phone.
several troubleshoots.
1) uncheck everything from syncing (apps, music, tv shows, movies, podcasts, etc), try to perform a sync, it most likely will work. Then, sync after checking each item individually (check the sync box for videos, then sync, check the sync box for podcasts, then sync, check the sync box for music, then sync, etc). One of two things will happen, 1) you will fix the problem, or 2) you will identify exactly what part of the sync setup is the culprit.
2) if the above doesn't work, I've found that it is likely an issue with files that are on your phone but your phone doesn't exaclty recognize (for example, I had copies of music on my phone that didn't show up in the music app, I went in on itunes and manually deleted those songs from my phone and that fixed the sync). to do this, check the "manually manage music and videos" box at the bottom of "summary" while your phone is connected to itunes. Then, go to the left hand pane in itunes and find your iphone device, click the drop-down arrow that shows all the categories for media on your iphone. Go to the music category in your iphone on itunes and delete all the music that shows up. Try to perform a sync - it likely will work. After this, you can uncheck the manually manage music box and re-sync your phone as normal

You can get Leopard 10.5 by calling the Apple Online store.
Tell them you purchased a new iPhone and need 10.5 because you have a PPC Mac and cannnot run 10.6..

Have you tried logging out of your account by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logging back in and seeing if it then works ? You could also try a soft-reset of your phone if that doesn't fix it : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

You need to go to Date & Time and change the date ahead more than a year. Then try and then you can change the date back.

One way is to Drag and Drop the Entire iTunes Folder from your Old Computer to an External Hard Drive...
Then Drag and Drop the Entire iTunes Folder to the location of your Music on the New Computer...
