Itunes keeps saying it cant verify my address
Trying to buy a song but itunes keeps saying that it cant verify my address, its the same address that i have always had, this is not a new account, it is the first purchess on this new comp, but i have already autherized it. when i click on the buy button screen comes up and says first time buying on this comp. verify billing info, only thing missing is my code for my credit card, all the rest (my home address) is already on the screen, i put in my CC code and then screen comes up saying it cant verify my address, but the address on the screen is right, there is nothing that needs to be changed.... any idea on whats going on? Thank you in addvance!
Found a fix for this. Apple must have did some updates or something. Go to this website and put your address into it.

The address in you itunes account and the above website need to mach perfectly. Caps and everything

If you didn't erase all content and settings, try restoring as a new device.

Where is the verification mail going????All...sorted so thought i owed it to you all to update...
As suggested on numerous sites it was in my spam folder....but because i am using googlemail it was in the Googlemail Spam on my phone and online google account, the spam wasnt getting to my outlook account (where i was looking for it!!!)
As soon as i opened it there they were all 38 verification emails !!!!!

Start with removing iTunes in the order of the first article states, which is iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later). Once that is done, then download iTunes 64 bit version from the second link below and run that installer.

Hi. How come iTunes keeps saying:"this iPod can not be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64 bit version of iTunes?" Wth...i am using the 64 bit version of itunes. Why does it keep saying that? Will someone Help me please!? This is is getting frustrating. I already had done a full removal of everything! I even removed and deleted my library...then had to put all 500 songs back on one by one. So, i don't have to remove everything again, just to get my ipod to work on here. You, know before the itunes update, my ipod and itunes were working just fine.
wow, that was a quick reply. lol. but i have removed everything. I wasn't even able to get iTunes on my computer for a little while. i kept getting errors on that. Now it's saying that the required software isn't installed. Hmm, could it be referring to Apple Mobile Device Support? That is supposed to be installed with when iTunes gets installed right? I only ask, because that didn't get installed with the itunes setup.

I have an 60GB iPod with Video that iTunes keeps saying is corrupted when I connect it to my MacBook Pro. Although it seems to only happen after using it for more than a short amount of time before syncing it. I just watched a 5 minute video after I ejected my iPod and when I synced it after that, iTunes did not say it was corrupted. Although when I used it for over 3 hours earlier today and synced it, iTunes said it was corrupted. When iTunes says it is corrupted, I eject the iPod and resync it, and it's always fine the second time. This issue has been ongoing for a month or two now and it's starting to get annoying. I bought the iPod last June.
it can be some corrupted files or bad sectors on the HD of your iPod, see doing the following helps
For Mac computer
1. Open the disk utility, hope your iPod appears there (left hand side), highlight it
2. Go to Tab “Partition”, click either “Delete” or “Partition”, if fails, skip this step and go to 3
3. Go to Tab “Erase” , choose Volume Format as “MAC OS Extended (Journaled), and click Erase, again if fails, skip it and go to 4
4. Same as step 3, but open the “Security Options....” and choose “Zero Out Data” before click Erase. It will take 1 to 2 hours to complete.
5. Eject your iPod and do a Reset
6. Open the iTunes 7 and click “Restore” -

Try restarting your router by removing power to it for 30 seconds. This may correct the problem.
