Itunes not detect iphones

Question

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
iPhone 3GS
As the title says, I cannot get this itunes to detect my ******* iphone and its been a week and no help.  I'd appreciated it if people would not copy paste a garbage link on troubleshooting because I TRIED THEM ALL AND NONE WORKS.
Tried reinstalling everything apple, tried updating my iphone using another computer, tried updating driver (but it wont because its already updated!), tried restarting the service (apple mobile) but it wont restart once I stop it because it says "the apple mobile device service on local computer started and the stopped."
Who do I have to call with a very angry voice to get this **** to work? I tried everything, I am tired... someone for the love of god help.
PS,
Don't say its my firewall / anti virus because ITS NOT, it has been working for the longest time ever with them and it even detects my 120GB iPod but not my iPhone or my brothers iTouch.

I managed to update the driver but now I cannot see the ipod under My Computer OR itunes

I checked if my brother had his driver under the Universal Serial Bus controllers and he does, but like I said, iphone will no longer under "My Computer" or "iTunes"...
