ITunes visualizer wont play?

My friend had this awesome iTunes visualizer this weekend and I didnt even know it had it.
But when I go to view>visualizer it doesnt do anything?
how do I activate it?

I just ran into your same problem and thought this was weird. It's weird because I have the current version of iTunes and was frustrated why this is not working. Well, i simply switched the type of visualizer to "iTunes Classic Visualizer" and it worked fine. When i switched it back to "itunes visualizer" (witch i think it better btw) is broken. thats really weird. I guess what i found is basically the new version of visualizer is broken unlike the old version. (the old visualizer is broken.)Just switch to the classic version and press the view visualizer.

I have copied over my music files to a new computer and the music shows on itunes but wont play. When I track where the song is located it is reading the wrong information. How do I change this as Edit>Preferences has the right location?

Select one of the tracks with a broken link, press ctrl-i to Get Info. Say No when iTunes asks if you would like to locate the track, then look at the Summary tab for the location expects to find the file in.
Now try to locate the file in question. The two locations should give a clue as to what to do next.
Here is an example with a file I've deliberately moved from the new layout to the old pre-iTunes 9 layout.
This means iTunes is expecting to find the file at:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
but it isn't there because I've moved it to:
D:\iTunes\iTunes Media\a-ha\Take On Me\01 Take On Me.mp3
which is where it would have lived back in iTunes 8 (though the media folder would have been called iTunes Music back then as well).
If you can provide the expected and actual locations of a broken track I should be able to suggest the easiest way to resolve things.

iCloud is free, iTunes match is $25 a year.
I had the same problem and when I went to Settings I had 0 songs, even though they were obviously still there since I only had 15GB free on my 64GB device.
I decided to do a complete reset/restore of my 4th gen iPod Touch, Bad move! I've been messing with it for hours, and it simply won't restore--it keeps hanging on a black screen with an Apple logo and a progress bar at about 10%, sometimes it goes completely blank and tries again, with the same result. I'm ready to bang my head against the wall! I can put the device in recovery mode, connect to iTunes on my computer, and get it back to the setup screen, but when I go through the process again and try to do an iCloud backup I get the same reset/restore loop.
I could start from scratch, but I really, really, really don't want to go through all of my hundreds of apps, reinstall them one by one, etc. etc. etc.
I thought that once I started using iCloud, I didn't need to sync with iTunes anymore--guess I was wrong.

A station on iTunes Radio wont play at all

Hello to all!
Im having a problem using iTunes Radio on OSX Mavericks. The first station I added was Medieval and Renaiscance, I listed to it twice but after that it wont play. I just click on the play button the loading bar moves but then it does nothing, just goes back to the usual play button.
It does this every single time I try to listen to it.
I tried deleting it and adding it back but it doesnt work that way either
I really like this music so it would be nice to be able to listen to it again.

From what you've described, most likely it's a problem with the station itself, in which case there's nothing you can do to fix things on your end. You'll probably just have to wait a while until the station fixes the stream. If you'll post the name of the station, though, someone else can check it and see if they have the same problem.

It's a newly purchased film, and what happens when you tap on it in the Videos app to try and play it ?
If you haven't already done so then you could try closing the Videos app via the phone's taskbar (closing an app) and do a soft-reset (press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, ignoring the red slider, after which the Apple logo should appear) and see if it plays when the phone has restarted and you re-open the Videos app.
If it doesn't then depending upon what country that you are in (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the film from the Videos app and redownload it via the Purchases tab in the iTunes store app (or delete it from your computer's iTunes library and redownload it via Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page and resync it to your phone).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download films or if the redownloaded version doesn't play then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Itunes movies wont play on computer, itunes keeps asking for authorisation

The movies in my itunes will not play on my computer. Itunes continaually asks for computer to be authorised, then once authorised it says that the computer is already authorised then asks for authorisation again. Movies will however play on ipad. Any suggestions?

i dont know what happened i tried to restore thing from my ipod to my iphone and now it totally froze my screen and wont play the song at all!

it's most likely saying that's how much music you would have IF you were to sync the music from your computer to your phone. look under the music tab when you have your device plugged in. is 'sync music' checked? then it's just giving you a look at what your capacity will look like after the sync
to get a look at the actual capacity of your device, on the device itself, go to settings > general > usage

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
