No, the answer of an agent will contact me is not suffice. I want to change the service at my convenience. I DO NOT want to WAIT and TALK to an agent everytime I need to make a change. Why do you put the function on the web site when it clearly does not work?

Go to Apple store offline and diagnosis or go to mobile company and get nano SIM or something else...No, it wasn't jailbroken on iOS 5.1.1.

I'm stuck on the activation screen. I can only select language and country, then it tells me to connect to itunes. In itunes I get the "there is a problem with your iPhone" message. Also, my iPhone keep "searching" for my carrier (Telenor in Norway), but never finds it.

Hi mterry1723, one solution that might be worth trying is this:
- Close iTunes, if it's open
- Open Safari and got to 'Preferences'
- Select 'Security' on the top
- Untick all the security options in the menu
- Click the 'Show Cookies' button and look for all the 'apple' entries in the left-hand column.
- Highlight them (select them collectively) and press 'Remove'
- Now open iTunes and buy the song as usual.
- You may be asked to do the same security process as before, so do as asked.
- Hopefully, the security check will now have accepted your answers and start downloading the song as normal.
Remember to re-tick all the required security options you had just un-ticked in Safari preferences. You don't need to bother about opening the cookies again.
I hope this has worked for you and my profoundest apologies if it has not. Worth a go, though!

when i try submitting my RSS feed for a podcast itunes says we are experiencing technical difficulties...... why is this and when will it be fixed?
Well, I can't see any problem with the feed, and the episode media file is correctly referenced and plays. Incidentally you do have a 'copyright' tag - it says 'Wippenberg'.
When a podcast feed is rejected, corrected and resubmitted there is a minor bug in the Store which causes you to be told that the podcast has already been submitted (which is true but irrelevant - it's really meant to prevent duplicates). To get round this you need to make a small change to the title - for example you could add a hyphen and space before 'Podcast'. You can always change it back once it's been accepted.
The other issue might be the content. The reason given for rejection tends to be technical issues, whatever the actual reason is. I haven't listened to your podcast, so I can't comment directly. Possible reasons for rejection are unacceptable content, sexual content or strong language when the 'explicit' tag is not said to 'yes', and copyright infringement: a lot of people fall over this one by including 'mixes' or indeed full plays of commercially issued recordings without having written permission from the copyright owners or alternatively a valid Podcast Licence (not available in all countries, possibly only the USA). I have no idea whether this might be an issue with yours. -

I fully trust my friend coz she said this iphone is working but it was handed to her lowbat so i get home i recharge it immediately and after charging it, i open and it shows to select language and country and i did select. After this it shows on the screen "Connect to itunes". Then i plug it in to my laptop and connect to itunes. It shows in my itunes " There is a problem with your iphone". Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. If you mean you are having trouble activating your iPhone after
updating to iOS 6:

carrier can unlock your iPhone. You must contact them to see

I used BSNL - India previously. After I get problem, I used Mobily -Saudi Arabia again I got problem and I am trying to use Airtel - India.

My iPhne is 4S, after I downloading the latest OS 5.1 and extracting and verifying, it came to a point on iTunes where it could not at all, activate my iPhone. A message popped up on iTunes saying - "There is a problem with your iPhone"; We're sorry, the iPhone you connected may be damaged and cannot be activated for service. We recommend that you visit your nearest Apple Store for more information. Please kindly suggest me how to do.

It is a hardware/software fault which you'll have to get the iPhone replaced if you're under warranty.
