Itunes store link not working PLEASE HELP!

I can't connect to the itnues music store and get the following error message when I try:
itunes could not connect to the Music Store. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.
If anyone could give me advice on what to do I would be very grateful!!!! Oh, you might have to explain things in very simple terms. My IT knowledge is pretty basic.

In the end I found a software conflict with Speedbit's SpeedOptimizer v2.xx aka SPO.exe in my taskmanager's process list.
I found that by watching Norton Firewall complain about stuff while running in ADVANCED mode.

Flash links not working please help ASAP

I really need someones help. For some reason my flash links are no longer working. Please check www.secretlyspoiled.com when you click on the picture links it says undefined. I updated my .fla and have the following errors.
Scene=Scene 1, layer=mov_contr, frame=1, Line 7 The class or interface 'gs.dataTransfer.XMLParser' could not be loaded.
Scene=Scene 1, layer=mov_contr, frame=2, Line 8 Error opening include file gs/dataTransfer/xmlFunctions.as: File not found.

You can't change back to the U.S. Store without a credit card or at least a gift card, or any valid payment method.
The none option would only appear when you create accounts. The iTunes Store requires that you provide a payment method and a billing address to change stores in order to validate your residency in the country you're changing to.

1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

Time Capsule and iTunes set up not working, please help.

I have moved my itunes library to my time capsule and changed my itunes preferred path to its time capsule location. However when I restart my apple laptop, after having shut it off for the night, and open itunes (time capsule is visible and accessible to the laptop), itunes has reversed the preferred path I set to point to my time capsule to my local laptop hard drive instead. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have looked in other discussions concerning lost itunes file paths, however I never had this issue with my wired external drive; and I only start iTunes after I am sure that my computer can access the files on my time capsule. Thank you.
My laptop is a Macbook Pro 2.3 Ghz running Mac OS X (10.5.2)

If you're still experiencing "disconnects," even with the earlier firmware, but not experiencing these at all when directly connecting your computer to the modem, there is a good chance that one of the following may still be the problem:
o Bad Ethernet cable between the D-Link & TC.
o The TC is faulty.
o The D-Link is faulty.
o The TC & D-Link are just not compatible with each other.
o The ADSL signal strength, coming from your ISP into the D-Link, may need "tuning."
I'd start with trying a known good Ethernet cable. If that doesn't resolve the problem try contacting your ISP/ADSL-Provider next to see if they can run a ADSL line diagnostic to verify that there is a good signal to the D-Link; While you have them on the line, see if they can provide you with another modem.
Finally, if available to you, try temporarily replacing the current TC with another TC or another wireless router.

ITunes 11 Genre not working, Please help fix

I update to iTunes 11 and the new genre view is messed up. The Pop, [Pop, Rock and [Rock aren't together. Anyone know how to fix it. At the moment if I want to play a song by a genre then I use the song view, so I'm not to fussed about this problem.
Sorry about the quality, it was recorded on my iPod Touch 4.

The only firewall that is in use IS the Windows firewall. Thank you for helping though!

I probably should reinstall iTunes. If I do, will my library/playlists/smart playlists be totally intact? Like, after the reinstall will it look the same or will I have to reimport everything?

Itunes 9.2 not working please help

i am trying to upgrade my itunes so that i can updated my software for my iphone but everytime i try to download itunes 9.2 a sign pops up that says
Windows has found a problem with this file. And the publisher is unknown.
At the bottom it reads: The file was blocked because it does not have a valid digital signature that verifies it publisher.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this???

Try downloading via a different browser.
If you are using a WiFi network, try plugging in instead.
Some people have found that the problem is in the router - try restarting it.
But the simplest thing is to get a friend to put a known good copy of the iTunes installer on a memory stick for you.

An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!
