ITunes sync to Z10 = not right working / mixed songs in wrong playlists

iam totally frustrated:
I try several weeks since i have this great device, to sync my itunes music to z10.
But on syncing thru BB Link, my playlists on z10 are totally mixed with the wrong music files.
On itunes = all is fine sorted
Transfered to Z10 = some music is not shown in their playlist or playlists are together in one.
So syncing is not right working. Horrible
Combination:
iTunes + Mac
Z10 with 64GB card -> fromatted inside Z10 (several times)
So iam not able to get my music with right playlists to the Z10.
whats wrong here?
I never experienced with such problems on iPhone or Android based Phones.
Blackberry! Please fix that!

We are going to need to gather some BlackBerry Link logs to find out why the playlists are mismatching. Please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry so we can investigate these logs.

no matter what I try to do, iTunes continues to ruin all of my hard work. I create playlists on my computer, but I often add songs through my phone. when I sync my phone to my computer after adding a bunch of songs, the computer thinks the playlist should not have the songs I added on it, so it removes the songs or renames the playlist as Favorites 1 or Favorites 2. it is a really big pain and I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to connect the playlists to the cloud so that whenever I make a change on one device, it automatically changes it on my laptop and iPad. Thank you.

You may want to consider subscribing to iTunes Match as that will have the ability to sync your playlists. I will say that it does cost money if you want to do this and it is a year fee of $24.99. Take a look at the article below to see if this will be what you are looking for.

How do I get iTunes 11 to work as the old iTunes did in this respect: after playing a song in one playlist, I click on another playlist, highlight a song, press play, and get the result of that song playing & that playlist continuing? As it goes now, one clicks on the song in the new playlist where the arrow is and then chooses 'Play Song Next.' So, it plays next, but then the song after that is back in the old playlist. I want to use iTunes smoothly without the extra clicks I've had to do in order to get the playlist to continue. This is music for background while I play the violin at restaurants, and extra clicks and hassle is quite unappreciated, especailly since it worked fine in the previous iTunes.

At the top of the playlist where it shows the playlist title and the number of songs, there are two icons. Click the "play" triangle to add the entire playlist to "Up Next", or the "shuffle" symbol to do the same thing but in random order. But the currently playing track will stop playing, and all the songs in "Up Next" will be removed (replaced by the ones from this playlist).
If you hold down the "option" key while clicking those icons, the currently playing song will continue playing, and the new playlist will be added to "Up Next" (above the songs that were already there).

ITunes wifi sync - cover does not match with a song

I synced music on iPhone with iTunes on MacBook via wifi. After sync, on my phone, almost all the songs had mixed covers. The cover does not match with a song - please see enclosed picture. I removed all the songs and downloaded them again from iTunes. It helped but not for all the songs. I tried sync with a cable but it did not work. The covers on iTunes on MacBook seem to be okay. I had all my contacts deleted one day from muy address book. The Apple folks said that at times when MS Office sends an update it moves all your contacts from the address book to Outlook contacts. I had to get into Time Machine to restore my contacts in the address book.
If you do this, be sure to update each group, not just the all contacts group because pulling up all contacts will not restore the contacts to the groups you had.
If you sync with Moble Me, be careful to replace what is on Mobile Me with what is on your comptuer after you are finished restoring the contacts to your satisfaction.
I haven't switched to iCloud yet so I can't talk about syncing to it.

ITunes 7.4.1.2 wiped out my songs, podcasts and playlists

I've just installed the new iTunes 7.4.1.2 on my Windows Vista based machine, and to my dismay, iTunes shows that I have no songs, podcasts or playlists. I could rebuild the library, but because that would take forever (especially the playlists), I'm wondering if there's a way I can find a playlist file somewhere that iTunes might have saved. If so, how does one find it, and how does one install it? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

So after my last response, I have now managed to get the Ring tone identifier bar showing possible ring tone songs to show up in iTunes. However, none of my 1,000 + songs have an icon to allow me to make a ring tone.
Any ideas...

My Temp Work around for my Outlook Sync with Z10 - Not Ideal but works.

I like many on this forum was pissed that Outlook Sync was not included with BlackBerry Link.. I was fortunate to transfer all my contacts & calendars from my Old Torch 9810 without a problem. The problem is that I need to sync my calendar and updated contacts on a regular bases. I use Outlook 2010 for all my 1400 contacts and Calendar. There is no way I am going to use any cell phone to update this amount of data. I have owned the Z10 since Tuesday Morning and that afternoon I was ready to take it back and I am a die hard BB user.. My wife has an Iphone 5, nice toy, but wont work for my business.. Seriously considered Android phone, but they also have their issues with the Outlook sync via USB..
But after 6 Days with the Z10, I must say I love it. .Didn't at first, but once you figure out, it is truly impressive.. Also love the virtual keyboard, very accurate and amazing.. Love the fact that I can have multiple applications running at the same time.. I use web pages that I need for work as an active screen and a button on my home page.
While waiting for a 3rd party application to implement this (Campanion Link & Deja Office) or to have BB realize that this is serious and add it in their BB link soon.. Cloud is not an option for me.
This is the temporary solution I have right now.
Option 1:
1. Wipe off all my Data of my old BB 9810. Make sure lates OS is installed. Delete all contacts. Sync with Outlook but from PC to Phone Only.. Use BB link to transfer the Contacts and Calendar to the Z10. This will replace any contact you have on the z10..
Option 2:
Forward any contacts from your outlook as vcard to your Z10 as email. Click on the .vcard and it will add to contacts.
Again this is a temp soltuion without 3rd party software or Icloud until BB adds this to BB link.

Just tried to update and sync iphone and it says "133 can not be synced - see itunes for more information

i am having this exact same issue. im trying to download music to my ipod but every time i try it doesnt work & said that items couldnt be synced & idk what to do about it. ive tried a few things like resetting all warnings & restarting my ipod and plugging it back in & ive deleted the ipod photo cache folder in my pictures & it still wont work; its being so stubborn. ive never had this problem before so idk what to do im clueless. & it seems like a decent amount of people are occuring this sooo *** apple... -_-

ITunes syncing error reports not enough free space

Having an issue with syncing the iPad where iTunes reports that there is not enough free space to transfer the selected data. In this case it was an app(The Elements) which is 1.78 GB. The iPad has 3.8 GB free space, yet the app cannot be transfered because there is "Insufficient space". I used to see the same problem with my iPhone when attempting to sync back the photos i just copied off the camera app. There is definately free space, but iTunes seems to see something different than what is reported.
BTW. I could not sync the app to the iPad using iTunes, but there was enough free space to directly download the app on the iPad. Seems like a problem with iTunes to me.
Is iTunes and the iPad reporting an incorrect amount of free space? Can iTunes be forced to transfer apps without checking for the amount of free space? Any other ideas?

It seems like double the size of the app is needed to install it on the device.

Hello, when our phones were purchased the wife set up both to her itunes account, We have since set up 2 laptops, and now have setup my own itunes account on that laptop. How do I change the phone account to match, Do I loose data? at the moment there are no apps or music or docs, but I dont want to loose messages, or contacts. We have turned of auto sync on itunes on the laptop. So I need to backup the phone, then do a ios upgrade to the phone as I am on v6.1.3 The wifes is all up to date on her laptop, but mine is so far behind and I am nervous about taking the next step. Please describe step by step.

Do you mean iTunes library?
iTunes account is what you use to make iTunes purcahses.
iTunes library is what is on your computer.
It says my phone can only be set up woth one itunes account. How do I remove the previous account?
No, it tells you it can only be sync'd with one iTunes library.
Simplest way is to copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder (thisis the iTunes library) from old computer to new computer.
